Tarrant Apparel Group (TAGS) @ 30 5/16: Tarrant is a provider of private
label casual apparel, primarily serving specialty retailers and
mass merchandise chains by contracting for various manufacturers.
Total revenues rose 31% and net income rose by 65%. Tarrant has
been beaten down recently by the breaking off of a joint venture

in their stock price. Before their venture, Tarrant was running
around 45$ a share, while BUR was losing money. With a PE of less
than 15, a price to sales of 1.05, and a three year growth rate
