I still wonder what those 1m share trades were in the 0.06-0.08 area in the beginning of this month, if those were sells then whoever sold missed out on a LOT of money! Couldn't have been insiders, insiders wouldn't sell at such a low price. 1 million shares at 0.06 = $60,000, he/she would've gotten $135,000 for it now. So were those trades shorts covering after all?

Could have been buys at the bid. Buys at the bid will register as sells.

No, not D-day. This company is legit. Get over it. They canceled the shares, and the audit is taking time. They were wrong to put a deadline, but have conveyed every step to us. These guys are legitimate.

I'm not doubting their legitimacy. By d-day i meant is today the day for the fins? I hope so, I want to trade at $3 like CSHD [Smile]

It gives you a feel for the level of demand for a stock at that particular instant.

In that picture it shows that 3 MMs are willing to buy instantly at 0125 and only one MM is willing to sell at 013. That is good, because the odds are better that he will be bought out at 013 (bumping up to the next 2 MMs) before all three on the bid fill their orders.

I figured it out.

I think their fiscal year ends July 31st. If that is the case then they have to file by October 16th.

That is the new deadline.

Fiscal year end
Monday, July 31, 2006
Filing due date
Monday, October 16, 2006

But really thats just a guess to make me feel better.
