So if Rufus isn't going to give the shorts an opportunity to cover, then what will happen to the "air shares"? It would seem there would be no squeeze and those without certs would be screwed.
I guess this is saying that the shorts would have 48 hours to cover, but it also says that Rufus doesn't believe that will be enough time to do so.

sorry, thought that was directed elsewhere as my stance is consistent: been a few days I would've bought for flips--particularly after the gap-fill to .13-ish. Most recently, I wanted to buy around a buck before the $4 spike...alas, my schedule simply prevented my doing so. As far as holding for the promised land? My take has been that if this gets pulled off, there will be more... I won't gamble on a hold with something like this.
Great flipper, though...and certainly a Geek Hall Of Famer, worthy of study and research.

Ok, im still in the belief that there is some major software / operating system deal on the table. The COBRA or CORBA was something i found interesting and now the "hint" about the nephew of the richest man in the world. Tut says the richest man is not Ingvar Kamprad, which would make Gates next in line right? Well, maybe the hint was just that....a hint. Here is someone coined as Bill Gates nephew but not actually his nephew. A young brain child by the name of Rupert. I only have a few minutes from time to time to research things but i found this interesting.

Hey! Ok guys, so is it going to be Reset THISMORNING.....i am having trouble figuring out exactly when it is going to be reset....i want to buy more BUT i fear that the money will not transfer in time to buy when it is still kinda low im in at .97 right now but only 200 shares and i want to get in more like 1,000 shares and it would take me like 4 days toget the money to be tradable after i sell my other stocks and stuff b/c i don't have a margin account! I don't think that being ON or OFF the NOBO list is the question that we need to ask ourselves...
The NOBO list is a list of people who hold shares, and,...-that list says that there are MORE shares then what the company issued out!
Understand....?
So you are on the list, great, there are only 110 million REAL shares and say 200 million shares out there (round numbers)that people own, hey that doesn't add up does it!
So then WHO on the NOBO list gets the actual shares? That's the question!!!!
All this time we have been OUT of shares that is why there are naked shorts!!! -Because there are "NO SHARES."
If you bought today, yesterday a month ago... IMO YOU BOUGHT AIR!!! Selling air, buying air!
Your broker is on the NOBO and it says they own xxxxx amount of shares, this other broker owns xxxxxx many, -etc....
But CSHD says there IS ONLY THIS many shares!! SO NOW WHAT HAPPENS?

It's NOT just a matter of being on the list, we all I'm sure are on it if you think about it, most are on it in your Brokers name, get your certs and YOUR name appears on the list....
SO WHAT?!! You're just another name on a list! Aren't you?... "SECOND" in line too, so incourt don't you think that it would be logical for a judge to give the "real" shares to the ones who were there "first?" --The Brokers...
I've bought shares at .10 when it was FHAL, I'd be LUCKY if THOSE were real!!

They sold air to get it to the SHO and DON'T have to cover those, then they sell air while it's on the SHO, but have 3 days to cover!

Or, or or....earlier in the thread i mentioned that the twin towers could "rise from the ashes" and maybe AISS has a hand in making the composite high heat materials. Well, the Prince tried to donate 10 million dollars to the rebuilding of the towers but it was turned down by Giulinani. This was in 2001 however.

Ok, last post i promise. And, this is my last guess for Tut. I think its Prince Alwaleed. Major philanthropist and majorly rich. Huge investor and could write Arabic quotes like the best of them. I also believe he is the person that bought up a large amount of the float some time ago.
Good reading here. This is all IMO of course. Tut may be crazy....which makes me totally nuts i guess. If it is the Prince we are in for a helluva ride

hey fellow longs, I hope everyone is doing super, sorry about you phil, it sux will miss u. just wanted to tell you guys that while I was checking stock forums; you know daily routine, I saw an arabic forum of middleeastern investors; mainly saudiarabians, who trade in US markets. I speak arabic BTW, and you won't believe the boom CSHD has done over there. Kept googling for other US middleeastern stock forums; all in arabic, and there is literally a link of CSHD on each very active daily. Just a quick look at those forums tells you the number of international investors interested in CSHD is large!!. what came to my attention is a son of the famous Saudi Prince Buisnessman "Alwaleed Bin Talal" is actually talking about supporting his position that currently he is in. I don't know how many shares he bought so figured I would ask him. So I registerd for the forum and asked him of how much he bought? he refused to tell me but rather told me that he also daytrade of around 30k or so. He actually has a long position with CSHD. I don't want to bother you guys about who is Alwaleed, google it for fun. He is mad rich and an insider for a number of big Co.s in the US.. Ohh well, sleeping pill is taking effect right now anyways, GLTA and see you tomorow. it is now 2:30 in the morning in the middleeast. Need to get some sleep.

Well, the Prince being involved could be a dream but what a huge dream that would be. This guy is very serious. I like how they say when there is a disaster anywhere in the world the Prince is there with finances. Im sticking to this pick. He may might not be Tut himself but maybe its one of his advisors. Wow, it would be incredible.

I honestly do believe in your hearts and minds that you know you the answer because that is why you have held strong against the worst odds and you are still here. I know you don't like to hear the words "soon" or "close" but it is my firm belief that even you know now that it is "very close".

good morning. Hey chart I'm going to try and get in touch with cshd today about cross referencing the list. Technically my name should be in their book. I also wonder why they had us call the TA about the NOBO list when the TA said they had no access to it. So no big news released last night I take it. I'd rather have big news released either right before or right after the opening bell anyway. People tend to forget about after hours pr's.
