RVGD Processing Preliminary 4-Year, $80M Production Contract
Tuesday, January 29 2008 3:14 PM, EST Market Wire "US Press Releases "DECATUR, IN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/29/08 -- Revenge Designs, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that the recent business trip was an extreme success and a preliminary 4-year contract valued at $80M is currently being processed. At the request of the signing party, details on the preliminary contract will be withheld from the public for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. This is to allow marketing materials to be completed and to prepare for an official unveiling ceremony for the general public. The Company will provide updates on this very exciting contract as they develop. The contract being processed today will generate approximately $5M in quarterly revenues with forecasted margins of at least 15%. Taking into full account the conversion of any outstanding promissory notes and preferred shares on a fully diluted basis, our quarterly Pro Forma numbers support an estimated .001 earnings per share per quarter, or .004 per share on an annual basis. Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, stated, "This is just the first of three pending contracts we have previously stated that we will seek to deliver to our shareholders in 2008. While our merger was a difficult transition for Revenge Designs, these contracts should dispel any doubt as to the direction the Company is headed. I understand that news was released by one of our current shareholders that caused some panic among investors. This stock almost got me a car today..... lol
bought at 0.013 sold at 0.01 bought at 0.0065 sold at 0.009
then added a whole lot at 0.001 and 0.0011 ..... sold few 0.0033. Riding a hell lot of free shares!
Still regreting I missed TCLT !!!

For the last 5 or so days of trading even without yesterday's end of day news, this trades very hard end of day. The MM's bring her down, and then the last hour of trading it blasts up.

This has retraced about as far as it's gonna, IMO, and will start to move up again soon, probably tomorrow, definately this week. Keep your eye on it in the next day or 2 for a reentry point.
I'm back in today at .006

Well Dog.I may be a real D...A.. but I did put in another buy order this am.This time at .005 so maybe it wont fill since I have sum at .014.I can either buy more to lower my sell point for the rest or wait forever and not risk anymore. But since it usually hits near .01 I can maybe make a little will I wait.
