This week should be very interesting. There is a lot of buzz on IHUB ASII board about news this week concerning aquisitions. The risk/reward imo is way balanced to the reward size at this point. Also, Bill Panetta has ASII on his weekly sub penny picks... always do your dd SUBS:
Axion Spatial Imaging (Pink Sheets:ASII) announced today, effective 4/18/2008, Axion Spatial Imaging has purchased an undisclosed interest in WATER SCIENCE INC, a California private company. Water Science retains a Patented Hydration Technology pertaining to clustered water technology processing. I think this week is do or die for this stock. The news for the first half of the days seems kinds bs like but the second part is a little more assuring. I think we wil see 10 tomorrow maube more.

Just be careful on this stock, do a little history lesson on QBID, CMKX. just because the company states numbers as the a/s and o/s dont buy into it.
they are non reporting companies and will tell you what ever they want to get the price of the shares up while they dump them on the buying market.
QBID promised that there where only 9 billion shares, but after it folded it was in the neighbor hood of several hundred billion shares. The whole time, they promised that they where not diluting the stock.
When people tell you to be careful, they are not bashing, they have seen this stuff before.
I know you don't know me from Adam, but I can attest to the number of people that where taken to the cleaners in several scams. Dont ride out the dips in these stocks, take you proffits when you get them, the dips will go lower and lower each time. you can not put 10 times the number of shares out, and maintain the price.
its simple math. what you had before the dilution is 10 times less valuable after the dilution.
I made money on both those stocks, but i also lost more money on them when they gained my confidence.
on many occasions i was up huge dollars, and rode it out with out taking the profits.
Penny's are a huge risk and there are more losers then winners. I have gone on to the bigger markets where they do report everything, and the companies are more transparent.
When someone you think is bashing is saying something, dont let your pride get in the way, there are more then one way to look at the companies on the pink sheets. if you look at all of them as a scam and treat them as such, you will learn to take your profits and get out safely.
Use your head and read what the prs are actually saying, and stop looking at them for what you want them to say. They are always going to be worded in a way that will make vinegar look like wine to the unsuspecting traders that are looking for a certain outcome. Words like May, can and should are only forward looking statements that usually mean exactly the opposite to what you hope for.
I know nothing of this stock, and im not pumping or bashing it. These words i have typed apply to any and all penny stocks.
None of them are reporting, expected to report, and very few will make it to another exchange. most will dilute, promise the world and reverse split the stock when you are a sleep. You will not realise it until its too late, that you have been the proud contributor to a scam, and 9 times out of 10 the SEC will not do a thing to stop it.
You are dealing with gangsters and master con men that sit around all day dreaming up new companies, and hair brains schemes that would probably work if they put in half the effort to make it work, but rather they choose to make if look like it will work but fail. meanwhile spending your money on all kinds of luxuries for themselves, and there co conspirators.
never never never get loyal to a company because you own their stock. They are not there to help you get rich, they are there to help themselves. once you learn that, and learn what to watch for, you can play the game along with them and reap some rewards along the way. When people are pumping the stock, its time to sell when they are bashing its time to buy. Its a game of smoke and mirrors. Never assume that your stock is going to make you rich.
and lastly, never never never borrow money to buy a stock, don't pay out any money that you are not willing to see vanish. Treat it like a slot machine, because basically that is all a penny stock is, a pull of an arm on the slot machine. some times you will win, but most of the time you will lose.
never ignore the ones you call bashers, never fight with them, always ask them for more info and see what they have. if you think it is bs, then that is up to you. I have seen too many times where people call out the bashers only to find themselves being laughing at because they didnt listen to them and ignored them.
I learned this the hard way. I lost a lot of money, money i was prepared to loose, but the kind of money no one wants to loose.

be careful on this wording.in one breath they are saying there are 800 million out of the treasury, and the next breath they are saying there are 1 billion left remaining in the treasury. That leads me to believe we could see this go to 1.8 billion outstanding.
you have to be careful of the way they word things.

Looking for some good pr's this week possibly today about the LOI's and aquisitions. This one could explode to the upside when everything is in place. Looks like most of the selling is done at this point and looking to move up on news. ASII board on IHUB is one of the most active ...follow the momo ... this week will tell the tale imo... good luck

Well there sure is a lot of different ways of looking at this one. Until all the information is out and we see what the companies intentions are I am going to wait it out. As for the share structure I still believe that there is 1B AS and 800M OS period. This week should clear things up with another couple pr's supposedly in the pipeline. Pinkies at best are hard to determine because of the lack of disclosure...at least there has been some attempt to address the issues of share structure to the public. gonna wait ..still optimistic.

Man this stock took a turn for lost lol. Now there into water? kinda reminds me of nu adtj One second there an online sporting goods store that set up golfing resevations and now they are an import beer company POOF overnight.

I really don't understand all the negative input here if posters are IN this one. If you are in why not take a positive spin until all known information is out? Just hurting your own cause. If not in why post negative sentiments unless you want cheaper shares and at this point it has nowhere to go but up imo. Here is a post from a known IHUB board poster which I have heard this from other sources:
I just got off the phone with Michael Morey and he said he no longer is president that a new president is in place and that a PR should be out today or tomorrow. He is not permitted to talk about the company but the new PR will give more information. He did say that the company is headed in a very positive direction.

why mislead people is my theory my loss is your gain. IHUB has been saying there is a big run coming for the last 3 weeks. I hub also says the new president does not return calls and the numbers are not matching up and there has been a lot of lies. that comment was made a couple weeks ago too when they said they were buying this global comapny that turned out to be a hoax. Im just telling it the way t is man there always money to be made even in this stock but as far as a "run" that time has come and gone IMO. you may be able to buy here and there and turn a few bux. but the money that was lost and the bs they pulled really doesnt make this a desirable stock anymore. goto ihub your self and read all the posts not just the positive ones that are made by people holding millions of shares at 5 times what the price is at.

Ok I have read the current posts and as usual there are as many opinions as people some positive some negative some objective according to the poster. I agree that the share structure as it is has all but been used up and should rebound soon techically because of supply and demand. The lower volume today confirms lack of dumping compared to the previous days. So, If we get something positive tomorrow I'm looking for a nice pop... good luck

Lets hope so, I agree it has potential but on an idea only. This company has nothing other then an idea and I think it had a better one beforelol. lets hope for big numbers and all green. swamy predicts 500% increase lol i have no idea who swamy is lol.

Let's get this puppy rolling today. Remember this is NOT MSFT this is a pink sheet stock and if they have an aquisition in the pipeline that they are going to aquire or any other accretive venture this one is at bottom with big upside potential. IMO it doesn't cost any more to take a positive approach than negative. One reason it's down so much is because of sentiment. Buy the sadness sell when you are happy someone said. good luck

Buy the silence. I don't think this one is finished just quiet for now. The volume has decreased dramatically which tells me the big seller is gone. When the company comes out with some good news we go north imo... good luck

Seems to me like the dilution has if not stopped at least slowed down considerably if you look at the volume.. There are still some D type block trades going through. One thing for sure Ricardo has gotten a lot of phone calls and hopefully it's making an effect on his decision to move this company forward with a PR to his perturbed shareholders. Dude, give up and move one. It doesn't matter if dilution is finished because there is NO REASON for anyone to buy it, so there won't be a run. He killed any run and any chance at another with the A/S increase and dilution.

There is no reason to buy any pinky other than it moves up lol. And the risk/reward factor comes into play on a bottom buster like ASII imo. My belief is that it has more upside than downside potential plain and simple.

oh yes the wise guy always rises from the bowl after the sh!ts gone down saying I told you it would go down. iam pretty sure I could post the outcome over nearly every micro to be 0001 and be right about 90% of the time. LOL I made my money back and some off of this turd. I would have to say though between OMX yesterday and VM the last week I have a boner that just wont go away. Im working on NWK today good bounce level if you buy high volume.
