U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp., A Mississippi Corporation, Announces Reverse Merger With Laforza Automobiles Inc.
Oct 11, 2006 8:30:00 AM
NATCHEZ, MS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/11/06 -- U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp., A Mississippi Corporation ("US Sustainable," "USSEC" or "the Company") announced today that it has executed and completed a binding definitive agreement providing for USSEC's reverse acquisition of Laforza Automobiles Inc. "LFZA" (PINKSHEETS: LFZA). Pending shareholder approvals and customary processes, the company expects to change its name to U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp and immediately request a new ticker symbol reflective of the new business.

John Rivera, CEO of U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp "USSEC," stated, "We are extremely pleased to announce our entry into the public marketplace. After searching for the best vehicle to go public, we ultimately decided to complete this transaction with LFZA. USSEC holds patent pending technology for a new breakthrough biofuel and carbon based fertilizer. USSEC has successfully demonstrated the most cost effective method of producing biofuel estimated at $.50/ gallon according to exhaustive studies and independent Lab confirmation. The company has developed the process, units and catalyst that will transform agricultural biomass into biofuel and fertilizer. This technology offers a solution for foreign oil dependence, balancing industrial and agricultural concerns with environmental issues and stabilizing and eventually reversing global greenhouse gas emissions. Our research and development has successfully demonstrated the core technology in our fully functional facility located in Port Gibson, MS. The company is currently pursuing fully scalable implementation and deployment at further locations."

Commenting further, Mr. Rivera stated, "Unlike other biomass gasification, the USSEC process can operate at a variety of scale, converting even waste biomass into fuel and fertilizer. The fuel produced will ultimately be more valuable than ethanol or methanol, and the USSEC process can convert biomass materials at an efficiency that cannot be matched by currently planned operations. In addition, unlike virtually all other approaches for biomass to energy, which deplete soil nutrients, the USSEC process restores and enhances soil mineral and carbon content. As a direct result of this revolutionary approach to integrated energy and fertilizer production from biomass, the USSEC process effectively removes Greenhouse Gases from the atmosphere, and can do so profitably before the value of Green Certificates and Carbon Credits are considered."

Andrew S. Austin, interim director of LFZA specializing in corporate turnarounds and management acquisitions, commented that "USSEC's business model and intellectual properties are outstanding opportunities to return value to Laforza's shareholders." Mr. Austin also cited USSEC's intellectual properties and strategic plans as "comprehensive, organized and structurally sound," adding that "the USSEC proprietary processes have revolutionary implications on not just lessening the United States' dependency on fossil fuel, but also providing an efficient energy model for multiple applications facilitating broad positive economic benefits to other sectors of the United States economy like farming."

Where did you get that PR? Did you research it yourself on let's say Yahoo Finance or do you have access to an updated news source for Pinks? Cause I'm looking for that... a kind of news service like businesswire but for pinks only.

If anyone can provide me with that info it would be appreciated.

"Just got a call back from Marlin, a VP at Redwood Consultants, the IR firm for USSEC. He told me the merger is DONE. Finished. He emphasized that. He said the final share structure would put 500 million in the O/S with 80 million in the float. I asked about financials and he stated they should be up on the website by this weekend.

He said to feel free to call back at any time."

***MUST READ NOW***

I just spoke with John Rivera regarding the current Reverse Merger.

The reverse merger is complete. Mr. Rivera is the CEO and majority shareholder for USSEC, therefore it has been approved by the shareholders (per the Oct. 11 PR) Per Mr. Rivera, this is just the beginning and there will be MAJOR, MAJOR news coming that will put this stock over $10 (not RS) by mid-December. IN ADDITION, there is going to be a VERY LARGE DIVY paid before mid December. He also stated that with the news, he anticipates giving Google a run for their money. He stated to watch CNN, HN, and FoxNews for major developments about the company very soon. He did state keep an eye out starting this week for all of this to unfold. (He doesn't seem to be a big wire PR fan, he prefers global audiences via TV, CNN, etc.)

He stated they are waiting RIGHT NOW for the SEC to approve a PR that will be ENORMOUS!!!

He is very busy and stated they have received many calls and will they can not put them all through b/c there are far too many, but feel free to contact their firm.

I will keep everyone updated as I become aware of any changes and I am scheduling a meeting to sit down with him in the near future.

It's like a CSHD situation, a company who wants to use some joke company to get onto the market. Depending on the worth of USSEC, this stock could explode, when we hear financials or more information!

John Rivera, CEO of U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp "USSEC," stated, "We are extremely pleased to announce our entry into the public marketplace. After searching for the best vehicle to go public, we ultimately decided to complete this transaction with LFZA.

According to the IR Firm, Redwood Consultants ( http://www.redwoodconsultants.com/ ) the OS will stay at 140M indefinitely.

There will be NO Reverse Split, so the OS is and will remain at 140M. The portion of the 500M Authorized that's left over is restricted.

Watch for a pop when the symbol and cusip change

From HSM

Life's been good to Ralph Hughes. More accurately, Hughes has worked hard to make sure that life would be good to him.

Hillsborough's highest profile conservative activist, anti-tax crusader and power broker owns a pre-cast concrete business that is the largest of its kind in the nation. The privately held Cast-Crete has annual sales of $150 million and "is very profitable," the company told Wall Street analysts earlier this year. After taxes and other costs, Cast-Crete is projected to make a $24-million profit.

But almost unknown is how actively Hughes' Cast-Crete has gotten into the turnaround business, buying up financially distressed companies and trying to make them into performers, thanks in large part to the talents of John Stanton, a Vietnam vet who runs Hughes' construction products companies and the new acquisitions.

The interrelated deals include:

• Taking over CyberCare Inc., a once troubled South Florida medical technology firm that was set to emerge from Bankruptcy Court this week.

• A proposed merger with EarthFirst Technologies, an alternative fuels business.

• U.S. Sustainable Technologies Inc., which is working on a biofuel gas from soybeans.

• Nanobac Pharmaceuticals Inc. and its investigation of nanobacteria to help produce alt-energy.

• A joint venture with Cofitral S.p.A of Milan, Italy, to build a $750-million alt-energy producing plant in that nation.

How ironic: The scourge of Tampa liberals is all up in the "green" energy movement.

Just a little info. EFTI is doing a reverse split to bring the share count down. You can bet he will bring the 500 million shares of this one down at some point as well. This may run for a little, but be cautious. I don't bash, just thought you should know the full situation. [Smile]

Commenting further, Mr. Rivera stated, "Our unique biofuel can be blended 50/50 with either gas, diesel, or biodiesel to widen the range of utilization and also improve the overall performance of the blends."

About U.S. Sustainable Energy

USSEC holds patent pending technology for a new breakthrough biofuel and carbon based fertilizer. USSEC has successfully demonstrated the most cost effective method of producing biofuel estimated at $.50/gallon according to exhaustive studies and independent Lab confirmation. USSEC's research and development has successfully demonstrated the core technology in its fully functional facility located in Port Gibson, MS. The company is currently pursuing fully scalable implementation and deployment at further locations. Unlike other biomass gasification, the USSEC process can operate at a variety of scale, converting even waste biomass into fuel and fertilizer. As a direct result of this revolutionary approach to integrated energy and fertilizer production from biomass, the USSEC process effectively removes Greenhouse Gases from the atmosphere, and can do so profitably before the value of Green Certificates and Carbon Credits are considered.

The first thing you need to know about penny stocks is that fundementals & charts don't
apply as they do with the major exchanges.
In pennyland (i.e.; the OTC:BB & pinks)
price is moved more by PR, hype, and MM
manipulators on the trading floor.
I've seen stocks that shouldn't be
making a dime go through the roof
in pennyland while stocks that have
a decent balance sheet/chart crash & burn.
Genrerally, buy in at support (52.week low) if
you can and sell at resistance (near 52 week high).
Don't try to apply logic to pennies - it won't work.

Reverse mergers, like LFZA here, present a
golden opportunity to see a stock skyrocket.
It's a chance for a private company to trade
publicaly w/o setting up an expensive IPO.
The public comapny then traded is commonly
called a "shell" as they are the co. that now
trades under the private co. that aquired it.
A name/ticker change usually follow driving
the price even higher.
Watch for LFTA to change it's ticker symb. & see.

Anytime a stock is bought out (a.k.a.; aquired)
through a R/M the aquired company's stock
usually spikes dramatically for some time.
Such is the case with LFTA here.
Also the same with SROE and TTDS (which I missed)
Check out the six month charts on these and you'll see what I mean.
I own scores of these double/triple shell
candidates w/o a lot of baggage (debt, liens, etc.).
You can buy tons of shares real cheap for same.
Many simply flip on a point or two gain and
you can make a few bucks here and there.
Occasionally you can turn a shell (like LFTA)
into a gold mine if you get in early and hold.
The best thing that can happen to a penny or
sub-penny stock is a reverse merger.
It can make you a fortune in a matter of days.

Atthebank...
I'm fairly new to the game my self but have done alot of reading and it looks like from your buyin price that you may have done a nice job of buying in...
LFZA blow up a few days ago and peaked at 15 then dipped, hit support in the area you bought in at then made a run back up to 15 and even hit 16 then failed to break out, so it reteated back to the support... this stock is hitting resistance and support like clock work... I am not in it at the moment but will prolly jump back in should we reach support again if we still have enough intrest (which with news it seems this will take off as the company seems to have great fundementals) and if this breaks through resistance (.17) then I might buy in around that point if I'm around my computer at the time.
Anyways thats how I'm reading it and I wish I were in your position at .10 or lower (I tried buying in around .05 when it ran up to .15 the other day... I chased it then lost money when it retaced [Frown] )... anyways GLTA!

I think this thing will run but not until she
pulls back by a nickel or so.
Forget the charts here.
Don't forget that the MM's on the trading floor
can easily jerk these pennies around at will.
Many of them even read these boards for hints
of buyer sentiment.
I suspect they will drag it down somewhat in
order to load up the boat for themselves and
then let it run for the moon.
That's why I'm still hanging onto 250k of my
original 1 mil shares.
It's anyone's guess how high it may/may not go.
I've already made enough on this deal to take
at least a year off so I can afford to play

U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. Announces Agreement With I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. to Build an Organic Fertilizer and Biofuel Production Facility in Natchez, MS, and a 40 MW Green Power Generation Facility in Vidalia, LA

By Market Wire

NATCHEZ, MS, Oct 16, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp., a Mississippi Corporation ("US Sustainable," "USSEC" or "the Company") (PINKSHEETS: LFZA), announced today an agreement with I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. ( www.icthomasson.com ) to build an organic fertilizer and biofuel production facility in Natchez, MS, and a 40 MW Green power generation facility in Vidalia, LA.

Kelmer R. Smith, Jr. PE, CEM, CPP, President of I.C. Thomasson MS Operations, stated, "For the last several months, I have had the privilege of assisting USSEC in preparing a Basis of Design Document for their Natchez, MS, production plant as well as a feasibility study for their Vidalia, LA, power generation station. I have personally witnessed the production of the USSEC biofuels and have seen one formulation demonstrated as a 50/50 fuel in a variety of unmodified diesel engines and a second 100% formulation demonstrated in several gasoline engines. In my opinion, USSEC will produce the next generation biofuels with significant, positive socio-economic impacts. I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. is elated to be chosen as the design professional to assist USSEC in implementing this ground-breaking technology."

Commenting further, USSEC's CEO John Rivera stated, "We are extremely pleased to partner with I.C. Thomasson. They have considerable specialized prime engineering experience covering a wide range of projects. These include industrial and institutional steam plants, central chilled water plants, cogeneration systems, utility distribution systems, distributed and standby power generation, process control systems, soybean processing facilities, edible oil refineries, environmental systems and related process type projects. By choosing USSEC's green power, homes, businesses, and governments support the development of cleaner forms of power generation and reduce their own environmental impact. And as more green power is developed, the overall environmental impacts associated with electricity generation will be reduced."

still looking strong. I figured more people would be on this but I guess they are waiting for the pull back

Beechwood, you should not have sold those 750,000 shares * .12

It went to .19 today and if you would have just waited a few more days, you would have made an extra $50,000 + and been able to take more than just a year off.

with the 250,000 shares you still own I would definitely hold onto them. This shows no signs of slowing down..

Family man:

Woulda, shoulda, coulda.
I won't complain here.
I turned $400 into $90k on this deal so far.
I gave the MM a healthy spread below bid to
get me out quick when I dumped the first lot.
Yeah I could've made more on the first call.
A lot more like you say.
But I could've lost it all, too.
Pennies can turn south on a dime and if there's
one thing I've learned about pennyland it's
that you take your profits when you get them.
What's Cramer's number one rule?
"Bulls make money, bears make money, and what?...
PIGS GET SLAUGHTERED!!!
That's right.
As for my remaining 250k shares I'm letting
them ride for now.
They're worth another $42k at close today.
I'll sell in small increments if it plays out.
Otherwise I may dump them if it spikes big again.
Haven't made a decision as yet.
It's kinda like watching the Poker World Series
Tour and waiting for the flop card.
We'll see what happens.

NATCHEZ, MS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/17/06

U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp., A Mississippi Corporation ("US Sustainable," "USSEC" or "the Company") (PINKSHEETS: LFZA), announced today that USSEC has patent pending technology related to gaseous and liquid biofuels made from a natural feedstock, such as soy, corn, their by-products, or any combination thereof. It is believed that the unique chemical composition resulting from USSEC's proprietary process results in the inventive gaseous biofuel, which has been shown to exhibit higher thermal energy than natural gases, with a minimum of 1800 BTU/standard cubic foot.

With respect to its liquid biofuels, like its gaseous biofuels, USSEC has independent laboratory tests verifying unexpected and surprising physical properties, such as a heat capacity of at least 120,000 BTU/gal, which is greater than traditional biodiesel. USSEC's inventive liquid biofuel also exhibits extremely low pour and cloud points, such as less than at least -70°F.

In addition to the previously described biofuels, USSEC's inventive process allows even the resulting, solid by-products to be used in potentially viable commercial applications. As a result, patent applications have been filed to cover methods of making these solid by-products, which include an organic fertilizer containing organic nitrogen, potash (K2CO3), and orthophosphate, as well as vegetable pigments made from the previously described natural feedstocks.

Mr. John Rivera, CEO of USSEC, stated, "With this broad patent protection and our proprietary knowledge of the process, we own the molecular structure of this totally unique fuel. We are extremely grateful for the detailed work that has been done by our law firm Finnegan Henderson (www.finnegan.com). Every day we are bringing America one step closer to energy independence."

I seriously doubt I woulda got .19 for this thing.
The spread was .18 x .19 at it's high with
.19 being the ask price here.
You always sell at the bid (.18 here) not the ask
The difference between the two is called the spread and that's how the MM's on the floor
make their money.
I don't know anyone that ever sold anything at the ask price.
If I wanna put myself at the head of the line and
dump the stock fast, I'll give the MM an extra
half to full point below the bid (.17 here).
This fattens the MM's wallet by another 8% or more and gives him an added incentive to fill
my trade fast.
This stradegy has always worked well for me in a
volatile market when everybody and his brother
is trying to get out at once.
You hafta find a way to put yourself at the head of the line giving the MM a slightly wider spread
usually does the trick.
After all, it's the MM you hafta get past if you
want to fill your trade so you can't be greedy.
You got to give a little to get what you want.
Especially in pennyland.

Pullback in play as predicted.
MM's dragged it down to .13 yesterday.
For those of you who didn't load up the truck
at .0004 way back when (like I did) this may
be a good jump in before the rally.
Back around x-mas I bought 1 mil. shares of this
at .0004 ($400) and recently sold 750k shares
at .12 ($90,000!)-- yeaaah baby!
Still hanging onto my remaining 250k shares
and waiting for the MM's to turn it loose
after they load up the truck for themselves.
Let her rrrrrrip Mr. MM -- let her rrrrrrip!

As a direct result of this revolutionary approach to integrated energy and fertilizer production from biomass, the USSEC process effectively removes Greenhouse Gases from the atmosphere, and can do so profitably before the value of Green Certificates and Carbon Credits are considered.

That's the power plant.

If they are going to demo their fuel by running the power plant, that is HUGE!!!

U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. Announces Strategic Alliance to Build the World's Largest 1000 Megawatt Green Power Utility Company to Demonstrate Revolutionary Biofuels at Vidalia, LA City Hall at 11:00 am CST on Oct. 31st, 2006

Market Wire "US Press Releases "

NATCHEZ, MS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/25/06 -- U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: LFZA) and Turnkey Electric, the joint venture partner of Pratt & Whitney Power Systems (www.mobilepacusa.com), today announce a strategic alliance leading to a joint venture to build the world's largest 1,000 Megawatt green power utility in Vidalia, Louisiana. In addition, the company announced that three additional 1,000 Megawatt plants are in the engineering stage.

Phil Vecchiarelli, Area Director of Sales for Pratt & Whitney and Kyle Barnette, Co-Owner of Turnkey Electric, LLC, will be at the groundbreaking demonstration scheduled for 11:00 CST am on Oct. 31st, 2006 at City Hall in Vidalia, LA. USSEC will demonstrate the powering of City Hall using a 175kw generator, a new out of the box gasoline lawnmower, a Yamaha Riva 2 stroke gasoline engine and a 1 million mile old Detroit Diesel all using USSEC's revolutionary next generation unique patent pending biofuel.

John Rivera, CEO of USSEC, said, "We know academia believes you can not run gasoline and diesel engines using the same type of fuel. We are inviting the international financial community and the local and national media affiliates to come to Vidalia and see history in the making on Tuesday Oct. 31st."

Kyle Barnette, Co-Owner of Turnkey Electric, LLC, stated, "Electric utility companies must turn to green power to help ensure the ecosystems of our planet. USSEC's recycled renewable green energy is a solution that we want, and we are very proud to be part of."

Mayor Hiram Copeland stated, "We are absolutely thrilled to be hosting this groundbreaking event at 11:00 am CST on October 31st. USSEC's technology will help lower Vidalia's energy costs and attract more industry and employment into the area. Vidalia is known as the 'City on the Move,' and with USSEC's green power we are taking great strides to clean up our air and environment today."

Renewable energy resources are continuously replenished, and include biomass and biogas. Biomass is organic material that releases energy as heat when burned. Examples of biomass fuels include wood, wood waste, straw, manure, and agricultural crops. Most biomass power plants burn biomass fuels directly to produce steam. This steam is usually captured by a turbine, and a generator then converts it into electricity. All of these resources reduce the environmental impact associated with traditional power generation. Currently, less than 2% of the nation's energy supply is generated from non-hydro renewable resources. The majority of our nation's electricity is generated from fossil fuels. To learn more about the environmental impacts of different sources of electricity generation, visit EPA's Clean Energy Web site.

About U.S. Sustainable Energy

USSEC holds patent pending technology for a new breakthrough biofuel and carbon based fertilizer. USSEC has successfully demonstrated the most cost-effective method of producing biofuel estimated at $.50/gallon according to exhaustive studies and independent Lab confirmation. As a direct result of this revolutionary approach to integrated energy and fertilizer production from biomass, the USSEC process effectively removes Greenhouse Gases from the atmosphere, and can do so profitably before the value of Green Certificates and Carbon Credits are considered.

I just dumped my remaining 250k shares at ~.29!
When I saw it gap way up I just couldn't resist.
That brings my total profit to $160,000!
Yeaaah, baby!
I guess that's around $100,000 after taxes.
I'll take it.
I just called in sick to work so I can
drive down to my broker's office and
have him cut the check.
Yeah, I know - I shoulda held onto it all for .29
If this thing goes to .40 or higher I'll whine.
But for now I'm as snug as a bug in the rug
on this deal.

it doesn't concern anyone the claims that they make. If this company really had this wonder fuel made from fertilizer than why are they going public like this..Don't say alot of companies reverse merge into pinks those that do are crap. This company could have gotten a ton of money from venture capitalists..It just seem interseting. Good luck to everyone i hope you all make a ton. However it seemed interesting that they said they aren't going to sell the fuel retail and that they aren't diodiesle or ehthanol but that they are better..really and they discovered this. The ceo had to go to the epa website to discuss what a green company is. Second why lousiana in some small town? If you had this fuel why not the Today show or Good Morning america? Plus they need 500mil to complete these plants...I think this will got to 1 and pull back once the demo happens...we shall see good luck to all....

You bring up some good points but there are little start companies all over the place trying to get into this field . Do you remember the guy back in the mid 90's that developed the water injection system for gas engines ? He claimed the engine could run off 100% water and displayed this for a local news show in his home town . Right before he got a chance to display it to the military , he died of food poisoning ro so it was claimed . Big oil/gas is not going to let this get major media coverage like you mentioned . If this does take off , its going to have to start out as a grass roots business until it gets a lucky break . I think its got plenty of room to run if allowed .

Family Man:

To clarify, I picked up 1,000,000 shares of this thing at .0004 for $400 over the holidays last year - not $4,000.
I sold most of it soon after the R/M ran up.
I own scores of these double/triple zero shells
and this was well below my radar screen.
Hell, I almost I forgot I still owned it.
Yes, I recently sold my remaing 250,000 shares.
No, I didn't get anywhere near the $800,000 I
could've got had I hung onto it all until now.
However, I did get well into six-figures so I
I can't complain to much on a $400 investment.
Hindsight is always 20/20.
Who would've guessed it would run like it has?
The big question is what's the NEXT big shell
to run wild like this?...

Ethanol biofuels have a long way to go.
Currently, there are no gas stations
selling ethanol based fuels except
as an additive.
And the seals & gaskets of current fuel pumps
would be eaten alive by ethanol.
Add to all that the current administrartion's
determination to keep fossil fuels a monopoly
and it isn't hard to see why a genuine biofuel
company needs to go public any way it can.
By doing so this outfit at least get's it's
foot in the door of the coming wave of
alternative energies.
I'm glad to see someone carry the ball foward.

LFZA: Live from Mississippi.

I'm visiting the company as we speak.

My impression so far:

I'm having some trouble getting my mind around the vastness of this endeavor. There used to be a billboard on the freeway back in Palm Springs, and this is what it said: "There is no heavier burden than a great opportunity". I always wondered about that quote, but now I know what it means firsthand.

All I can say at this point is that if you think having your seatbelt fastened for what is about to happen to this company is adequate, you are wrong.

You are going to need a 5 point safety harness.

NATCHEZ, MS, Oct 30, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: LFZA) ("USSEC") today announced that it will offer a live Internet broadcast of the previously announced demonstration and validation of its technology to be shown live at 11:00 CST am on Oct. 31st, 2006. Streaming video will come direct from City Hall in Vidalia, LA as the event unfolds. U.S. Sustainable Energy further announced that it has partnered with Multicast Media Technologies, Inc. Through this partnership, USSEC will leverage Multicast's comprehensive digital media communication solution that includes live satellite-to-Internet broadcasting and the global reach, reliability and security of Akamai's online content delivery network.

"As USSEC considered delivering this world-changing information to a global international financial and media audience, selecting the right technologies and the most experienced technology partners to achieve workflow efficiencies, cost savings and guaranteed flawless delivery was absolutely critical," stated John Rivera, CEO of USSEC. "We wanted a system in place that could handle hundreds of thousands of possible viewers live. We continue to focus our efforts on delivering our Green Power technologies that offer solutions for reducing and eliminating reliance on foreign oil importation, balancing industrial and agricultural concerns with environmental issues and stabilizing and eventually reversing global greenhouse gas emissions. After lengthy evaluations of which partners could best provide us with the enormous bandwidth we knew would be needed to accommodate the vast viewers expected, we chose Multicast and Akamai to help us demonstrate our success to the world. We expect a long term partnership with them that will span multi continents as our expansion plans around the globe accelerate in the days ahead."

"Multicast is honored to be part of USSEC's strategy to make a positive economic and environmental impact on a national and global basis," said Jason Simpson, EVP of Business Development at Multicast. fyi they were partnered with Akamai Technologies for that demo.
which is the backend for every search engine.

no wonder it went so smoothly. and they should get some widespread coverage.

here's a start: http://www.natchezdemocrat.com/articles/2006/10/31/news/news337.txt

...“We are inviting the international financial community and the local and national media affiliates to come to Vidalia and see history in the making on Tuesday.”

Rivera said the fuel is made from the bio-product of soybeans after they have been used to make the company’s main product, a 7-3-7 fertilizer.

Rivera said he also intends to make the fuel using cornhusks, milo and nutshells.

Vidalia Mayor Hyram Copeland said he is looking forward to Tuesday’s demonstration and feels this will further help Miss-Lou farmers.

“I think this man is beginning to scratch the surface as far as bio-fuels are concerned,” Copeland said. “This will also be a tremendous boost for our local farmers to produce products to be able to be used for bio-fuels.”

Rivera said the company would open a 1,000 Megawatt plant in about 10 weeks at Riverside Central near Natchez’s port facility, and would hire 2,000 employees.

Rivera also said USSEC would place generators to run on the bio-fuel in Vidalia to create energy for the city.

Rivera said the generators would be operational in 90 days....

Akamai has been an incredible play over the summer for a "big board" stock, IMHO. I started watching it at $27 in June, and it is already close to $50. Not bad at all - if USSEC partnered with them, they definately must have something worth watching...

I think that depends on if the oil/gas companies can capitalize on it or not . I wouldn't be surprised if they were to buy out the company and squash it altogether if it poses a threat .

Something to think about.

In the last 3 days we have traded roughly 30 mil shares between .55-.75.

The estimated float for this bad boy is 80 mil.

I don't mind the sideways trading at all. In fact, I hope it continues. If we can trade in this range for another week it will drastically reduce the risk that this will tumble now that the introductions are done.

Symbol change is a great step. That ought to continue interest for a few days. Then an announcement of a CFO with mention that his first task will be prepping the filings for a move to the OTCBB. After that news that production is underway and that's when we know that .60 will be a new base support level for this stock and the potential of this stock for the investor won't be frustrated early.

That's my take anyway.

The Bigfoot

U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. Announces Stock Symbol Change to
By USSEC

Wednesday November 1, 2006 12:00 AM

U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. Announces Stock Symbol Change to "USSE"
Wednesday November 1, 8:00 am ET

NATCHEZ, MS--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 1, 2006 -- U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. (Other OTC:LFZA.PK - News) (Other OTC:USSE.PK - News) announced today that its stock symbol has changed to USSE effective immediately. Furthermore, the company announced its name has officially been changed to U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. with the State of Nevada.

John Rivera, CEO of USSEC stated, "After completing our recently announced entry into the public marketplace through our reverse merger with Laforza Automobiles, we immediately filed the necessary paperwork with the State of Nevada and the NASDAQ to change our name and symbol. We are extremely pleased to announce this development which is reflective of our business and corporate strategy."

As a direct result of this revolutionary approach to integrated energy and fertilizer production from biomass, the USSEC process effectively removes Greenhouse Gases from the atmosphere, and can do so profitably before the value of Green Certificates and Carbon Credits are considered.
