I just tried calling and someone accually answered the phone and I wish I had my thoughts togather and accually eceting a pick up but I did have questions and he anwered what he could. The man that answered the phone was Dwight from the Florida location. I asked him about the finacails and them coming out or at least a PR. His reasponse was that they have been expecting them by the end of this week, so Dwight said that he thinks they may come still today or tommorow. He said something about them being sent, these are hard copy fincails with officail stamps on them that are probably in route (physically). Then when they get them they will also look over them themselves. Dwight also comented about the dingy quality of the CEO statement and stuff that they put on the Sulja website and it seems as though its a software aspect that copies the document or whatever, I didn't totally understand that part but it sounds like they (or maybe just Marquee) want them to look a little nicer. He also reiterated that Petar does care about the shareholders and will keep us up to speed (guess when I think about it it would be silly to PR a "we're still waiting FEDEX tracking says it's at the whatever site in processing (I 'm not saying they are using FEDEX just hypotethical here:)" and then come out hours later with the accual statement.) Concerning PWC being removed from the Marquee page. THis was just a policy that PCW haas that they do not want IR companies putting that kind of info up for public. Dwight reiterated that it doesn't mean they dropped out of the audit, just that they wanted that removed. Marquee then called KPMG and asked if they wanted the same and they didn't care so they left KPMG up on the website. Felt good to talk with Dwight and I feel sorry for the guy as he has a LOT of calls and E-mails coming in (just look at the counter on the Sulja site). I wish I had time to proofread this but I have to go to work I'll get back from work around 11:00 tonight. Ima
If Dwight wanted to get all of the shareholders off his back he should just post the "tracking number" on Marquee's site. That would cut down on the calls to him! LOL
Way to go imapoorcollegestudent!

Just got back from work and stil nothing, hopefully sometime before the bell oh well
IMAKE, I'm quite sure Dwight was talking about Petar and Co. not Marquee. And i think it would be extremly important to look over things to make sure everyimportant detail was included.
During my phone call with Dwight I asked him also about the worry of this being a scam, and he seemed a little frustrated at the term as though "why is this so hard to understand" kind of reasponse, he then went on to say pinky scams don't have audited finacials and he even reiterated "quarterly", even from the reputable institutions such as these. So far other than delayed results there is nothing to convice me that this is a scam. Much DD has been done here and what it seems to be is a waiting on the powers that be. Petar is/ has been waiting just like we are. For him this is like me waiting to get my reportcard in the mail after a good hard semester in college. Due to the delay we have experinced already it's possiblwe they may not coem by monday (hope they due) but this is a real company with real deals nad when this AF comes out the pps will go real high. Petar is anxious, I'm crazy anxious (that's why I've called Marquee), and I know we all are. But patience is a virtue. I sure hope we get something before open on Monday and it seems as though we will. Only invest in what you can afford, do you DD and don't forget to live life in the mean time (that part I need to work on when there is something big happening like waiting for the auditeds to come). God Bless! Ima

I'll be gone tomorrow so I'm not selling. I may get more shares if it dips again. Those that are all bent out of shape about when the audited financials are delivered that's fine. Sell your shares.

Maybe it's just me but, I'm not seeing 'the fun' in this yet.
Them having fun over there doesn't surprise me. They wouldn't let anyone see it any other way.
And, as for them coming Monday,....they said BY YESTERDAY,...not Today, not tomorrow.
They've already gone back on their word, regardless of what day they come now.
I hope there is no reason to be stalling this, possibly, them not being all they were cracked up to be.

you put your family food on the table in front of wolves that haven't eaten for weeks....
never put in what you can't afford to loose. If this were to go to .0001 in about 1 hour from a gap down to .09 and stay forever what would you do? I am still new here, don't put down what you can't afford to loose. THATS THE RULES!!!
Monday will certainly be a trip. I am holding and will not flinch when it gets bloody. Just too much to look forward to.

Found this post. Some interesting background on Chad. New owner of Marquee is: Dwight Flatt.
A very good point was mentioned, why would Chad bail now right before the company claims to be about to 'go big', and he has the potential to make some nice cash. A good question.....
9/22/2006 2:14:40 AM
Chad Austin Curtis is or perhaps was until just recently or soon, CEO/Chaiman of Marquee Asset Management. He's sold the company to his partner looks like this week.
Supposedly he was acting as I/R for SLJB for free, which I find kinda hard to believe.
Used to be a broker of some ilk with a few Florida outfits including JP Turner and until August of this year Acosta in Miami.
NASD Broker Check CHAD AUSTIN CURTIS CRD Number: 2912399 shows one criminal action and one customer complaint.
He left Acosta in August and Florida SOS shows initial filing for Marquee Asset Management LLC on August 18/06. An event filing was made September 18/06 and a Dwight Flatt in Ft Lauderdale is now shown as Manager/Member
With everything that's supposedly on the plate for SLJB? Thought they were only getting started. Thought they're going to make princely amounts of money in Dubai. WHY SELL NOW?, I wonder, at what is billed by him, to the masses, as the beginning?

BooDog I agree, I got into this for the gamble and with 621K shares, I think I will ride this one for a while. I think you are correct about this one getting bloody, but IMO I think the reward will be great. So many talk negatively about this stock, A STOCK THEY OWN ??? I don't understand. GLTA that deside to sell, flip, or hold.

Personally I think this particular board has gone to hell. So the Fins didn't come today. Hell look at CSHD, they were suppose to be done on Aug. 1, but has yet to be completed. So what is a day. If don't want to take the risk and wait a couple more days then sell. I'm sure there will be a lot of people there to buy your shares. But I don't want anyone to come back and say, "well I guess I should have waited". Your lose. Keep an eye on the bigger picture people.

boodog im not saying that i cant afford to lose this money but what i am saying is that i dont want to lose it. not caring about losing your money is not a very good investment strategy. if you dont care about throwing your money around why dont you throw it my way i'd be more than happy to take it.
