Revenge Designs, Inc. to Begin Conversions of the Honda Ridgeline
DECATUR, IN--(Marketwire - February 6, 2008) - Revenge Designs, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that it will begin receiving Honda Ridgelines on February 12th, 2008 for conversions. Pictures of the new Honda Ridgelines will be available shortly thereafter.

Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, stated, "This is a major development for us and will allow us to begin generating steady revenues. Combined with our recently announced $80M contract, the Company is now in a very strong position and enjoying great growth."

The Company recently approved the conversion of one of its promissory notes. The total number of shares to be outstanding after conversion of all promissory notes and preferred will be approximately 977M shares. Currently there are 578,281,035 shares outstanding and 45,794,064 shares restricted. The Company also issued additional voting preferred to Mr. Collorafi to maintain majority control of the Company. To accommodate the increase the Company recently raised its authorized shares to 1.5B.

Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, further stated, "The conversions of the promissory notes will be the last step in moving forward after our merger. Our earnings predication from our last press release included the conversion of all the outstanding notes and preferred. With the addition of the Honda Ridgeline to our product line we anticipate to beat our previous earnings estimates. It has been a bumpy ride but soon we will be on the highway screaming to the finish line."

I thought we hit bottom a few days ago. I had no idea how aggressive the dilution was. It's got to be over at some point.

Today was a good day. Low volume and stable trading. There was little if any dumping today which means either they are done, or they will wait for higher prices to do it again.

Either way, we are better off now than we were a few hours ago.

Sucks you've been getting killed in this pos. Stock won't do anything except go down until whoever is dumping stops.

Trust your gut! It's usually right.

Waiting for the lower lows to stop M8. Just play the TA. My guess is Carnes with SL will put out another PR trying to rustle our feathers again and then we'll be good to go. lol

Don't feel bad, I got in at .014 and have a paper loss of over $1,000 so far but still feel confident in the company.

Ridgelines are scheduled to arrive today for customization so I'm hoping for another PR tonight/tomorrow. [Big Grin]

I have whiplash from this morning's trading. Anytime the dilution takes a pause, this races up the price ladder. And then dilution kicks in again and knocks it right back down.

bod5, the Ridgelines may be right where they are supposed to be. Do have any informaiton otherwise? If they are not there, it is entirely possible that that is because of the weather, which has been rough lately.

Nice bounce today. 85 million volume, up 25%, recovered yesterday's losses.

It looks like there is still some selling, but it is not overwhelming buying for a change.

It looks like dilution really is finally almost done (but not quite done, probably).

Here's an email from IR posted on IHUB:

It will be difficult to know when the shares have been absorbed as the Company is not the ones selling them. I do have the latest numbers for the O/S at 687,876,723. We are still on track for fully diluted of about 997M shares.

Warm regards,

Figuring that that does not include today and maybe doesn't include yesterday (and don't forget Carnes' 240 million restricted shares), IMO there is at most 40 million shares left to sell and probably much less. .0025 would have completed a bullish head and shoulders formation. We hit .0026, oh well, close enough, and on the bounce people concluded, fairly IMO, that we have hit bottom and there is only one way left to go--up.

News just out RVGD!! Should gap from here....

DECATUR, IN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/15/08 -- Revenge Designs, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that it has taken delivery of its first shipment of Honda Ridgelines.

Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, stated, "We had some delays due to weather but our first shipment of Honda Ridgelines has arrived. The Honda vehicles that arrived yesterday are for the purpose of promotions and assisting Honda dealers' sales staff throughout America. We also had a shareholder visit our facility today. The shareholder was permitted access into our research and development room for a sneak peak of our next vehicle to be assembled and dispatched by our Company. How does 0-60 MPH in the low 3 seconds sound? We look forward to the release of this all American Super Car soon."

Last PR there was 687m OS and last I heard, the OS now will be just over 1b when everything is done, so you still got a ways to go.

complete pos until the dumping stops.
