From Richard Stone, President of Trajectory.
January 25, 2008 – The annual National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) convention provides an opportunity to compare notes and strategies with colleagues and clients. Here is my perspective:
International sports with huge home-country popularity often find it difficult to break into the U.S. marketplace. Outstanding events and productions are often greeted with: "it's not-played-here" so "we're-not-interested."
At Trajectory Sports, we have developed a solution to this challenge, because we believe that there are many Americans who do not agree with such an attitude.
Specifically, we work closely with America One Television, a 24/7 national television network that distributes general entertainment during the day and sports in prime time to over 140 broadcast stations across the country. America One Television also provides network operations and traffic management services to sports leagues and teams that leverage its terrestrial base, delivering games and matches to more than a dozen regional sports networks coast-to-coast. Combining these resources provides an outreach to more than half the U.S. TV households by leveraging nearly 20 million America One terrestrial homes with 40 million cable/satellite RSN homes. This innovative approach gives sports teams and leagues the tools needed to reach more than half the U.S. television households efficiently and cost-effectively…getting past the traditional "gatekeepers" who have obstructed their expansion into the U.S.
In Mexico, Trajectory Sports assists PCTV (Productora y Comercializadora de Television, S.A. de. C.V.), the nationwide cable operator consortium, and provides it with a wide range of sports programming that is popular Mexico, but previously lacked the exposure it now commands.
Globally, among the groups that have benefited from our creative approach are Aston Villa Football Club, Bolton Wanders FC, FIM Motocross, Canadian Football League, and Ultimate Combat Experience, to name just a few. For the CFL and UCE, we also have been actively involved in their global expansion and brand growth. And we continue to look for under-valued and under-exposed sports assets to exploit.
We are also working on other initiatives that involve sports, worldwide audiences and emerging technology applications. I look forward to reporting on these in the coming months.

BANGKOK, THAILAND, Feb 26, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Blackout Media Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) wishes to announce that it has issued a letter to shareholders from President Samai Singjan. The text of the letter appears b elow.
Dear Shareholders:
It has been almost a year since your last communication via a shareholders letter to you to bring you -- our shareholders -- up to date with the many positive occurrences that have been happening with our interest in The Fight Network.
Here are a few of the highlights:
Television
TFN continues to develop and expand out its television offering world wide -- some of the highlights are:
North America
Canada:
There have been several new developments for TFN in Canada during the last seven months -- the highlights of those developments are:
1. The move of TFN from Nimiq2 to Nimiq1 on the Bell ExpressVu
satellite system -- this will result in TFN having access to an
additional 1.8 million digital homes that can access the service.
2. The launching of TFN on MTS in Manitoba -- the 9th largest delivery
platform in Canada -- they are an IPTV provider.
3. The launching of TFN on Bell Aliant in Central and Eastern Canada.
The growth rate of new subscribers month over month is continuing to do well across all systems in Canada, exceeding projections.
United States
TFN is still working on forging our relationships with the major carriers in the United States. Several new developments are unfolding for TFN in this area and it hopes to have some news in the weeks and months ahead on this.
TFN is still supplying one hour of programming to America One per week -- seen in over 20,000,000 American homes.
Mexico
TFN should be finalizing representation in Mexico shortly and should have some news flowing fr om there in the not to distant future.
International:
England
TFN has launched its service in the UK taking over TWCFight's channel on BskyB channel 427 as of January 15, 2008. The launch has been a quiet launch, but ratings have increased since the re-branding of the channel.
South America
TFN is proceeding with its strategy in moving forward in this region and there office is continuing to pursue carriage arrangements in the region.
Australia
TFN is continuing to pursue this opportunity and they are still confident that a carriage arrangement will be in place by the end of 2008.
Europe
TFN is still pursuing the many opportunities in Europe.
MENA
TFN is working with a group in this territory to open up opportunities in the Middle East & Northern Africa.
Overall international expansion is still a major initiative of TFN and they hope to finalize a number of these in the next 12 to 24 months and have presence in every corner of the globe before the end of this decade.
Fight Network Radio.
The LAW -- "Live Audio Wrestling" had its best rating quarter to date ending September 30th, 2007 and has seen its share of the market grow on Sunday nights.
TFN Radio launched a daily one hour Fight talk show on Sirius Satellite Radio on channel 186 -- live Monday to Friday from 3 - 4 pm EST, hosted by Mauro Ranallo and it has gotten very good feedback.
Fight Mobile
Fight Mobile WAP application is doing well on the 5 carriers it is presently up on.
TFN has been in talks with a number of companies about offering video content on the mobile phone and should see some movement in that area over the next 12 months.
Fight Mobile video content has launched in Spain on Vodaphone and in Thailand on AIS, with more carriers coming on board in the very near future.
Fight Network Online.
The Fight Store has added several new lines to its offering over the past several months -- Tapout, Throwdown, Sinister, and Affliction. And Fairtex equipment has been doing well.
The Fight Network now provides video to Yahoo in its MMA section and boxing sections of their sports pages as well they provide video and stories to foxsports.com in their MMA/Boxing section.
Fight Network -- Broadband
TFN has been able to expand to a number of online video sites that should result in greater exposure for the brand around the world -- these broadband opportunities allow for cross marketing and cross promotions as well as revenues. Some of the sites are Joost, Babelgum, Veoh, Brightcove and many others.
Programming
TFN launched its new fall schedule and added two new original productions -- Rough -- a behind the senses look at MMA and Wrestling Reality -- a wrestling reality show following several professional wrestle rs in Atlantic Canada as well as TFN will continuing its live events offerings, such as the Pro-Elite, Versus Boxing and others.
TFN has added Knock-out news to its new programs -- it is a 2 minute daily update in the world of combatant sports hosted by Mauro Ranallo which can be seem on foxsports.com as well.
On-Air Personalities
TFN added a few months back "Big" John McCarthy to its roster. Big John is the most recognized name in the MMA world of referees as he has refereed over 500 fights with some of the sports biggest stars. Big John joins Randy Couture as celebrities that work for TFN.
Stock Buy-Back
The company has not purchased any more shares pursuant to the buyback program previously reported to shareholders.
Buyout/Merger
TFN had previously announced that it was being pursued as a acquisition by a major media company -- those talks resulted in several other potential suitors coming forw ard and upon review of the best opportunities for TFN to fulfill its goals TFN's board decided that going with Mayham Partners was the best option. It doing so TFN added industry veteran George Burger as its new CEO and President as previously announced. This arrangement with Mayham puts an end to any other merger or buyout talks that TFN were having.
Shareholder updates should be coming as opportunities are crystallized for TFN.
Our investment in TFN is a long-term investment and TFN is evolving into what we had hoped and anticipated it would. Our equity interest in TFN is increasing almost daily and should prove to be a very valuable asset for us.
Thank you.
Samai Singjan,
President -- Blackout Media Corp.

Still no word about BKMP owenship in TFN. Until someone at BKMP shows the precentage owned, this don't mean a thing. Could be the start of another pump and dilute cycle.

Blackout Announces Expansion of Interest in Several Media Properties
Blackout Media Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) is very pleased to announce that it has begun talks with several complimentary media companies for Blackout to take an equity, and possibly active management role, in.
"One of the areas I have been working on is expanding Blackout's asset base in the media space, whether it be traditional television, broadband or mobile, as we feel that this is the wave of the future in media content and distribution," stated Samai Singjan, Blackout's President.
"Many investors were surprised at our foray into the interactive lifestyle space, but if many of you look at the proliferation of the social networking space with MySpace and Facebook, etc. and see the values of those companies and the size of their base, you would realize the next evolution in the social networking arena is interactivity, which is what those companies all lack. Many of you are aware that your television is becoming more interactive so why not apply that theory in a social aspect -- dating. Happy Encounters combines the best of all worlds in today's ever-evolving interactive space and we will be the leaders in that space," he added.
As we move forward we will keep our shareholders informed through additional press releases.
