Looks like the A/S was increased for a Stock Split if you read it Pcola First line says Stock Split was the reason maybe a short squeeze after all

Nothing has been confirmed although it does say Stock Split and A/S did increas by 10X. I go by what I see all I can do until something is released.

Yeah this is really odd- no stock split was recorded on otcbb.com... can they do this legally? Why didn't they just increase the a/s by 900 mill instead- they're a pink; they can dilute at will without having to file...
Maybe the Nevada SOS site has it miscategorized. Otherwise you're right- everybody would have 10x the number of shares.

I don't like liars, is all. I'll leave it at that.
I'm always trying to get better at trading, and help others do the same. When people make it clear to me that they are overstating their abilities in order to get a "rep" so that others may follow their picks more, I have no problem pointing it out. There are a lot of good traders here, and there are a lot of people that are full of it. Too many new folks fall for the crap from the latter group, and don't learn from the former group, because that group is not the ones who scream for attention. If I can point out some of the pretenders to save someone from losing a few bucks, I'm happy to do so.
I've just become much more blunt about it, because being subtle isn't as effective as being loud. If some people can't stand me, that's fine. I think the people that "know" me (as much as one can know someone that they've never met), know that I am sincere in my efforts, and, to be a bit cocky, am pretty good at this.
There are people here, and possibly many people here, that are SIGNIFICANTLY better at this than I am, and I don't have a problem admitting it, but I also know that those who make a lot more doing this than I do usually use strategies that will lose less experienced traders a lot of money in a very short amount of time. So i try to offer alternatives, and point out when I think something has a lot of risk. People rarely listen, and that's fine, I can only do so much, but I've watched too many people come here with delusions of grandeur, only to lose their hard earned money and walk away with virtually no chance of getting it back, and I'm not comfortabel just sitting there and watching it happen.
you may say I'm goign about it wrong, but I've tried other approaches that didn't seem to work, so now I'm tryign the blunt force approach. And I'll probably try other approahces other days, depending on my mood. But the message will always be the same, and that is that people need to truly understand what they're buying, why they're buying it, and when they will sell once they buy it, because otherwise they will just be the next in a long and endless line of peopel that come through here who took a shot at it, lost their money, and moved on sadly.

Sorry ski, missed your question. I hodl the same nubmer of shares as I've held this entire time: 0. yeah, I sure regret not buying when I first saw this at like .0020 and selling at .0040 or higher, but you know what, I'm pretty damn glad I didn't buy it at .0035 - .0040 and watch half of my money disappear.
I won't name names, but there's a certain, rather loud poster here, who I bet played this like a fiddle, buying near lows and selling near highs. I, personally am not that skilled, so I probably would have bougth at .0025, and ended up holding too long and losing money. And for me, sometimes the best trade you can make is no trade at all.
So go ahead and post the typical "Why are you wasting your time here if you don't have any shares? You're a paid basher!" I've heard it a thousand times. But what I'ev also hear a thousand times is from peopel saying "Hey, thanks for posting the risks of _____ stock, I was going to get in on the hype and saved myself money by not getting in." In the interest of full disclosure, I've also had plenty of people say "You a**hole, I would have gotten in if I didn't read your post, and now it's up 50%!" Although on average, I'd say I save peopel a lot more money than I cost them. So that's the pre-emptive answer to your inevitable question.

yea tell me LOL, because all the millionaire rollers hang out here and give out there info. yea it was most likely deleated because you tell me im full of Sh*t when i say i wanted to buy a bunch of shares like you have a clue what i buy. I told you i started with 1k and had it dropped to 200 and im a father of 3 i though i would give you some background so you didnt think i was just trying to bother you. it ended up being some father son speech on how i should not play the market blah blah blah becasue i dont know what im doing because im new blah blah blah. now you follow me post to post like my Dad. EVER heard of learn from your mistaked were not trading 1,000 dollar shares here I invested 1k into micros and the rest of my money is other shares Myself and my friends who pooled some cash made out very well in MF and Nutrisystems I would love to tell you how much but im affraid you might think im full of sh*t LOL so you tell me and tell me right dad.

Uh okay dude. First of all, you asked me for advice. I gave it to you. I guess you got all pissy because it wasn't what you wanted to hear. You told me that you can't afford to invest any more, then all of a sudden you're talking about buying a "few million at .0019" which is approzimately $6,000-$8,000 to any normal person. Now why would I think those two statements are in direct conflict? And I'm curious how it is that I started following you around when I was posting on this thread before you were. But hey, twist things however you see fit if it helps you sleep at night.
I'll leave you alone from here on out, but first I'll make a prediciton, because I've seen this happen numerous times before. You'll let your ego get in the way, and try to prove me wrong when I said you should take what you have left and step back until you understand trading penny stocks better. You'll try to get all your money back in one shot. Instead you'll lose a bunch more, and then try even harder to get it back, thinking that after 2 or 3 weeks trading penny stocks, you have them figured out. Eventually you'll lose enough that you'll give up, never to be heard from again.
And if I'm wrong, feel free to come rub my face in it, because at that point everybody wins. You'd either be smart enough to take a step back, or successful in getting all of your money back, and I'd be happy because you would be one less person we'd see come through here that lost all of their money.

PCola77 All of your post have been up front... really good info... I have never seen a pump/dump from you.... I don't post very much, because I drive Over The Road, but I read lots of the info on ALSTOCKS... You are one of the Posters I read and Learn from...... Keep It up!

Much thanks hitman. I think I may have been a bit testy today because I found out that the NCAA pool that I was in, there was like $14,500 worth of entries, and $12,600 paid out. The guy claims he didn't take any money, but he gave some people free entries if they brought in a big group of people or helped collect money from other offices, etc. Doesn't add up to me, and we exchanged some heated e-mails. I was in a bad mood. Feel better now that I got some time outside with the kiddos.

All i know is i asked you for advice and you were on level above me i guess to help i asked for info on micros. since it is not a department iam familiar with. i didnt expect ot see post like ski i see you didnt read my pm ,ski you dont care blah blah. i appologize to you tex for this but i have no reason to let this guy who hold ZERO shares in this bash me I have made my money back and yes i said I would like to buy a few million shares if it continued to trade like it has been at a steady patter of .0019 and up and back down I mean cmon what an opportunity here. But to be BS'd about a statement that basicly calls me a liar is not right. so you know when to buy sell whatever you say your strats are and im sure people look at your chart that I personnaly dont know if its true and dont care. i mean anyone can post a chart and show to buy on the dip and sell on a peak. i mean cmon show me something my thursday night stock tradeing meetings do tell me in the basics. i have never been in any of these forums to cause problems nor do i attend to but wow man its not like your helping people out by calling me a liar. im not in here telling people i know for a fact this stock is going to be a dollar by monday . You do not find opportunities like this to get in low and sell higher and buy back in low and sell higer last one i found to do this was adtj and nubv that in the begining bounced 0001 to 0002 all day every day with 500 mil shares traded a day . great opportunity i shared them i did not troll though posts looking to belittle people that were having conversation. I am forced to pm joey now i feel the information we share in pm's could help others but now they wont see it so im done with this bs i appologize again tex and anyone else.

Ski, in my form 4 thread I post BEFORE the market even opens when I find one, and have a known sell-rule. There is basically no chance that I could be lying or exaggerating, because it's all laid out by saying "buy at the open, and sell if it goes up 5%". If anything, I err on the other side, and if one gets past my 5%, but not high enough that I am comfortable that everyone who may have gotten in because of me could have gotten out, then I take the lower value as the sell in my chart. But hey, if 70% in under 4 months isn't "showing you something", then I'm not sure what anyone could do, aside from just handing you a wad of cash.
