Looks like MMs took this down right after opening, and now have brought it back up. Volume kicking in...I tried to grab more at 0008 and 0009. Orders wouldn't take...grr. Still in the green....Looking good so far this morning. I think it is time to see 0014 already! lol

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--247MGI, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TOFS - News) (“247MGI”) wishes to clarify its shares structure and plans for the Company moving forward. The Company has 500,000,000 shares authorized of which 230,000,000 are in the float and 270,000,000 are restricted. Part of the restricted 200,000,000 shares where reissued after being canceled so they could be used as collateral in a settlement, if the settlement is not completed then the shares will be returned to the Company and converted back to Preferred.
ADVERTISEMENT The Company has no plans to increase the Authorized shares or complete a Reverse Split. The new management will be in place by August 20th and the first order of business will be to get the Company re-listed on the OTCBB then announce its Advisory Board which will assist the Company in identifying potential acquisitions once the Company becomes a Business Development Company. The Company has five planned investment areas Finance, Manufacturing, Medical, Green Technology, and Media.

Gotta imagine that the float is almost locked...between yesterday and today, the volume is about 170,000,000...mm's need to bring this one up!

I bought yesterday at 0011, and then today at 0008. Out at 0013 for now. Quick profit....Think this will go higher, but can't stay around to watch.
Have another buy order in now.

Back in at 001. Think this one is setting up for a nice run. Shares pretty much gone at this point...so, gambling on some upticks here.

Float should be almost gone now...Approx 240 million shares traded in last three days. Shares must be tight.

Many many people are holding from much higher... they were burned by terrible dilution.
New management with great credentials are moving in soon and the current ceo will be stepping down to run one of the many subsidiaries they have coming in.
They will be uplisting to OTCBB this fall.
They have plans for BDC taking in 'wannabe' public companies that will be rolled in to TOFS in place of getting their own tickers.
This is an incredibly solid play now IMO:

Will you have a reverse split in 2008? I do not plan on doing a reverse split in 08 or 09
Will the collateral 200 million restricted shares enter the free trading float in 2008? No, they couldn’t they are restricted and the earliest the legend could be removed is January of 2009 then would be eligible for resale under rule 144. This is not an issue, when and IF the deal is consummated these shares shall remain in escrow until all the payments are made. If a DEAL is not done then the shares shall be returned to the Transfer agent and the O/S will be adjusted accordingly.

Bought back in again at 0009. This has been good for several flips. Seems to channel between 0007 and about 0016. Just playing the ticks until we get more press releases from company.
