See, here is where I could start sounding like a pumper LOL
This is how a stock might actually act if there WAS a big buyer out there. They would set a max price, say about .10-.11 and just sit there and absorb shares as people bailed.

I wouldn't put any more into this yet, but this price is holding up better than it should be in this situation.

NOT VERY GOOD COMPANY TO BE LISTED WITH,LOL Oct 9, 2006 10:13:43 AM

AUSTIN, Oct 09, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

A very interesting indicator to look for is where the money is flowing into. We have a filter that we watch every morning that shows us "Dollar Volume". Here are a few of these stocks: (OTC: SLJB), (OTC: WNBD), (OTC: AMHD), (OTC: PAIM)

usually when these clichés happen it is when the pps is around .80, they linked us together too soon! because of that - and only that - I say this rocks big time by friday! just if the rock is on land or on the fishhook I'm not sure yet!

SLJB Acquires SAM Building Materials: $6M/Yr. Revenues From Regional Market Share Brought on Immediately
Tuesday October 10, 11:23 am ET

WINDSOR, ON--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 10, 2006 -- Today the CEO of SLJB (Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd.) (Other OTC:SLJB.PK - News), Petar Vucicevich, announced the acquisition of SAM Building Materials Limited. The acquisition is of a regional "GSD" (Gypsum Supply Depot) situated in the Windsor/Ontario region with close proximity to markets in the US. The Company specializes in supplying Drywall and associated materials such as steel stud, wet board, acoustical ceilings, and associated finishing products in and around the Ontario/Michigan area. The company, at the time of acquisition, enjoyed a solid 10%+ of the Windsor area market share after only 6 years in business.
"We fully intend to advance the development of SAM beyond their already successful entry into a tough regional market," said SLJB CEO Petar Vucicevich. "SAM is a respected outfit here in the Windsor area, and as they adopt the SLJB moniker and available resources, we will serve to broaden their presence, along with all of SLJB and its affiliates."

An SLJB spokesperson concluded with a statement reiterating that the acquisition immediately places $6M in revenues to SLJB and that the ancillary benefits of increased purchasing volume and broader scope of expertise will only serve to enhance the bottom line of the value to SLJB shareholders. This acquisition was finalized on October 2, 2006.

Not everyone goes on there website to constantly check if there is a CEO statement buddy.

This stock is holding extremely well and not losing support! According to T/A if this holds .10 or higher for another week or two, a classic pennant is formed and this is going to bust up big!

Everything that's said here, eventually a pr comes out about it.

Pretty good huh........ [Smile]

Except, I would have liked an explanation as to why 'SAM', answers the phone, "Sulja Brothers",...
I guess he's not going to give us an answer to that is he?

Petar,...if your reading here....why don't you tell us about the aquisition with yourself .

stop thinking that he reads your comments Wit. He doesnt have time for that stuff. Bottom line is if this was a pump and dump, it wouldnt hold support at .11-.12 and he'd be putting out huge contract PR's. He's not so give this a chance man.

Not only has the price held up, but if it were a scam, I strongly feel there would have been far more "pump" from the company itself, especially when we reached .20

Stocktrader-

I am Not saying that he is exclusively reading MY comments, I am saying that he reads the boards and ALL of our comments, plain & simple . he has responded to ALL of our comments here so far with a statement/pr. Just look at the one today. Go back & read my & Red's post's, we were just talking about what he pr-ed. In fact, go back & read other posts, he responds to them all, one way or another. If you don't want to believe it, you don't have to. I do & others seem to think so as well.

And, you don't know what he has time for in his spare time, unless your him, which I don't believe you are,
I would have figured that out by now.

Also, you go back & forth with this stock as do I, your NO DIFFERENT .

Today you like it, tomorrow your suspicious, which is it?? You change opinions in the same day.

Which btw, I don't blame anyone for feeling that way with this,...how could anyone not.
Give me a break.

As for giving this a chance, exactly what do you think I'm still hanging around here for, certainly not for s*its & giggles.

Stop clinging to every word I say If you have nothing of value to add to it, not to mention I was having a conversation with Red .

I'm not classifying this as a scam just yet, but there clearly has been pumping going on here. Look for yourself. Scam or not, don't forget, we can always make money off of them, and so far, that's exactly what I've done flipping here.

SIX pr's in three days .
If that's not pumping, I don't know what pumping is .
Not to mention there's many more strings of them.

On another week, on August 8 & 9, we had FIVE PR's in just TWO DAYS !!!
But that's not pumping,...hmmmm .

Then two day later, on the 11th, another TWO more, that's 7 pr's in three days, in a week.

And Domain, just so you know, I'm not a basher, but a realist .

Wit, hahaha perfect:) IT sures does seem weird/fishy that whenever someone brings up a good question, we get a PR about a few days or week later... hehehe, I don;t mind, as long as it's all true.

Which to this point, have been true, at least what we can prove ourselves, doing our own DD.

Was nice to see it find some stable ground around a dime, hopefully the "AF's PR" will shoot is to DA MOON!

Just wanted to say that.

You know what's going on, a couple of others here too, and that's all that matters.

I always agree to disagree. I give my opinions, and am always open to others. [Smile]

If I had a company with stock,...hell, I'd read the boards to see what the stockholders had to say and what they wanted. Or, in the very least, I would have employees reading them to fill me in. Of course he knows what we're saying .

And yes , your right, we did find some stable ground here,...it does feel good to hold our own, especially since I thought we would have tanked by now with all of the delays, so I am definitely impressed right now.

Audited's would be great, that's if we are getting them, if so, hopefully very soon. [Wink]

I totally see your point...but my point was not in reference to that time frame but more recently when the price jumped. Why wouldn't they be pumping up the price when it was going up to .20?

Would make more sense to me if they wanted to dump it at a higher price then they woulda kept pumping the prs a couple weeks ago and to try and inflate the price.

After the whole thing with the cement deal, I'm pretty sure he held back somewhat with the prs because they seemed to do more harm than good. Todays was a deal closed a week ago.

Bottom line is we can nit pick this thing to no end...and I believe a lot of that has been done already. If the AFs come out, this obviously will add more certainty and credibility. From what I have seen so far, I do believe they will arrive and I'm not going anywhere any time soon.

Domain-

I personally think there was no need to put out another string of pr's once a company claims the release of audited financials are about to be dropped. They knew that announcement would be big enough to tide them over for awhile, and obviously, by the pps, it has.

Also, at that point, it had already occurred to the CEO's that we weren't just 'any stockholders', the bunch in this stock call them out on things and check up on their every word. Look at how everyone called the cement company, good example.

It's actually pretty funny as they really haven't been able to get away with that much. Really, what else could they have put out? If they put out some more BS, we would have uncovered it, and that would have just made it worse for them with us. They really don't have anything else to report unless they make something up and this bunch is just too savvy for that.

Your right,...we can pick & pick, but we won't know till the audited's come out, (if they come out).

That's what I'm holding out for, and so it seems others are too, hence the stable pps.
