Just in from AVVW - I have asked re timeframe between now and SEC clearance. Explains the silence and all looks very good imo. I assume they will exercise care on the funding arrangements. I received this response within 10 minutes of my request!
Mr. XXX,
We are presently in the midst of funding negotiations and have presented a 12 month business plan to our funders. Upon funding approval we have to file an SB2 registration statement with the SEC. Until registration statement clearance is received from the SEC we are in a quiet period where we can not issue press releases unless they are a material event. Coupled with the funding is a strong sales team that will contract with AVVAA and bring significant sales to the company along with a major thrust to promote AVVAA brand recognition in the USA and Canada. At this time we are not able to do a press release on these programs.
Audited financials for the year ended May 31 have to be filed by August 16. Work on the year end is underway now.
