HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - 04/07/10) - Bederra Corporation (Pinksheets:BEDA - News) management reports that it has begun repurchasing shares of the company's common stock from the open market in its previously announced buyback program. As previously stated, management reiterated that the board of directors has approved the repurchase of up to fifty percent of the shares in the outstanding public float. This reflects management's commitment to drive shareholder value and appreciation in the company's current price per share to allow the company to more effectively complete merger and acquisition activities. Management stated that it would periodically release news updates with regard to the buyback, as well as shares purchased relative to the changing "Squeeze Trigger" price per share determined periodically by buyins.net.
Also, the company announced that it has entered negotiations to re-enter the outpatient medical clinic market through a joint venture with an existing clinic. This clinic is located near the former Reliant Medical Clinic. Management believes that recently announced changes effected by the newly passed health care bill will prove advantageous to the company through future acquisitions or joint ventures with diversified clinics strategically located in target areas. The recent acquisition of Texas Mobile Health further enables Bederra to provide a wide range of services to any clinic that it owns, or with whom it forms a joint venture, in addition to clinics that may be served on a per client basis by TMH. The negotiations are ongoing and management stated that it would announce any letter of intent or definitive agreements executed in the near future.

I had a nice gainer on TGGI a few weeks back. But yea. The raising of the AS by 1500%??? a LITTLE sketchy. LOL.
I like your IGSM pick. I like all your picks actually. You da man. If I could give my 5th star to you,I would. Actually I got my 5 stars for voicing my conspiracy theories. Which apparently struck a creative burst for one of the Mods here. And I didnt even get into pyramids and copper culture...
ANyways. Keep up the good work. Its very much appreciated from here.
What u think of GRWW. 5B AS, 2B OS. On WED I grabbed some No Bid .0001's. Golf related. It always seems to run in the spring. On Thurs it got almost 500M volume, and people were buying the .0002's in big blocks... moves fast. I bought .0002s last year, and sold for .0012. right about this time of year... ANyways. the float is awful tight for a .0002 stock.

I'm overrated as it is now plus my parents hugged me when i was young so i don't need stars or membermarks to feel good about myself GRWW always seems to have a nice move in it. It's not my type of play but i think .0001 was a nice grab. I'm sure the Masters being played last week/weekend and all the bullsh!t Tiger Woods hype made someone try to wake up GRWW
