greenday I have an email from ameritrade stating that the looked at the nobo and my name was on the list. So at least I have that in writting. Tomorrow I'm going to try and get in touch with someone at cshd, and see if they can cross reference it with their list. As far as I can tell. having your name on the NOBO list at least previous to the 29th deadline. is as good as requesting your certs. It should have your name as having ownership of those shares and give you every right that others that have hard copies of their certs are receiving. Any body if I am wrong in my thinking please correct me.
I might have made a huge boo boo. I bought in July and have been holding since. So I should be on NOBO through both eTrade and Scottrade. However - I did a couple flips this week to make back so initial funds and get some free shares. SO is my date of ownership when I first bought in July? or will it be the date of the most recent shares purchased (this week) since I sold my July ones? and if so, what does that mean. I thought the 9/29 date was only the date the 10K was due - is it significant in any other way??
I might need to give a call myself. Let us know if they can tell you if your on 'the list'

GreenDay, The 29th was the last day for all FHAL share holders to turn in their CERTS for CSHD CERTS... As for the date and the "us"...i don't think that there is a big issue with it...You should be just fine...

Unless I'm reading it wrong CSHD can qualify for NASDAQ under a few different scenario's. I guess it could happen even though I, personally won't hold my breath. We are attempting to look into every possibility. Please those who are new here do not read more into any of this than there is. It's SPECULATION and none of it can be confirmed.

After reading the ddtc? I came to the conclusion that if we had a depression and you didnt have the certs well guess what ur shat outa luck~LOL~ if they decided hmmm look at all the control because we are lazy/...is that the word ? Because we are greedy and lazy we want the easy money...my opinion is rufas is giving just that to us after all the hardships the peeps before us have gone through with the stock market etc...Believe me , it was tough but I learned from family that certs are for you if you want the long haul of the company most of my family made millions from the stock market and held certs scott...at&t...comcast...ge..to name a few and it was well worth it...again do what u feel is right for you but do not cry if you are left out and in turn if I am wrong I wont...~LOL~ I know nothing that would benefit anyone but myself LOL glta

- Rufus claims that Simon from subpennyradio may have affiliation with Timothy Miles, the man behind our-street. Simon stutters in response, but maintains he does not.
- Rufus invites ********** to office ... rufus will answer questions and ********** will also have to answer questions. Open invitation to such bashers.
- Rufus says merger agreement stated $15, that WILL be reset price although that is NOT their current value. My single, largest objection to DTCC/DTC et-al-nexus is their being private. As such, they are immune to FOI requests--sumpin's *very wrong* about that...
The geek-by-filings plays? I only do those I'm fairly sure of at least one MM trading after r/s; risk-reward is optimal: often the commission is higher than the buy-in...average return is about a 10-bagger. Latest one I did was MLNK, paid $27 as I recall, for eventual sell at $195. The funniest one I remember offhand? Seems like Glass, Keith and I did one last year for a 45-cent buy that paid about $95-110, depending when the broker(s) delivered shares...

PYPR...no, not up on that one...sounds as though it's been a good play, though...
ST22: the sub-topic is "geek plays," as an offshoot of the DTCC/DTC-->certs conversations. What you're asking me about are plays wherein the company reverses but limits the effects of the reverse to certain "below-than" limits. Typically, the "round-off" number is 100. An example: round-off is 100, pps is currently .05, reverse ratio is 200. Theoretically, pps post-reverse is 200 X .05 = $10. Buy 100 (or maybe 101, say) for $10. Post-reverse, you have 100 shares, now trading at $10: 100 x 10 = $1,000. Typically, that will not happen (by the time your shares are delivered)...but selling at 8, 7, 6, 5...quite feasible.
