Are we trying to see how many new pages we can add in a single night? Usually this place is dead by now. Too much buzz in the air. Or too many shots...my turn.

Ric! You always were the realist here! Nobody can be mad at that. I've always said I'll let go of a block for .25 & a little bigger block at .50 but I'm very sincere when I've stated over & over my core doesn't get touched till we're past a buck.

I was only expecting a close around mid .006+ tomorrow but with the news I hope for much better. Some say the news of the gay games is fluff because we knew it would happen but we also need to think about the fact that all these new investors are on board and new investors waiting in the wings waiting to come aboard that never heard this news before because they only came in during this run. Good luck to those who want more shares. I could be wrong but I think its ready to go again.

Great news. When I saw the thread was a bit long for tonight I was wondering if there was news because I didn't see any. I also plan on selling some at around .25 and .50, but the majority after $1.00. Not sure how this will turn out in a year or so. Everyone says that Frank will sell at around .38 and move on. My question is if he does sell before 2006 gay games, Q still has the contract, but would we lose most of our shares? Do you think Frank will stay at least till after the gay games? I wonder why he wouldn't.

Q Television Finalizes Gay Games Contract

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – December 3, 2004 -- Q Television Network (Pink Sheets:QBID), announced today that the network has signed the final contract with the Gay Games Committee giving Q Television Network exclusive media and Internet rights to broadcast the 2006 Gay Games. The Gay Games VII will be held from July 15 to 22, 2006.

The contract gives Q Television broadcast rights, joint development of Gay Games-related programming, broadcast airtime for advanced Gay Games advertising and live and taped coverage of Gay Games, as well as all internet rights.

“This is a major contract for Q Television,” said Frank Olsen President and CEO of Q Television Network. “The Gay Games is a monumental event for the Gay and Lesbian community and we are thrilled to be the only television network to have an exclusive contract. We look forward to telling the stories of these amazing athletes to our viewers.”

To date, Q Television Network has shot over forty hours of footage at the Annual Meeting of the Federation of Gay Games in Cologne, Germany. The network plans to present the stories of the men and women worldwide participating in the games and will continue to shoot footage of the athletes and events leading up to the Gay Games VII to be held from July 15-22, 2006 in Chicago. The network will air numerous hours of advanced programming that will allow the Gay Games VII and its athletes to get even greater exposure and recognition.

Q Television can be found on RCN on Channel 255.

About Gay Games VII

Gay Games VII Sports and Cultural Festival will take place 15-22 July 2006. Over 12,000 athletes from more than 100 countries will compete in 30 sports ranging from softball to ******port, swimming to tennis. The weeklong event will include an arts festival, band, cheerleading and chorus performances, and a series of community-organized social events and parties. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 15 July at Soldier Field, the lakefront home stadium of American-style football's Chicago Bears. Closing ceremony will be 22 July at Wrigley Field, the home of Major League Baseball's Chicago Cubs, located in the heart of Chicago's largest LGBT neighborhood. Athletes and artists can register now for Gay Games VII and receive early registration discounts at GayGamesChicago.org. [/B]

Frank will show promos of this stuff on air to stoke the interest. He's got total control of his own network & can really heat this up. What's funny is he'll be able to show case some of the competitors that have already won Olympic games like diving & figureskating, imagine some of the announcers.

All we ever had to do is launch!

Can't help but think,,,,

Frank's pretty slick! He's got his own vehicle of promotion & I'm wondering if he doesn't air all his PRs on QTV before the business wires ever get a shot at it. I like that idea as we shareholders through our network will be the first to know!

I agree Ric, and we need to watch for something. If we do have a run tomorrow based off of new investors from this PR, they will probably act the same with thier shares as those who got in after the Trader's nation run, meaning less likely to hold on to stock after making profits, meaning we will be may be likely to see sharp gains/drops. I may make a play off these fluctuations to pay for my spring break, lol.. GL all

And it very well might! When you think about it it's pretty solid news! But I'll be very happy to see it move back to six range as you were saying earlier & moving up from there on the weight that we filled that .006 range that we left open in the climb.

What are all of your opinions on when we'll break the 1 billion volume mark? We didn't with the Qmusic news but came very close. IMO if we don't break tommorrow after this news then we won't till the PR about subscriptions. Matt

Well no matter what happens tomorrow, I am not worried. This thing is going soon no matter what. I feel a new carrier in the air. Is it the rumor? Who really knows. But if you look back, rumors seem to be more true then we would like to think. Don't know if it a ploy to move us or what. If the buyback is over and they want to see the shares rise but are not allowed to release yet. A rumor may be a way to go. It is causing excitement anyway. No matter what is true.

Matt!

Sub numbers or like Ric just said, new carrier. It's already to run on it's own but we just might get a confirmation that the Buyback is complete & that could well take us through a billion share trading day.

All I know is we will see a couple of days where volume does multiple billions.

I predict our next top will be precisely .0165!

Terry!

It's possible for this to see a dollar based on a $600 Billion Dollar target. However I have a sinking feeling that I may never see a dollar only because Frank admits to & has a documented history of developing media companies & selling them. Hope we go through a dollar first but he will sell at some point & if I had to guess & put a cash value to him selling, I would take a shot in the dark & say about .38 only because anything more than that would mean he's not selling for three or more years. I believe he sells sometime within 2 & 1/2 years. We could see a buck by then but i don't think so. Just my very humble opinion this morning & subject to change after some sleep!

I do know this! Frank will sell at some point & it will be a whole lot more than it's worth today.

Ok! I've had a little sleep since I wrote that & now it might make it to a buck sooner. Say early 2006!

Gay Games 2006

Looked up Gay Games 2006 on internet. Check out the main website where they feature an article (dated Sept. 2004) "QBID is affiliated with RCN and OTHER PROVIDERS"

I'm pretty sure that they already know who our next providers are as that would have been disclosed for contract purposes. Perhaps final signing of this contract had something to do with making sure the other provider(s) had been signed.

I was thinking about something. The actual completion of the contract is nothing. We're focusing on that instead of the message behind it.

The 2006 GayGames would not sign with a Network who's only on with RCN but would sign with a network that can deliver in all markets and more then 30 countries.

So this almost GAURANTEE's we have another carrier! PPS usually rises before word is out and I dought it is rising because of the Gay Games final contract, it's rising because WE HAVE ANOTHER CARRIER.

Buckle Up. It's all a strategy on Franks part. I would wait for the PPS to be at .02 to mention the carrier, maybe .03. Then we can fly to .10

If you think about what the terms of contract probably are, they wouldn't sign with a network that can only offer limited coverage.

Thanks for thinking outside the box 1Big !

i see after all the drinking last night you folks had the same idea hit ya. i'm guessing but frank may have had to prove he had more carriers before they would finalize. from the first pr about the games & the cc it seemed the money part was agreed on, thus why wait to finalize the contract. frank did say by the end of dec. we'd be in 35% of the country & RCN doesn't cover that much area. its early, still finishing first cup of coffee but wasn't end of jan. to be 55% of the country??

final signed contract in hand. loi is 1 thing, but contract quite another. big. means that deep pockets like sumner redstone's viacom (logo), euro pinkTV, or others go through us--just like frank said in the pr announcing signing of loi. think they went with us because the q is "for the gay community, BY the gay community"--logo will be a gay network produced by the straight people.

sets up the future nicely. they'll be promo-ing the hell outta this all next year--enticing new subs. this is a whole new MEDIA venue--not just gay stuff. traditional media will have to pay more than just lip service to this whole enterprise, and the q. could be the beginning of a broadcasting icon (qtn). baseball--nbc game of the week, abc monday night football, qtn gay olympics provider to the masses 2006, 2010 and beyond.

the thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat...all on our own little network....

For the last week or so a friend of mine has been trying to locate Q-TV on C band. We are using all of the information that is posted on the website. Has anyone else been able to find Q on C-band? I have surfed all around 121 degrees West and found nothing. I am using ONSAT channel guide and looking for Intelsat Americas 13 transponder 18. What am I doing wrong anyone know? I saw that it had changed to T7??? I am so confused!!! HELP!!!
