These sub-penny stocks just dilute too much. When you get billions of shares out there, it get's harder to move the pps up. When they say "we're thinking long term" that really means squeeze the shareholders of every drop so that we can build our company, then when there's no more suckers, we'll just do a R/S and start the next cycle. If they really cared about shareholders, they would pay dividends. So Tex is right, hit the run and get out if you can.

Wi-FiTVMobile.com to Bring Live Wi-Fi TV Stations to Global 3G Cellular Phones as Wi-Fi TV Gains Traffic Rank and Page Views

Wi-Fi TV Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTVI) gained new viewers in the Untied States with its www.iPhoneWi-FiTV.com content launch on Friday with many viewers going to Wi-Fi TV's Internet home page www.Wi-FiTV.com for the first time. Wi-Fi TV's strategic growth plan is based on expanding the size of its audience, and several measures of audience size show that Wi-Fi TV is making progress on this plan. Figures from the independent Alexa service show that Wi-Fi TV's most recent day of tracking resulted in a 12,815 traffic rank in the United States, well ahead of millions of other web sites in the combined measure of page views and users. In addition, on the most recent three month average by Alexa, Wi-Fi TV's page views (the number of unique pages viewed per user per day for this site) is up over 200%.

Wi-Fi TV is now going to begin offering live Wi-Fi TV stations to 3G cellular phones on a global level with an expanding page devoted to both live and downloadable Wi-Fi TV content optimized for viewing in different cellular phones at www.Wi-FiTVMobile.com

"The launch of the iPhone showed the great potential for improving Internet delivery to cellular phones, but the whole age of bringing live and interactive TV to cellular phones will occur, in our opinion, with the next, largely 3G, generation of phones. The iPhone is just the beginning of the potential to redefine handheld communication and there is plenty of room for many cellular providers, many phones and many web sites to share in the pie of interactive telephony. Wi-Fi TV will be communicating its plan to be a major part of this exciting evolution on a regular basis," said Joe Soto, Director of National Sales Development, Wi-Fi TV Inc.

Wi-Fi TV Founder Live On ***.com Today

Wi-Fi TV Founder and Chairman Alex Kanakaris will be discussing Wi-Fi TV's free Social Internet TV web site on several Internet-based programs today, including ***.com, where Mr. Kanakaris will be congratulating a winner in Friday's Wi-Fi TV contest that encouraged iPhone buyers to email a picture of themselves buying the iPhone and using it to look at Wi-Fi TV content.

Wi-Fi TV Successfully Streams First Movie to iPhone and Expands Demoas Public Embraces Memory Free Mobile Movie Delivery

Jul 17, 2007 09:15:56 (ET)

HOLLYWOOD, CA, Jul 17, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Wi-Fi TV Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTVI) successfully delivered its public demonstration of the first streaming movie on an iPhone(R) on July 13, 2007. Today, after confirming that iPhone users in various parts of the U.S. are viewing the Wi-Fi TV movie on their iPhone and generating lots of interest among iPhone techies, Wi-Fi TV is expanding its free public beta delivery of streaming movies to the iPhone with a total of five films. Also, for the first time on the Internet, Wi-Fi TV is offering a Spanish language movie for viewing on an iPhone.

All the films are free to view and take none of the iPhone's internal memory space to watch which leaves more room for songs and other items to be saved in the iPhone. To watch, just go to www.Wi-FiTV.com and click on the home page banner, or go to www.iPhoneWi-FiTV.com .

"The Wi-Fi TV breakthrough delivery of movies to iPhones without taking up memory in the iPhone is a great preview leading up to the new Wi-Fi TV web site coming before the end of summer. Wi-Fi TV is on a mission to lead the next generation of Internet TV, and that includes interactive TV delivery to all Internet-enabled devices," said Joe Soto, Wi-Fi TV Global Vice President.

Wi-Fi TV(TM) is a small and little known public company that has consistently broken technological barriers ushering in the delivery of video over the Internet since 1995. The Company sells Wi-Fi TV Stations to business owners, and is now expanding distribution of content on the Wi-Fi TV stations to devices ranging from iPods(R) to desktop and laptop PCs, to TVs.

Wi-Fi TV Breaks iPhone(R) Movie Memory Barrier:

The importance of showing streaming movies on the iPhone is that the iPhone has a limited and non-expandable memory that can only hold a certain number of songs, videos and other information. Movies are the most memory-intensive form of entertainment and depending on the other content a user chooses to save on their iPhone, there may only be room for a single movie, or no movie at all, to download in an individual iPhone. Unlike other plans announced to deliver movies to the iPhone, Wi-Fi TV does not require a movie to be downloaded and stored in the iPhone memory, but rather Wi-Fi TV streams the movie, which takes up no memory space in the iPhone.

Public Can Watch Movies On iPhone Today:

Today at www.iPhoneWi-FiTV.com Wi-Fi TV is offering five free streaming movies which can be viewed in the iPhone as an example of its technology and as a preview to a large number of movies it will be offering at www.Wi-FiTV.com to various Internet-enabled devices. To the best of the knowledge of Wi-Fi TV Inc., no other company offered the public a movie that streams to the iPhone prior to Wi-Fi TV's public delivery of its first film to the iPhone on July 13, 2007.

Potential For New Ad Revenue Model With Free Movies:

Since Wi-Fi TV will be adding brief video advertisements at the beginning of each of its movies, the ability of Wi-Fi TV to deliver streaming movies to the iPhone, and many other devices, has great potential value in revenue generation for the company.

"Wi-Fi TV will be offering video ad packages through our sales team beginning in August that include the ability to place ads before movies that are viewed in the iPhone," sated Joe Soto, Wi-Fi TV's Global Vice President.

How To Watch a Free Movie Today:

To watch the Wi-Fi TV movies on your iPhone, streaming and for free, go to www.iPhoneWi-FiTV.com .

About Wi-Fi TV:

Wi-Fi TV(TM) is a pioneer of TV on the Internet. Wi-Fi TV Inc. has long touted the coming convergence of TV and the Internet, and provided the first online movie in December 1995. The Wi-Fi TV website is the only place on the Internet where you can watch hundreds of TV stations and chat with others watching the same program in a live chat box directly under the viewing screen, and get breaking news for each country and category listed, and download a dialer and make free phone calls and host live video parties all on one website.

Wi-Fi TV Inc. provides Social Internet TV(TM), a new generation TV delivery platform that has a geographic sphere out-distancing any traditional cable or over-the-air TV broadcaster. Wi-Fi TV memberships are free at www.Wi-FiTV.com and include such perks as free online phone calls and free chat and free online parties.

The Company was launched in 1995 and has been publicly traded since November 1997, and has been a pioneer in the delivery of video and books over the Internet.

I think 5 years on down the line this will be huge but it is risky right now to buy and hold. I think this stock has bottomed out and might go a little lower. IMO, it will go back up eventually. I'm just gonna get in low and sell when I make a profit till I get to the point where I am comfortable with this pos to buy and hold.

Jul 23, 2007 10:45:06 (ET)

ATLANTA, GA, Jul 23, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Two current stories from Business Week magazine directly relate to the business plan of Wi-Fi TV Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTVI), according to the Company. Wi-Fi TV offers consumers 24/7 streaming video of hundreds of TV channels with live chat for those watching the same programs, free calls, free video parties, and other interaction.

The stories are, "Web Ratings Shakeup: Its About Time" and "Online Video Ads: Just Wait," both written by Catherine Holahan.

"Wi-Fi TV keeps our viewers online because they are watching 24/7 TV as opposed to short videos or written stories and they are interactive with other members through live chat, calls, and video parties. Wi-Fi TV is custom tailored for online video advertising. These two platform features -- an engaging online experience that can last for hours at a time and a format suited to online video ads -- are the key features of the Wi-Fi TV business plan. They will be enhanced by the next version of our web site launching during August. They fit perfectly with the new ways of measuring audience size and the growth of online video ads reported on in Business Week magazine. They will enhance the value of Wi-Fi TV Stations which we are selling through our sales team," stated Wi-Fi TV founder and Chairman Alex Kanakaris.

Regarding video ads, a study by eMarketer is cited, predicting, "the floodgates will open after 2011, when the lines between TV and Web video will be blurred."

Released July 16, the study suggests "Web surfers ain't seen nothing yet. Video ad sales are expected to grow from an estimated $775 million this year to $3.1 billion in 2010 and then to $4.3 billion in 2011. That's up from a November projection in which eMarketer estimated 2010's video ad sales at less than $3 billion (see BusinessWeek.com, 11/7/06)."

It's after 2011 that the floodgates will really open, says eMarketer senior analyst David Hallerman. "By then, the distinction between television and Web video will be so blurred that advertisers will begin directing more of do is take a few percentages off of a TV advertiser's typical budget and that is going to be a large amount of money," says Hallerman. Television advertising is expected to top $46.3 billion in 2011 according to PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In the story about how web site ratings are measured, it is stated that "Nielsen//NetRatings' focus on time spent is a sea change."

"Nielsen//NetRatings (has decided) page views count, but not much. On July 10, the company announced that it would focus on the amount of time spent on a site, rather than pages viewed, when discussing a Web property's ability to engage users," according to the story.

"Time spent is a better denominator than other things," says Scott Ross, director of product marketing at Nielsen//NetRatings.

The article goes on to state, "Using time spent on a site rather than page views rejiggers the lineup of the most popular, or engaging, Web sites from the get-go."

This stock looks good, but continues to bottom. Could be shorted too much, could be diluted too much, but I don't think it will continue dropping under .0009, so it might be time for a reversal.

The chance they will stop dilution is
less than 10%, based on their history
of dilution-R/S cycle. Besides, with
the huge O/S, the pop will be small
and the drop will be huge. It's not
a fair gamble at all, if you know
the house is a cheater. R/S will
come sooner than expected, they
need more money badly.

Register for iHollywood China, a one-day event produced by iHollywood Forum, and you'll also gain entry to China's own two-day Chinese Digital Media Conference and the Beijing International Radio, TV and Film Exhibition (BIRTV). These events will be simultaneously translated and include delegates from China and abroad for numerous opportunities to network and close deals," according to the official iHollywoodChina web site.

BIRTV is China's version of NAB and it attracts a mostly Chinese audience of 50,000 attendees and 400 exhibitors from all sectors of China's media business. iHollywood China represents China's efforts to open up its vast digital media and TV market to foreign companies.
