PCola, no bank in their right mind would give these guys a good interest rate on a 1.5 million dollar loan. They are a startup with a HUGE amount of risk. Would it be better if they diluted the stock? No thanks!

I think this shows that the owners believe they will be able to pay the loan off without a problem.

Fair enough. I do disagree with your last sentence though. It shows me nothing other than this was the best deal they could get. If a person with really poor credit gets a car loan at 20%, does it mean they are more likely to pay it off than if the loan was at 10%? I don't see any correlation between the two things.

I do agree with your initial point though, and the fact that it means less dilution (potentially), so I'll give you that.

You are correct as well, consider the statement retracted.

With the LeAnn Rimes announcement yesterday, I was very concerned with how they were going to pay her. Maybe now we'll see a contract signed instead of a MoU.

Nashville Records(TM) Entering Final Negotiations with Key Artists
9:29a ET June 28, 2007 (Business Wire)

Nashville Records, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NSHV) is pleased to announce it is entering the final phases of negotiations with four key artists for its projects. Two artists will be for the USS New York project and two artists will be the very first announcements for the upcoming patriotic album. As soon as all contracts are completed the names of all artists will start being released.

The negotiations will commence again on Tuesday of next week and the Company anticipates wrapping up by the end of the week or first part of the following week.

The project coordinator, Sherry Johnson, says the negotiations with artists for both projects have gone incredibly well and the enthusiasm from artists and managers has been very high. The company has also been negotiating with more artists to round out the patriotic album of 12 to 13 cuts. She says the artists' managers, without exception, have been thrilled with the distribution package and the project portfolio. These artists are all A level artists with multiple awards and gold and multi-platinum success. Johnson has further stated that Nashville Records(TM) has not settled for anything but the biggest and brightest of stars.

Nashville Records(TM) President, Gene Sibbett says, "We are extremely excited to announce these artists and we can hardly contain our enthusiasm but these deals must be worked through carefully before becoming public knowledge." One of the releases is titled "Home Misses You" and a demo clip of the song can be heard on the company website at: http://nashvillerecords.com/multimedia.htm. An artist for this song has not been definitively determined as of this date.

News today...

Nashville Records(TM) Presents Entire Distribution Plan
9:26a ET June 29, 2007 (Business Wire)

Nashville Records, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NSHV) recently entered agreements with key distribution companies. The most critical element of any record label's success is to have major radio play and distribution. Independent labels rarely break into major markets.

Tim Riley, the Company Vice President, is an expert at radio placement in all country and AC stations including the Billboard Stations, along with XM & Sirius radio. Gene Sibbett, the Company President, is an expert at radio placement of all gospel stations. Joe Mansfield is the industry King in distribution and major retail placement.

Products will be distributed through five major retailers that have proven to be successful for country music. Joe Mansfield and Garth Brooks have sold over 25 million units at $25 per unit at just one retailer. Mansfield is Nashville Records(TM) lead advisor.

River City Movies & Music, together with Rock Bottom Distribution, a 40-year-old distribution company, will provide nationwide Walmart and Kmart stores, Borders, Amazon.com, Books-A-Million, Circuit City, Best Buy, CD Baby, One Stop, Be-Bop Records, Super D and many others, plus a host of gift shops throughout the country. Distribution includes many reputable Internet download sites. Additionally, CD Baby provides digital sales for ringtones, downloading, and free streaming.

As previously announced, the Company estimated it would take a year for full development of worldwide distribution to U.S. military installations through AAFES. However, this important affiliation is complete. In addition, agreements are in place to market with various military organizations and private distribution channels throughout the U.S. and worldwide.

Company artists will be featured on the Midnight Jamboree, the Hall of Fame Museum, and will have autograph signings in bookstores, record shops, and various other planned venues.

It sounds to me like NSHV management has all the right connections in in the music industry to get this thing going. Remember, the company came in under the radar, but they are moving EXTREMELY fast on their business plan. Although the recent run-up and buyback news brought some attention (myself included), I don't find it completely unreasonable to think that this company is still relatively unknown. This could bode well for those lucky enough to get in down here. We'll see!

Nashville Records(TM) Expands Its Team of Experts
Monday July 9, 9:27 am ET

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nashville Records, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NSHV - News) announces expansion to its team of experts for radio play, sales & promotions, and production.

Larry Pareigis: Mr. Pareigis is an authority on radio promotions and served as the Sr. Vice President of Promotion for Sony Music Label Group and was the man responsible for breaking such acts as Gretchen Wilson, Montgomery Gentry, the Dixie Chicks, Tracy Lawrence and others. Pareigis is considered one of the most highly respected and accomplished promotion executives in the music industry.

Neil Spielberg: Mr. Spielberg was former Vice President of Sales for Warner Brothers and active in the sales and marketing of Faith Hill. In his 20 years of sales expertise he was instrumental in placement of country music into such giants as Walmart, Kmart, Best Buy and many others. Mr. Spielberg and his company will be instrumental in assisting Nashville Records(TM) in sales and marketing.

Teddy Gentry & Michael Curtis: Gentry/Curtis combine to become one of Nashville's top producers, which includes a current #1 hit "Moments" by Emerson Drive. Teddy Gentry, Alabama's long-time band member, was responsible for selecting material that became the group's many hits--including 42 number 1 hits.

Alabama's music legacy resulted in 21 gold and multi-platinum albums and over 73 million records sold. The group received over 150 industry awards and their very own star on the "Hollywood Walk of Fame." They were named the "Artist of the Decade" by the Academy of Country Music in 1989 and "Country Group of the Century" by the Recording Industry Association of America in 1999. On November 15th, 2005, Alabama was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame capping their extraordinary road to international success. Gentry/Curtis will produce only select acts, including Nashville Records(TM) solo artist, which will soon be announced.

The Company believes these important additions to their already powerful team and distribution channels already in place will be the capstone needed for success and felt it was important at this time to introduce these key players before the announcements of artists for the USS New York project, the Patriotic Album, and upcoming solo artist, which will be announced toward the end of this week.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nashville Records, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NSHV - News) announces the legendary Charlie Daniels for the USS New York Project. He will perform the song "The USS New York" for the recordings and performances for the christening and commissioning of the ship.

Daniels is best known for his smash hit, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," which topped both country and pop charts, won a Grammy Award, earned three CMA trophies, became a cornerstone of the Urban Cowboy movie soundtrack and propelled Daniel's Million Mile Reflections album to triple-platinum sales. Nashville Records(TM) Enters Contract Negotiations with American Idol Finalist Kimberly Caldwell
9:33a ET July 12, 2007 (Business Wire)

Nashville Records, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NSHV) enters contract negotiations with American Idol finalist Kimberly Caldwell. In 2003, she was a top finalist on Fox's "American Idol," and her exposure landed her on-camera in Hollywood and on reality TV shows. She was an instant fan favorite, finishing among the top finalists competing for the "American Idol" title.

She was a featured vocalist at the Country Tonite Theater in Branson from 1994 to 1996. She also performed on Ed McMahon's "Star Search" and still holds the record for most wins by a junior vocalist. She has a soulful sound and singing passion. Since she was strongly influenced by country music's leading female artists, early plans are to feature her in country music as well as an edgy country-rock sound.

Kimberly is the entertainment correspondent and host for the TV Guide Channel. She has appeared as a live red carpet correspondent at Hollywood award events including the Grammy's, the Academy Awards, the People's Choice Awards, the Emmy's and the Golden Globes. Kimberly also appeared on "Oprah," "Access Hollywood," "Larry King Live," "Inside Edition," "Entertainment Tonight," "Glenn Beck," "Tyra Banks" and many more.

She has appeared in magazines such as Entertainment Weekly, US Weekly, People, Extra, Cosmopolitan and many others. She was featured in the "Sexiest Women of Reality TV" 2005 calendar. The Company's early plans are to have her produced by independent producers Teddy Gentry & Michael Curtis and released this fall or early winter. Larry Pareigis, the man responsible for breaking such acts as Gretchen Wilson, Montgomery Gentry, the Dixie Chicks, and Tracy Lawrence, is anxious to make Kimberly Caldwell another household name.

Forward-Looking Statements:

Statements in this release relate to the Company's expectations with regard to the future impact on the Company's results, are forward-looking statements, within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. NSHV is supposed to be updating investors with addtional information on obtaining the warrants. Today or early next week would be appropriate. It is also rumored that there will be a PR about the injunctions sometime next week.

As far as explosions go, I'm now a long on this, so I would prefer a nice, steady rise from here on out. However, I don't know if this is even possible while the company is a pinky. I do know that Gene and his management team are going at this with a full head of steam, and I'm placing my bet that the name Nashville Records will be well known in the music industry very soon.

People not long on the company should be careful in the short term. A lot of people are riding this hoping for positive news on the injunction. If it turns out to be negative, this could tank pretty easily.

Place your bets!

I too heard that we should be hearing some injunction news this week so that should be exciting. I can care less though because they have been putting out so much positive news and the David is such an easy guy to talk to that I can honestly say I've never been more comfortable in a pinky before.

I spoke with Dave on Friday afternoon for the first time. I agree, he really is a nice guy. It's certainly refreshing to be able to call an investor relations guy who can actually answer your questions.

For those interested, the website should be updated this week with additional information on how to obtain the warrants, so be on the lookout.

Anyone still watching this one? I sold half my shares while it was tanking, and held the rest in anticipation of warrants next year.

It's been a mess. The company went silent to work on some legal issues and to reorganize, but David has stated that they are now ready to resume following their business plan. Could see some nice gains here in the next few weeks depending on what news they have for us. Keep an eye on it.
