Still looking for insight on the split? Help?

A reverse split is bad, a forward is typically good. I just don't see how it can be done at this level. Any thoughts on why he's buying up the shares. I can only think that he is buying as many as possible at this level and then the remaining shares he will make an offer for. They have tons of real estate. If he spends $500,000 or so on the stock to make $10 or more million for the real estate that’s a good bargain. Buyout?? Any thoughts??

Well....Sept. 17th announcement that the forward split was to occur on the 20th...I along with many others here had purchased on the 20th so I am unsure as to how the forward split directly affects us as far as the overall quantity of shares we possess....or else I want my gazillion shares too [Wink]

However, I do feel that this forward split has caused a "sensation" among investors (those who KNEW of it) to buy....many others (I being one), noticed the heavy volume and jumped aboard with nothing to lose at this very moment but trade fees because of that volume. Now, with the NEW CEO buying up shares like they are candy, I can't help but wonder.

I am a man and this is the FIRST time I have EVER felt "warm and tingly" inside! LMAO

Perhaps the new CEO examined the company, found value in its resources, understood that this company was close to acquisition, and decided to make something of it by announcing a forward split (which I was unaware of); all the while buying up mass amounts of shares to become majority holder. If that is the case at hand, I feel this company will make something of itself. A $500K investment to make millions? No doubt in my mind if the opportunity arose, the CEO would take it..as would I or any of us here!

Again, this is "just my opinion", not meant to mislead, but more or less to help figure it out.

No matter what, this has been REALLY fun so far and look forward to Monday morning and .0004+!

IN IT TO WIN IT BABY!!! [Wink]

Nothing on the daily list this week:

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_search.asp?DirectSymbol=CBAY&OTCBB=True

Until it hits that, it doesn't mean anything.

I had a sell at .0003 from a loooong time ago. Either I'll be glad I sold or sorry I didn't hold....

A few things to consider about CBAY

1) The forward split was announced via an 8-K, not a DEF 14A or even a PRE 14 - a huge difference. An 8K is pretty much like a press release

2) CBAY is now a pinksheet

3) CBAY has an a/s of 3 BILLION
http://tinyurl.com/yo2k38

4) As skip mentioned, there is no official filing regarding the split.

I have a little CBAY- not a lot. Enough to make a little on the momo, but not enough for me to be heartbroken if it goes belly up.

I don't know- something about this really smells IMO. My advice to anyone in this- lock in your profits and ride freebies as soon as you can.

Ok...Let me respond to your "numbered" info:

1. I agree about the forward split... It doesn't even matter because it doesn't seem to affect those who traded on the 20th. Yes, an 8k, but isn't that because they terminated their registration and no longer have to file financials with the SEC?

2.Cbay along with 100,000+ other stocks are on the Pinksheets...what's your point? If you do not like Pinksheet stocks...what are you doing here then? We are here to make money, and ANY stock (maybe with the exception of JMCP and a couple of others) can give you that opportunity. I am not saying it is going to $1 (I would really like it though)...but damn....going from no bid to .0003 in two days is AWESOME!

3. 3 Billion A/S (your info is OUTDATED) April....almost 1/2 a year old (under the old CEO) Do you ACTUALLY believe EVERYTHING you read?

4. Forward split....mmmm....Please see #1

As far as your advice on profit/freebies...you don't think we have already done this? LOL As far as this stock really smelling, are you disgruntled because you bought 6 months ago when it was a buck? Just a valid question as to why you dislike this stock so much other than "you feel like bashing this stock with your FIRST comment in this thread"?

Not bashing your opinion either...just curious as to why you really feel that way?

Anyways, opinions are like "ask"holes...everyone has one.... [Wink]

Monday morning will shed more light on this one...I am looking to see .0004x.0005!! GLTA

Stop yourself, Frank.

If you are so confident in this stock, why do you feel a need to give opposed answers to any valid concerns or questions that are raised that are contrary to your beliefs?

Believe it or not Frank, there are newbies that read your posts and will put their money here because they think it will make them rich. They don't do DD, they just buy it because it sounds good. Folks like bilgert are simply putting out some valid concerns or questions that one should ponder before buying in.

It's a check and balance system, and someone had to put a check on your relentless pumping. Glad he did.

Opposed Answers? I questioned his answers (mind you, with no response yet), where is the harm in that? Guess none of you were on the Debate Team in college....

As far as a check on MY relentless pumping (as if I was the only one happy with the past two days performance)? WTF? Hope that a stock will do well is pumping? Look at the volume...I am sure my 2 cents (my opinion) didn't make a total of 5 people jump on this stock...c'mon man...get a grip already. The stock is pumping itself...all I know is I got in at .0001 and it is now .0003! The volume alone would make an EASY sell at .0001 should it fall back down and all I will lose is trade fees (a HUGE $12.95). WOW

How's this...would this be better? OMG, the stock is crashing...everyone run for your lives and sell at three!!! DO NOT BUY AT .0003!!! SELL...SELL...SELL Better?

And where have I told ANYONE to jump on this and get rich? Nowhere...and those that did get in it have THANKED ME via Email...so where is the harm in that?

I am not attcking you personally, but it would appear that I need to defend my questions. Instead of someone answering my questions, it is much easier to state that I am a "relentless pumper"... pumping relentlessly....whatever.

Only advice I have for "newbies" who jump in at other people statements is..."If you don't know what you are doing take up another hobby!"...and you can quote me on it.

Ridiculing others on their losses is pathetic....

Ever hear of Karma? Watch it... it might get you

I think the pumping refers to the claim of .25

minimum and .75 cents.

Do you realize that is 83,333% to 250,000%

And thats from .0003

These bizarre rantings are misleading.

Good luck to all invested.

Why are you trying to "goat" me into a verbal confrontation over some questions "I" asked and no one answered? Can you NOT answer my questions? (No, then shut up.)

Ok? Dude, you are anal!

I am an educated man...and ALL educated men know that "history" is "cyclic" I look at the six month and I see .0005 x .0006....it is close. (.0003 is close enough...and who got in at .0001?...I KNOW I did!) Sorry if you didn't.

How did I ridicule others at their loss? HE bought at .0003 and sold at .0003...I HARDLY consider "Trade fees" a loss unless your portfolio is that messed up!
Are you that dense as to NOT notice that my so-called "rantings" didn't have a wink next to it? Do you HONESTLY think I am psychic and can tell that it will go to .25? I merely stated "I' and "I alone" will wait for it...I don't give a rats ass what YOU do...get out ....stay in...I DON'T CARE!!!

You are starting to make me think you are an utter askhole (Four star rating or not)!

Enough said...good luck on Monday!

A few points Nitti.

1) I had other things to do besides hover over the computer and read your rants. I have friends and football is awesome. So the fact that "I questioned his answers (mind you, with no response yet), " meant that I had other sh!t to do than worry about my $100 purchase.

2) Yes, I bought $100 worth of CBAY. Bought 'em at .0003- and I think I may have been drunk at the time, to be honest with you (Sam Adams summer brew I think) I have lost a whole lot more than that and made a whole lot more than that. So I'm not bitter about my losses. Hell, I don't even HAVE losses yet. I still have those 350K shares. They could tumble into the ocean, OJ could break into my brokers office and steal the certs and I could care less.

3) My points were not intended as an endorsement or a vote against CBAY. For those who own it, I hope they make money- but you can not deny the shady aspects of CBAY. There certainly is a lack of information about CBAY and no real explanation about why the PPS and volume has been going crazy.

4) You were correct in my statement about the a/s. I said that it was 3 billion. Actually it is 4 BILLION and that was as of August 2007.

Action Type: Amendment
Document Number: 20070547491-79 # of Pages: 1
File Date: 08/09/2007 Effective Date: 07/31/2007
Previous Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 3,000,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 3,000,000.00 New Stock Value: Par Value Shares: 4,000,000,000 Value: $ 0.001 No Par Value Shares: 0 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Total Authorized Capital: $ 4,000,000.00

5) I note that CBAY is a pinksheet- because as a pinksheet, as you noted, correctly- they are NOT obligated to file. This has an impact on the forward split. The new CEO issued the terms of the forward split in an 8-K, which does not make it binding. It's merely a defacto PR. If it were filed as a DEF-14A or if we were to see an ex-dividend date on otcbb.com, we could have more confidence in the forward split happening. Although the fact that they are forward splitting a stock currently trading at .0003 with an inflated a/s certainly raises eyebrows.

6) I have played and do play pinksheets. They are inherently risky because they are not required to file. So you have to do some serious DD when you try and make money in them. I posted some facts in my posting that were not addressed or compiled recently.

7) When you say that CBAY is cyclic- you neglect one fact is that it has continually had lower highs and lower lows over the course of its history- which can be attributed to its continual dilution (look at the previous SOS link and you will see that the drop in PPS almost mirrors the increases i the a/s)- so while yes .0005 and .0006 are certainly very possible, and possibly greater- it is certainly worth noting that a retrace to .0001 is equally likely.

8) Here's your quote "As far as your advice on profit/freebies...you don't think we have already done this? ". I don't know who we is, I don't know how much you've bought or how you play pinksheets. But I do think from time to time it is important to restate this- the concept of protecting your capital.

When a stock, especially a pink, gets SO much hype and sees posts like yours that claim .25 is around the bend, regardless of whether it is tongue and cheek- you have to contrast it with a metered, conservative approach. Newbies just see something that triples in value in a matter of days and see that at one point it was a $1 and start to think "holy crap batman!” and think that the money train keeps going up up up. I know from my experience that it doesn't. But there's no harm in reminding people.

That said, I’m glad you made money- hope others made money and many more continue to make money on this. Myself included. But I do think that there are serious risks involved with buying into CBAY. My intention, in my postings, was to illustrate these risks.

This board is intended as a place for dialogue and for sharing opinions, not crushing others. The fact that some here act in contrast to this belief is the reason I frequent other places more often and post less frequently than I did in the past.

People need to sell on the ask. With all this volume it will get filled and then the bid doesn't get hit.

I wanted to buy in at .0002 but had no funds available. And then was going to buy in this morning at .0003 but my funds still had yet to be cleared! Now it's up to .0006, I'm so frustrated!

So if the a/s is increased to _only_ (lol) 2 billion, then this has real bounce potential.

So this of course justifies my purchase of $100 worth of crap-bay, excuse me CBAY at .0003. Back to eating ramen...
