got wind of a rumor that co. has meeting with huge name

either today or soon, obviously if the rumor is true some people know it and are buying in cheap,

always felt that if their products were for real this stock has to go up, too big a market with too much potential,

so we shall see.

yep I am here and I agree with you, this story is just

starting to come together, this is a fully reporting company with great management great products and has already established some very significant sales channels,

year end numbers will be out soon, looking forward to that and expect some pleasant surprises,

this one is a keeper as far as I am concerned.

o.0029. With a private funding of $200K,
AVVW has earned some credibilty among
all the POS. Tne funding terms demand

It's very interesting that both AVVW and RSDS
got a run this morning from 0.0008.

Facts:

* RSDS got a PR while AVVW didn't;
* AVVW hit HOD of 0.0014 while RSDS hit 0.0012
* Current PPS: AVVW - 0.0013; RSDS: 0.0011
* RSDS only source of income: dilution and R/S
AVVW sources of income: sales, private funding,
and dilution. Just watch these 2 stocks in the next
few weeks. You will see R/S risk can be reduced
if you select a stock with less float.

Hey, Dollar. We encounter many R/S this week,
and many members have suffered great loss. Now
we have a ceo annouced the end of 504 and dumped
his shares on the run. Based on my observation,
he is taking advantage of the investors. I
presented the fact that RSDS' share structure and
rev source demand a R/S in order to survive.
Why play it, if the chance of R/S is great.
Again, this is my opinion, and you should
simply ingore it -- if it does not fit
into your belief. RSDS can still run before
the R/S, but the run will not as expected due
to huge float. My play of RSDS is simple: get
in at 9 and get out at 12. If I can't get
filled at 9, I will not play it. There are
always many other interesting games.

Looks like RSDS was a better gamble for this week, so far. To bad I sold the POS a few weeks ago, owell.

got some today at .0005 these subbies have been on fire lately, and this has a decent history of running, so i'll roll the dice. took me all day to fill at the bid, not sure if it touches .0004 or not.. that seems low for avvw.. any opinions JimSC ?

Just in from AVVW - I have asked re timeframe between now and
SEC clearance. Explains the silence and all looks very good imo. I assume they will exercise care on the funding arrangements. I received this response within 10 minutes of my request!

Mr. XXX,

We are presently in the midst of funding negotiations and have presented a 12 month business plan to our funders. Upon funding approval we have to file an SB2 registration statement with the SEC. Until registration statement clearance is received from the SEC we are in a quiet period where we can not issue press releases unless they are a material event. Coupled with the funding is a strong sales team that will contract with AVVAA and bring significant sales to the company along with a major thrust to promote AVVAA brand recognition in the USA and Canada. At this time we are not able to do a press release on these programs.

Audited financials for the year ended May 31 have to be filed by August 16. Work on the year end is underway now.
