Does anyone have a link to a reliable source that would cast any doubt on Kore? Apparently Kore is one of the bigger fish in this game and some think Kore is ran by some evil folks... I don't know either way so I'm looking for reliable data.
So far all I've heard is rumors which makes people look like bashers. So, don't post a response to this unless you have some really good empirical input.

Hi Grande, I sold my shares of SLJB about a month ago after seeing some wierd things, one of them was Kore's role in all of this. They say "get in, get out and never look back", but since I sold I really can't help but read the SLJB boards everyday to see how this thing plays out. This really has been a very educational experience watching the emotion, hype, and claims posted with very little (if any?) verifiable facts. One thing that surprises me is that Sulja's Press Releases are being used as proof of their own claims, sort of circular reasoning. But when I read the Press Release about Kore handling the negoiations between Loftwerks and Consultech and then finding that Kore's website was registered to Petar Vucicevich, Petar Vucicevich from Consultech. It basically seemed that the negotiations between the two companies were not being handled by a neutral paty, that was odd. And then doing dd on Vista Group International Corporation I could only find one reference to them and that was this website www.forever-in-love.com. I saw a recent post on this board that "Vista International and Consultech have been building structures in Dubai, Germany and Europe for a number of years." If that were true I would think that there would be mention of it somewhere on the world wide web. I was surprised to read your post about Kore, I truly thought that company was created solely for the purpose of the Loftwerks Consultech merger. Please be careful and good luck to you and if I am wrong with any of this please let me know.
My previous post about Kore and Petar:
posted August 17, 2006 17:34 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please. someone reassure me that this isn't odd.
Trying to find any info on any of the related companies, there is the press release below mentioning Kore International. I couldn't find any info on Kore International so I checked the web site registration info for http://koreintl.com and the administrative contact is Petar Vucicevich (the Director-General Consultech Construction and Sulja Bros. Interim President). Was Kore International created solely for this purpose?
That seems funny given Petar Vucicevich's role that Kore International would handle the negotiations between Loftwerks and Consultech.

Hi HossTrader, I know I brought this up before, but it was on the original SLJB board which at this point has pretty much vanished into the ether. I responded because someone asked about Kore and I really didn't think there was going to be an answer. I also think that it is important for people to know that Kore International, Consultech Construction and Vista Group International are all Petar Vucicevich, especially considering the posts that have been made lately on this board.

This is my point...Consultech, Kore, and SLJB are all Petar Vucicevich. How do we know that Consultech is a legitimate company or sljb for that sake?

Dubai..still growing.. Dubai world’s No 2 in building offices, says study Web posted at: 10/2/2006 3:16:40 Source ::: REUTERS
DUBAI • Office space in Dubai is growing at an annual rate of 42.5 per cent and the Gulf emirate has more commercial property units under construction than any other place in the world except Moscow, a study showed.
Although downtown Dubai has 14 million sq feet (1.301 million sq metres) of office space, that is far less than required by businesses expanding operations in the commercial hub of the world's biggest oil exporting region.
"Supply is quite simply not meeting demand and developers are feverishly trying to correct the market," said John Davis, chief executive of the Middle East arm of property service consultants Colliers International.
A Colliers study showed Dubai had more than 24 million square feet of office space under development, second to only Moscow, with 26.90 million square feet.
Davis said the commercial development sector was growing at a compound annual growth rate of 42.5 per cent.
With demand outstripping supply, prices of commercial real estate are expected to keep growing by 50 per cent a year until 2008, property management firm Aspire said last month.
So developers are shifting resources into commercial property and away from the residential real estate market, which is bracing for a flood of new units.
Dubai attracts at least 120,000 new residents per year and in March the emirate was home to an estimated 17 per cent of the world's cranes. Dubai's economy grew by 16 per cent in 2005.

We have no clue yet as to whether they are legitimate, or not. There are alot of red flags here, been saying that all along.
But, everytime I mention these issues/facts no one wants to hear it.

Sorry. I'm just playing with you for all the grief I took earlier.
KPMG in Egypt CONFIRMED they ARE working with SLJB. I am going back in, if that says anything.
