This is bound to happen soon. Just have a look at the trading pattern. Up and down with almost nothing. It's like watching a cat playing with a mouse.

SNWT NEWS INTERNET TRAFIC HIGH AND ADVERTISING COST DOWN

Market Wire "US Press Releases "
SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/10/10 --
San West Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT), an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, is pleased to announce significant improvements to a number of key business metrics pertaining to efficiency of the online advertising strategy employed by partner website, www.CountyImports.com.

The keyword marketing overhaul campaign, launched in early February and announced March 4, 2010, has rapidly transformed www.CountyImports.com into the leading online off-road vehicle (ORV) dealer with regard to "natural" or "organic" web traffic. "Natural web traffic" is a term used in reference to unpaid high ranking results on search engines. This 1,000-plus hour effort is driving a record flow of free, highly-targeted web traffic to the website, and in turn facilitating a 37% decrease in overall online advertising costs compared to both 2008 and 2009, the two most lucrative years in the website's history.

"Thanks to the constant optimizing of CountyImports.com, one word at a time, over the past year, we are now experiencing record web traffic as advertising spending declines to near all-time lows," said Frank Drechsler, President and CEO of San West Inc. "Our closest competitors continue to spend exorbitantly on pay-per-click and other expensive advertising campaigns to drive low-value traffic, while by comparison, our position as the top natural traffic ORV dealer and the one-stop-shop destination for off-road vehicles represents a key strategic advantage and continues to move our business model away from paid advertising. We now spend $0.24 per click versus approximately $0.42 during 2008 and 2009. Overall paid advertising costs continue to plummet and we expect to achieve our objective of a 50% reduction in the coming months. We are ecstatic about the initial results of our ongoing optimization campaign and would like to express our gratitude to CountyImports.com personnel for all of the time and hard work that went into making it a success."

Mr. Drechsler added, "The website already attracts more than 60,000 visitors per month, a figure that we expect to grow to approximately 135,000 over the near-term as we continue to optimize our website and our marketing strategies."

This is some great info i recieved in an email form stockhideout.com that i thoguht would be intresting to share

SNWT also has two wholly-owned BIG name subsidiaries

Buggy World is a well-established retailer of off-roach buggies, parts and accessories with multiple locations and exclusive rights in San Diego County.

Letz Go Racing Off-Road Center develops aftermarket, high-performance accessories for off-road all-terrain vehicles such as Go Karts

And this just crossing the wires...

SNWT just announced revenue guidance for 2010 of between $6 Million and $8 Million!

Hitting even the lower range of that forecast means SNWT is expecting to TRIPLE Revenues in 2010.

Wait, the news gets even better!

SNWT has also announced it has obtained $10,000,000 in equity financing from an institutional investor.

Frank Drechsler, CEO of SNWT, summed up the impact of this financing on the company as follows:

"This significant financing arrangement gives San West and its subsidiaries access to growth capital, enabling us to accelerate our growth strategy and implement additional marketing initiatives to take full advantage of the increasing demand for personal motorsports vehicles, parts, services and accessories,"

A strong 2010 revenue forecast plus $10 MILLION in new financing makes SNWT a company worth watching in my opinion!

Now for technical analysis I LOVE SHARING

When a penny stock is trading sideways coming off a recent downtrend and is oversold, it could be a BIG win for traders. I love retracment plays.

Right now SNWT shares are oversold at around .11 and could shoot much higher if resistance is broken at .13. The last time the Wm%R was oversold like this, SNWT ran from .06 to .21.

After .13 we could see .155 and even .21 challenged for a nice DOUBLE or more!

Don't be Late!

If you're going to trade SNWT don’t be late for the party—shares tend to move quickly on our penny stock alerts.

As always, join me in chat where we can discuss intraday support and resistance on SNWT.

See you there!

Market Wire "US Press Releases "
SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/11/10 --
San West Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT) an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, announced today that motorized scooter sales generated by its partner website, www.CountyImports.com, have increased approximately 23% for the first two months of 2010 compared to the same period last year.

Management expects this segment of its business to continue to grow substantially as the Spring/Summer ORV season progresses. The Company also announced that the average sale price for scooters sold by www.CountyImports.com is up 24.5% compared to 2009 figures as consumers select higher-end scooters and those with additional features.

"Warmer Spring weather and an improving economy appears to be driving increased sales of our off road vehicles, most notably motorized scooters," commented Jesse Gonzalez, president of CountyImports.com. "Not only are scooter sales growing considerably on a unit basis, but customers are spending more on each vehicle, part and accessory than ever before. This trend provides us with increasing optimism about what the Spring/Summer season holds. It's also a strong indicator that consumers have finally recovered from the recent economic downturn and are ready to enjoy hobbies and outdoor activities."

Mr. Gonzalez added, "Due the perfect storm of positive trends currently impacting our business, we expect to log our largest historical sales increase for motorized scooters over the next 30 days. ORV season is shifting into high gear and we are receiving extremely positive initial feedback for our new product releases, which we plan to announce in the coming weeks. In addition, continued improvements to our website are making it more attractive and easier for consumers to find. By attracting a larger flow of highly-targeted web traffic, we've been able to increase the average order size considerably and expect this trend to continue as both off-road season and our web development campaign progress."

Frank Drechsler, President and CEO of San West Inc., added, "The overarching trend towards increased consumer spending on ORVs and related goods is driving scooter sales to record levels. We plan to continue to leverage our position as the No. 2 online ORV dealer in order to capitalize on market growth and aggressively target new opportunities that hold the potential to boost sales and help our business gain share from competitors."

SNWT - Lots of posts and activity on San West, Inc. today.

China for the U.S. market. Despite an increasing number of Chinese vehicles entering the U.S., market, there are few competent UTV repair shops for Asian models. San West plans to capitalize on this opportunity by becoming a premier manufacturer of aftermarket performance UTV products that require far less maintenance than the off-the-shelf variety.

Sizable market opportunity!!

SAN DIEGO, CA, Mar 29, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- San West, Inc. (OTCBB: SNWT), an emerging leader in the motor sports industry, operator of the industry-leading motor sports portal www.CountyImports.com, and Buggy World retailers, is pleased to announce that successful implementation of an aggressive keyword marketing overhaul is helping the company cut online advertising costs by $800 daily and approximately $292,000 annually.
Launched in February of 2010, the keyword marketing campaign, has rapidly transformed www.CountyImports.com into the leading online motor-sports dealer with regard to "natural" or "organic" web traffic. "Natural web traffic" is a term used in reference to unpaid high ranking results on search engines. This 1,000-plus hour effort is driving a record flow of free, highly-targeted web traffic to the website, and in turn facilitating a major decrease in overall online advertising costs. Management views its position as a leader in organic web traffic as a major competitive advantage as the company's unique online marketing capabilities help drive a steady flow of economic web traffic to its websites, which San West continues to convert into sales at increasingly favorable rate.

"I'm proud to announce that our strenuous internal marketing improvement initiatives have been a smashing success and continue to help drive top and bottom line growth for San West. Our keyword marketing project is expected to shave nearly $300,000 from the bottom line this year, which is expected to free up a considerable amount of capital to finance other initiatives going forward," commented San West Inc. CEO Frank Drechsler.

SNWT - San West is tapping into a $31.5 billion motorcycle/ATV market opportunity. According to Kawasaki Motor Corp.’s product manager for ATVs and UTVs, the sport side of the UTV market is currently selling between 50,000-60,000 units per year and this number is likely to double over the next three to four years.

Acquisition of Buggy World positions San West for rapid growth!!

The 2008 acquisition of Buggy World provides San West with annual revenues exceeding $1.6 million, increased visibility and an established presence in the Southern California market. The addition of the Buggy World brands also gives the Company a world class product line featuring names such as Volkswagen, Subaru, Fox Racing, Shox and Joyner and a great platform for penetrating the market for gas saving scooters with brands such as BMS, CF Moto and Lance Scooter. Buggy World has two retail locations in California and a growing Internet presence.

This could be one to take off and go. IMO
