Green Endeavors Files Its Form 10 With the SEC
Marketwire "Press Releases " SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/24/10 -- Green Endeavors, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: GRNE), a salon holding company, announced that it has filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A Form 10 is a comprehensive disclosure document with audited financial statements that will cause GRNE to become fully reporting with the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Once the filing is effective in 60 days, GRNE will be required to file regular quarterly reports (Form 10Qs), certain interim reports (Form 8Ks), annual reports (Form 10Ks), and several other disclosure documents.

SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Green Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NXHD), is proud to announce that its salon operations have posted record revenues for November. Our newest Landis Lifestyle Salon location generated $42,478 in gross sales in October, its first full month of operations. In the month of November our newest location posted service and product sales of $46,777 and gift card sales of $3,620 which roughly equates to a 20% increase in sales over October.
Combined revenues (inclusive of gift card sales) for both locations were $204,422 in November 2010, compared to $164,529 for the comparable period in 2009. The $40,000 increase represents a 24% climb over the comparable month in 2009. Richard Surber, CEO, noted that, "Our newest location's sales in November 2010 were over 300% more than the non-performing Bountiful location that we closed. We are setting the stage for record sales in 2011 that I hope will be jump started by strong holiday sales."

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Nexia Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NXHD) the parent company of Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: GRNE), is proud to announce that revenues are up substantially in the fourth quarter of 2010 compared to the same period in 2009.
Richard Surber, CEO of Nexia Holdings, Inc. noted, "My team is on track so far in 2011 to outpace 2010 revenues by a substantial margin. We have a number of promotional events on the horizon. Our training efforts of new staff members are beginning to pay dividends in the form of enhanced guest experiences which is translating into higher sales. Combined net sales for both locations were $645,602 and gift card sales of $14,381 (which are not included as revenue until redeemed) for fourth quarter 2010, compared to net sales of $518,176 and gift card sales of $8,436 for the comparable period in 2009. The $127,426 increase represents a 25% climb over the comparable period in 2009.
Mr. Surber continued, "Sales at our flagship location were $498,862 for fourth quarter 2010, compared to $471,804 for the comparable period in 2009. The $27,058 increase represents a 6% increase, even though a good portion of our staff moved over to the new location. Some of the details show double digit gains for service, product, and gift card sales this Holiday season over 2009."
Mr. Surber elaborated further, "Our newest Landis Lifestyle Salon location generated $146,740 in net sales for the fourth quarter 2010 plus gift card sales of $5,108. Our newest location outpaced sales from our former Bountiful location by over 223% for the comparable period in 2009. GRNE is now the owner of two of the top producing salons in the state of Utah. Today, thanks to the efforts of Logan C. Highly skilled stylists directly translate into the best guest services. Outstanding service by our small army of over 70 talented individuals is the engine that is driving our financial growth.

I have surveyed what will most likely be our third location in, Draper, Utah. Over the long term the intent is to use our local success and national recognition as the catalyst to then acquire only the best operating salons in the country. Currently, I know of no other publicly traded hair salon company that occupies the high end segment of the market. However, I am aware of many other well run Aveda(TM) salons that operate throughout the United States and Canada. These salons are privately owned enterprises that are the most elite Aveda(TM) salons in the world. Inevitably, these owners will be looking for an exit strategy or a way to further grow their very successful businesses, which is where the public financial markets come into play.
