Marquee website is being updated right now. I was looking at it and refreshing the page and new links were appearing and wording was being change.
Looks like someone is trying to make it look more professional.
Prepping for the release maybe?

But the financials submitted for audit should reflect who was management at the time of the audit, 8ks can be submitted to say who is in charge now... wait, has anyone seen any sec filings? dam. another question!

yep. I saw that too money, they had it as the 20th then changed it to the 23rd and then... for a short time changed it back to the 20th... and then (and now) changed it to the 23rd. I thought i was seeing things.
Company has indicated the release of the Audited Financials by September 23, 2006.
The fact is they |NEVER| should have |indicated| a date in the first place. anyone watch NCIS on tv? someone smack Petar on the back of the head! Good luck over the weekend you guys, hope you all covered and are ready for Monday.

filings are not required and it is free to quote a PK, what bugs me also is that they still haven't updated them. http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=sljb has their warning. They could do much more to keep potential and current shareholders in tune with what is going on. Keeping the filings coming shows transparency, what we get here is drama. They have followed through with plans and the potential is worth keeping a small position in. But a finger on the trigger. Which is probably why this reacts with every flinch of the forums. And no I am not an expert, I am also still learning.

I believe all they need to do is post the audit and fax the audit for filing monday morning, would work out fine, but they better show us the audit or this thing tanks on monday. cross our fingers. jmo

have it set to ignore numbers (counter) and set it up to check every 10 minutes. You can even set it to check down to every 10 seconds or less. Anytime the page is updated, a popup will come up to tell you that there was a change to the wepage. Really cool!
Beats going to the page everytime and refreshing...

well surfer, if they are delayed, petar will probably use the "3 more day's" game" just enough to keep us stringing along, however it is only 7:54 here on the west coast, he still may come through for us..

There is only one PR that states anything about when the audited financials would be released. The PR said that they would be avaiable mid September.
All other dates are from the CEO statements or the Maequee Asset Management IR web site. http://www.marqueeasset.com/
As far as I'm concerned they are not an offical Press releases such as one made through BusinessWire, ETC. I agree they should not have given any dates in the statements or at the Marquee web site.
In one of the PR's or postings Petar indicated that is was out of his hands therefore, out of his control.
I want to see the AF's as much as everyone else does TODAY. I think they will be posted Monday 11:00am EDST.
