Report:
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I will encapsulate the information I have obtained personally from the CEO, Peter Collorafi. This is not to pump or bash the stock, merely, this is all information that you can use to decide whether you want to buy, stay with, or sell SHCM. Finally, do not ask me for additional details. I may know but refuse to betray the intimate trust Mr. Collorafi has placed in me.
First of all, there will be a PR in the middle to end of next week. Verified. I would suspect somewhere in the middle of next week and not Monday. The PR is big. Don't ask me what it is because I won't say. What I can say is that it will make all of us incredibly happy.
Mr. Collorafi is very knowledgeable in this business and has a 20 (twenty) year track record in this business. I am not going to say much more other than, this PR will be proof of income.
People have concerns with the ability to produce the amount of vehicles reacquired to meet the "28 (twenty-eight) million dollar income prediction. After visiting the PLANT I have no doubts that they have the space and also the man power to make this happen.
Guys and gals, this plant is so frigging huge with two GIANT bays for car carrying trailers to deliver vehicles. Also, there is a rail line RIGHT NEXT to the plant. Mr. Collorafi said that he wouldn't use the rail capability. However, the fact remains his plant has the capability.
Mr. Collorafi and his production floor manager and lead technician Garland spoke at length about not only the space of the plant, but also the quality of workers available to work in the plant. At this time they have all the required skilled workers they need to produce vehicles.
The plant will produce 3 (three) to 5 (five) Honda Ridgelines PER DAY. The plant takes 1 (one) to 3 (three) weeks to produce a G-8 (GTO) Other models are being designed and tooled up, but I cannot speak to those in this DD dump.
Long story short, the plant has the capacity to produce the vehicles to hit the number being floated around. The plant IS HUGE and is so incredibly clean. There was not one drop of fluid on the floor. They have spent some serious money on their own paint room with a filter that removes dust as to not ruin the paint jobs. Long story short, everything matches with painting.
The plant is not a shop or a garage. I counted the spaces and they can easily and comfortably work on 25 (twenty-five) cars at anyone time.
The company does not produce their own parts, but does buy the parts from an "American company" ie "American Made". I was given the name of the company but was asked not to release the name. I will honor that. Needless to say, this company is VERIFIED in America and moreover, they can produce the kits required for SHCM to outfit the vehicles.
While the plant is state of the art, their offices are very cheaply decorated. In fact, Mr. Collorafi "BRAGGED" about how we were all sitting on incredibly cheap Walmart plastic lawn chairs. Mr. Collorafi explained he spends money on the plant floor and not in the offices. The desks look like something you would eat lunch on in the 7th grade.
There will be NO DELUTION. I explained how right now he is in incredible position with the way his stock is structured. He agreed and when I told him his stock hit two cents, he was amazed. This may be the biggest thing here, he understands that if his stock is at .20 (twenty) cents he only needs to sell 50,000 shares to tool his upcoming lines instead of 60 million shares.
I cannot tell you how much I stressed this and he really seemed to take that. He sat back, looked up, and really realized how this is working. It was almost as if he was doing the calculations in his head. He assured me there will be NO DILUTION and that he wants and needs the price to go up.
In summary, this is a very real company with real business plan (I am sorry, but I cannot divulge their future plans). I went in skeptical and came away impressed. Mr. Collorafi is not a salesman. He is a man who is passionate and loves to build cars. He believes in quality over quantity. His plant is top notch. This plant is cleaner than some Air Force hangars that work on F-15s/16s/22s.
Sorry if you wanted more. But right now, I cannot say anymore. All I can say the company is real, the product is real, and they have the means to deliver said product.
"Hang in there, you have not seen anything yet." - Peter Collorafi

NEW! From Sunday, November 25, 2007 - by vantillian The bashers and naysayers and doubters were out in full-force this weekend. The number of posts on this board for a weekend has been staggering. They managed to raise 4 "issues." I will address all 4.
I spoke with Steve Carnes on Sunday afternoon...he owns 40% of SHCM. It was a very good talk.
#1 - about the alleged "SS" issue (HT: cdnkid). NO SHARES HAVE BEEN RELEASED INTO THE OPEN MARKET SINCE THE LAST SS update. HELLO!!!!!!! The right-around-50-million float is accurate.
#2 - about the "TA" issue (HT: cdnkid, americano). Carnes was under the impression the information was available on pinksheets.com. I informed him it was not and he will look into it ASAP. FWIW, the TA is X-Clearing in Colorado and their phone number is 303-573-1000. I encourage anyone and everyone to call first thing tomorrow and report back to the board their findings.
#3 - about the "dealers-not-knowing-about-Revenge" issue (HT: puppman, monkeyfrog). Whether they currently know it or not, a GM Revenge product CAN INDEED be ordered through ANY GM dealership. Carnes is working to provide me with the name and number of a GM "higher-up" that will confirm this. No matter what monkeyfrog or his all-wise father-in-law may produce tomorrow, the fact is that not all GM dealers have sold a Revenge product yet. Why? #1...Revenge is not beginning full production until early '08. #2...We are talking about 2,500 cars...and many of that number are not GM products. I have a hunch *wink, wink* that any other concerns on this issue will be MORE THAN ANSWERED by the Wednesday PR. (((FWIW, we have been able to confirm that some GM dealers are well-aware of Revenge...unsolicited.)))
#4 - about SGLS dumping their shares of SHCM (HT: americano). #1. Steve says there is NO NEED for him to do this. #2. Even if SHCM went to $1 next week, Carnes has to file with the SEC and is limited to only selling 1% of his shares EVERY 90 DAYS. IOW, HE SIMPLY CANNOT DO WHAT THE NAYSAYERS AND BASHERS ARE WARNING ABOUT. #3. With the information he has regarding SHCM, it would be an absolute brain-dead thing to do at present anyway.

We have a winner here folks...It may not go straight up, and we may not know for how long...but what we do know is this will be a great stock to "trade" for a long time.
If you don't have $25k to daytrade then don't go all in. Say you have only $1500...instead of going all in for a bigger return. Only invest $500 at a time on this stock or any stock actually. Then waiting for funds to settle is never an issue. That way if another great runner comes along...you can take advantage of it, cause you'll always have cash available....and you will still have more money for another hot play.
Rule #1...always have cash available!!!!
What if you miss a 20 bagger reverse merger play????
Slow and steady wins the race!!!

Oh please now. Same garbage FCCN people were pounding and look ?
It is just a penny stock. Don't get sucked into that "I'm in love" and hold long term. If I had 25 grand, it would be put into a big stock like, I don't know, maybe Suncor or Walgreens. You know, something I am not afraid of.

Don't beat yourself up! A 006 - 025 is a hell of a trade! It's nearly impossible to predict wtf these pos' are gonna do. Sucks we both sold out early, but I'm extremely happy with my profit!
03 close.

It's running on rumor of news for Wednesday. Should be nice again tomorrow, but Wednesday is the day you should probably sell IF you decide to buy anymore.
Ya know the old saying, buy on rumors, sell on news.
