Signature Leisure, Inc. (OTCBB:SGLS) announced today that Revenge Designs, LLC and Southern Cosmetics, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SHCM) recently completed a reverse merger transaction whereby Revenge's business assets and operations are now within the public company Southern Cosmetics, Inc. that trades under the symbol SHCM. In September 2007, Signature increased the company's ownership percentage in Revenge Designs, LLC from 25% to 40%.
Peter Collorafi, the newly appointed President and CEO of Southern Cosmetics via the reverse merger of Revenge Designs, LLC, stated, "The reverse merger of Revenge Designs into Southern Cosmetics is complete. I look forward to transition the business name of the public entity into the name of Revenge Designs, Inc. in the very near term."
Collorafi further stated, "Our Company has a lot of exciting new product offerings in the works and I am very pleased that Revenge has transitioned into a publicly traded entity. I anticipate 2008 being a very successful year for the company and we are currently projecting potential revenues for 2008 to be in the neighborhood of $28 million."

Check out level II, this baby is ready to explode. Under followed in a big way. Some got in at the top on the reverse merger news and have wacked it down getting out, no patience. Was .005 all year long before the reverse merger, now .003, with no resistance on the ask. They anticipate $28M in 2008 sales, based on that this should be around 15c, even if they come up short and only get half, that's still 7.5c IMO

********************** I (vantillian) spoke with Peter Collorafi of SHCM via telephone on Monday of this week. That conversation got my heart racing and my blood pumping...especially because of #4! Here's a recap of the call.
#1 They will begin releasing Honda Ridgelines in less than 10 days. The new Pontiac G8 production begins in December.
#2 Symbol change to occur next week to validate the successful R/M. All documentation from their own end is completed and filed.
#3 According to Pete, to realize 28 million in revenues for 2008 they need to produce and sell about 2,500 automobiles. Pete said this is entirely realistic as MARKETING DOLLARS from GM and HONDA (and not just Revenge) will be spent to promote the Revenge Designs versions! WOW!!!!!!! Hello!!! Shelby. Saleen. Revenge! He also carefully explained to me how they are able to produce this quantity in their Decatur, IN facility. Esteemed iHubber Uncle Meatball will be at the facility this Friday for a private tour with Peter Collorafi as the tour guide. I am jealous.
#4 - This is the BIG ONE... HUGE announcement/PR coming Wednesday (tomorrow). In Pete's own words: "...the markets will go nuts. You have not seen anything yet." I tried to pry as to what this might be...but not too hard. He stressed that he could NOT give out inside info. I respect this guy. Thus far, I have yet to dig up even ONE negative thing on him or his past. He is a softspoken Aussie that is primed to make a killing in the auto industry. NOTE: Uncle Meatball confirmed with him as well that something of epic proportions was heading down the pike (and I encourage Uncle to publicly say more at this point). 260-223-8535 is Collorafi's personal cell number. #5 Revenge is also working with GM to redesign and produce another Revenge Designs version of a LARGE GM vehicle that is currently being used in IRAQ. Duh. What could that be? Hello...HUMMER.
Peter has been doing this kind of business successfully in Australia for 20 years. He knows this business inside and out. He moved to the U.S. because the auto industry is much stronger and more lucrative here than in Australia.
Some have wondered if whether I (vantillian) or the Pinto Beans crew are paid promoters of Revenge. No, we're not. Not in any way/shape/form. For my part, I believe that SHCM is a largely undiscovered GEM and I've put some serious time, effort, and money where my mouth is. If we win...I'll win with you. If we lose...I'll lose with you. I happen to think though, that we're all gonna WIN BIG with this one.both short term and long term.
I could've posted the above information publicly on the board on Monday AM but I didn't for a few reasons:
Number one: I wanted to share this info privately with a few key and current SHCM holders (you know who you are.wink, wink) so that they would hold their shares and possibly add to their positions. Membership has its privileges. :-)
Number two: I did the legwork on this and I wanted to load more shares! DD diggers deserve reward. BTW.I DID load more shares. :-)
Number three: I wanted to give time for any/all gaps to fill so when this puppy runs.she runs HARD and doesn't level off until somewhere in pennyland. The float is in much stronger hands now than a week ago.

Don't ask where because I do not know, somewhere off of I-65.
I was fortunate to speak with the CEO and we will be having a meeting at the "Revenge Compound" this Friday tarting at around 12:30 PM CST.
I will see the production line in action and also the equipment used to produce Revenge vehicles. I will meet the people. But most importatly, I will be getting the DD straight from the boss' mouth.
I am not going to go into details but I know what a stock needs to grow. If things go the way I hope, this will be a win/ win situation. Not only will Peter be able to raise funds for his company, but he will not have to "break the bank" to do so.
I know what has to be done here.
I cannot get into the specifics of our conversation today. He asked me to keep things quiet, and I will honor that. But if you really want to know how I feel, I currently own 3% of the VERIFIED float and I want more and I am not selling anytime soon.
Now ask yourself, why would Uncle Meatball drive 1000 miles to do additional DD...
Please look at my posts. I am neither a pumper or a basher. I like to think I am grounded. The DD on iHub is great, but there is more out there.

The close on Yahoo Finance and Ameritrade says it's .006, but the charts don't show a dip at the end of the day. What happened, what is this discrepancy?
