Members,

Take a look at GRNE. This is a stock that was on our Premium Twit list this morning (stocks with potential) & one that is now starting to break out toward a new 52 week high of 0.10. Keep this stock on watch right now as the closer it gets to 0.10 the more investors are going to start to put GRNE on their screens. Stocks that break 52 week highs usually carry over a lot of momentum & this is one we believe could see those highs coming soon.

Final Comments & Disclosures

Good luck today and as always make sure you follow our intra day tweets & read our DISCLAIMER page for all the risks, disclosures, and possible conflicts of interest.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, Mar 30, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Green Endeavors, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD), announced that its salon operations estimated net sales for the first 2 months in 2010 were $334,510 compared to $315,958 for the comparable period in 2009, an increase of $18,552 or 6%.
The number of services we performed in the first two months of 2010 was up by 200 while our product sales remained flat. Our salons plan to step up our efforts to capitalize on the Aveda(TM) Points of Difference along with additional marketing efforts which include sponsoring events that help the communities we serve.

Richard Surber, CEO, stated, "I am focused on growth in 2010. Our team is working diligently for even greater improvements in our revenues as the year progresses. I am counting on our stylist to drive growth at our existing locations while my focus turns to growing GRNE through acquiring additional locations, as well as finding sites for building out completely new locations. I have spent over two years studying potential acquisition and new site candidates. I want to make sure that the launch of additional locations is affected in a manner that will promote long-term financial and community success. I want to be confident that the location, staffing, design/build out, financing, and a multitude of other factors meet or exceed our high standards. My goal is to open up only the best locations while we lay the foundation for substantial growth into the future."

News , Landis Salons Signs Letter of Intent for Third Location

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwire)
04/20/10
Green Endeavors, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD), announced that its Landis Salon subsidiary has signed a letter of intent for a third Landis Salon location. The third location will be approximately 3,000 sq. ft. The new location will be on the corner of 600 North 300 West in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The area is known as the Marmalade District. The location was chosen for a host of reasons including, but not limited to the following:

An estimated 90,000 cars pass by the location daily.

The location is a block from access points to Interstate 15.

The salon location will be on a corner with high visibility like Landis' flagship Salon with UV windows that allow potential clients to see directly into the building.

Plentiful and convenient parking.

The space is new construction and will be energy efficient.

The landlord is the owner of Howa Construction, a first class builder that is committed to building out a spectacular salon space and attracting first class co-tenants.

Management believes that there is a pent up need for services in the Marmalade District.

Management believes it can readily staff the location with the support of the Aveda Institute in Provo.

One of our current lead stylists lives in the neighborhood and plans on moving her client base and doing grass roots marketing for the new salon.

The Marmalade District/Capitol Hill has one of the highest average incomes per household in Salt Lake City, based upon reported incomes a few blocks east of the location.

Management anticipates that the salon will receive support from the surrounding neighborhood and local government.

Mr. Richard Surber, CEO stated, "I plan to have a definitive lease signed in the next two weeks. We plan to hire Prescott Muir Architects, www.prescottmuir.com, for the design of the space. Prescott has already drawn preliminary floor plans. My expectation is to have complete drawings in the next two weeks. We would be looking at opening the location by October 2010 in time for the holiday season. Additional revenues could be as much as $1.2M in the first year of operations."

About Green Endeavors Ltd.

Green Endeavors, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: GRNE), headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a holding company with operations in health & beauty. GRNE owns a majority interest in Landis Salons, Inc., http://www.landissalons.com, hair salons built around the world-class AVEDA? product line. For more information, visit http://www.green-endeavors.com.

GRNE strongly encourages the public to read the above information in conjunction with its filings and disclosures filed in 2009 and 2010. GRNE's disclosures can be viewed at www.green-endeavors.com and www.pinksheets.com.

This press release contains forward looking statements. The opening of the additional location is contingent upon signing a definitive lease agreement and raising sufficient capital to fund the construction and operation of the prospective location. Management believes that it will be able to raise sufficient capital to construct staff and operate the new location. However, there are no assurances that such assumptions will prove correct with regard to this potential additional location. The actual results that GRNE may achieve could differ materially from any forward-looking statements due to such risks and uncertainties. Investors should not invest more than they can afford to lose in penny stocks.

Hello Small Cap Society Friends,
Yesterday we alerted you to watch GRNE for the bounce. Congratulations to those that took advantage of our alert and are now up over 65%. The chatter is high from many different directions on this one and that means POWER!
www.smallcapsociety.com/grne.php

From the technical side.
GRNE turned in the 3rd highest volume day in it's history and is coming off the bottom with power. It closed over the 50MA of .0567 with a beautiful GREEN candle. The fast STO is headed straight up with plenty of room to move. The MACD cross is coming today along with some serious money flow as shown by the CMF. Everything on the chart indicates this is headed to test the .10 area. If it breaks the .10 then it will be blue skies.

We are ready to see some profits!

Good luck friends and as always, trade smart!

Sincerely,
Your Small Cap Society DD Team

Salt Lake City's Marmalade Hill Historic District was named so because early street names reflected the fruit-bearing plants and trees imported and planted there by its early residents. Marmalade is a small triangular area bounded by 300 North on the south, 500 North on the north, Center Street on the east, and Quince Street, the district's "Main Street", on the west. Settled in the early days of Salt Lake City, the Marmalade District is distinguished from other neighborhoods by steep, narrow, angular streets, mature landscaping and a surprising variety of vintage residential buildings. Within a single one-block area are almost as many styles of architecture as exist in the entire Avenues Historic District. Moreover, many buildings are considered to be among Utah's best examples of certain types of architecture.

Today, the neighborhood stands as a modest, well-preserved, monument to the skill, taste, and resourcefulness of its pioneer inhabitants. Excellent examples of Utah's early architecture in Marmalade Hill include the John Platts House at 364 Quince Street, the Carpenter-Gothic-style Thomas Quayle House at 355 Quince Street, the vernacular Queen Anne-style Reverend John D. Nutting House at 161 West 400 North, and the more formal Italianate-style Morrow-Taylor House at 390 Quince Street. Built in 1890, the 19th Ward Meetinghouse is an eclectic example of Victorian architecture that exhibits unique features such as the onion-shaped dome and onion-topped pillars, which was a departure from the uniformity exhibited by earlier LDS meetinghouse architecture.

Very seldom in the world of trading Penny Stocks will traders at Bloomfield Investment Club average up.

On March 31st we called for a reload of GRNE when the price dipped to the low .03's. We have been hearing so much about this stock that today we decided to average up. We added 50,000 shares today!!!

Bloomfield currently owns 250,000 shares of GRNE

GRNE: Good morning xtremepicks.com members.

Mid week is upon us and earnings season is in full swing. The markets have been pretty volatile as of late and xtrempicks keeps finding monster winning plays for our members.

GRNE has climbed more than 120% in two sessions and we are a ways off from any type of near term resistance.

The business plan being executed by GRNE is impeccable, slow and steady, careful and calculating come to mind when we hear about managements strategic outlook. These guys aren't opening salons at breakneck speed, they are patiently picking their spots, waiting for the right opportunity to present itself and then jumping all over it, making large sums of money along the way.

GRNE's Salon Revenues Top $508,000 for First Quarter 2010; Up 5% Above Comparable Period of 2009

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwire)
04/26/10
Green Endeavors, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD), announced that its salon operations estimated net revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2010 were $508,365 for the salon entities which includes Landis Salons, Inc. and Newby Salons, LLC. This number, as compared to net revenues of $484,031 for the first quarter of 2009, reflects an increase of 5% or $24,334.

Richard Surber, CEO of GRNE noted, "Sales were up at both locations. In addition, the number of products sold, as well as the number of services, increased. The fact that both sales and services were up at both locations is very encouraging. Throughout most of 2009 our salons increased the number of service sales, but our product sales were down. I believe the increase in product sales in 2010 is a positive indication of better sales to come."

Mr. Surber continued, "I encourage all interested parties to review our financials posted with Pinksheets for a more thorough financial picture of GRNE. Please note that GRNE's reporting status was upgraded from limited information to current information. It is GRNE's intentions to maintain its current information status well into the future and to post audited financials in the near future."

About Green Endeavors, Ltd.
Green Endeavors, Ltd. is a micro cap company traded on the OTCBB and Pink Sheets. As a penny stock company, they are traded under the symbol GRNE. Green Endeavors’ salons operate under the name Landis Salons, Inc.; currently holding two salons in northern Utah.
Green Endeavors, Ltd., owns and operates two Aveda™ salons under Landis Salons, Inc. Using the Aveda™ proven health and beauty concepts, their exceptional management and staff have allowed the Landis Lifestyle Salon to generate substantial revenues since its inception. These salons are discussed in much further detail in our "Welcome" section of this website. More information can also be read at our website at www.landissalons.com.

Landis http://landissalons.net is an independently operated salon that exclusively sells and uses AVEDA(TM) products. According to Aveda.com, 89 of America's top 200 fastest-growing salons/spas are part of the growing Aveda network. Their intention is to use the new public vehicle (GRNE) to roll up additional salons that sell AVEDA(TM) products and potentially other environmentally conscious health and beauty companies. They are considering acquiring up to four established salon operations during 2007, and have closed on the acquisition of the Reflections salon for which a Letter of Intent was signed on June 20th...

They will re-brand the Reflections acquisition as a Landis Salon to further capitalize upon the Landis branding and defray marketing cost between the two locations. It's anticipated that these two items will lead to increased top line revenues as well as increased profitability. Salon revenues are expected to jump an additional 12% just as a result of the acquisition...

Mr. Surber continued, "I encourage all interested parties to review our financials posted with Pinksheets for a more thorough financial picture of GRNE. Please note that GRNE's reporting status was upgraded from limited information to current information. It is GRNE's intentions to maintain its current information status well into the future and to post audited financials in the near future

GRNE), a majority owned subsidiary of Nexia Holdings, Inc.
