Kroger Customer Relations has received your product request for Apple Rush. If you have UPC's numbers that would be very helpful.
In order to enter your request we need to know the Kroger store you shop at, the street address and the city and state.
Mr. P***** thank you for contacting Kroger regarding the availability of Apple Rush in your local store. Product availability is determined by shelf space, regional availability, and sales trends.

Great things are just around the corner for us IMO.
Ive been in touch with Tom Swan, Alex, and Bob within the last few weeks and everything they have told me was coming has happened and if everything keeps going that way.....telling the truth that is. We shall see numbers in the very near future if all goes well.
They have an accountant full time on staff now which is an asset and they ARE preparing to publish financials as we speak. As to the timing of those publications......all I kow is that they are hoping to post for the 3rd Quarter and if for some reason they can not meet that time frame I was told for sure by years end. It sounded like they were fairly optimistic about the third quarter though.
GO RSHN!!!$$$$!!!

I am done replying to your sarcastic and BS filled replies to my statements. This will be the LAST time I even acknowledge youre existance because you are nothing more than a cyst on these boards. You bring NOTHING positive to any conversation I have seen yet.
You read every post supposedly on the other boards and IF you dont you are one ****ty moderator. Therefore you KNOW what time frame I was speaking about and if you want to know EVERYTHING I was referring to, go back and reread every one of my posts dating back to before the Garden acquisition.
Youre a joke dude!

Tony,
I am sorry to hear that. I work in Chicago for Jewel/Osco and Albertsons Company I have no way of influencing buyers in California. I did however get this set up in Chicago. Until the last few emails I did even realize you were in California. I do believe that Albertsons California has been without a Natural and Specialty Goods buyer for over 2 mos. This may have been the result of the slow follow up?
Any questions let me know.

Jim,
I do the majority of my grocery shopping at your Dyer (St.) store but plan to do more of it now at Raley's even though it's 3 miles further away.

Tere,
Wow, that's very disappointing. I made my initial request back in late March...and now it's July and it sounds like very little progress (if any at all) has been made. About a month and a half later, I sent a request to Raley's...they put in a "special order" for me and within approx. 5 weeks, I was able to pick some up.
I won't put anymore effort here and will just see where it goes...
Tony
btw, Daly City is 30 miles away from where I live in Union City.

Hi Tony,
Your email was forwarded to me regarding your interest in having your Daly City Albertson's carry Ginseng Rush. We have been working with Albertson's and their supplier to get Rush onto the shelves. Currently, Albertson's is working within a very scheduled review process for adding new items. We were not accepted at the last review and of course, we will re-present at the next review cycle.
Thank you for your interest in our great soda!

Hey ChrisPY, dont let these fools get to you. As long as this stock exists there will be haters, and its probably because they were too scared to jump in for the last run. I agree with you that things are starting to happen, and so far you have been straight with EVERYONE on here whether they will admit it or not, so KEEP up the good work.
Now I would like to share my email with the forum that I sent to Krogers as well, and it seems that they might do something about it, but who knows but every little bit helps. Here it is word for word:
Dear Mr. ****:
Thank you for contacting Kroger regarding a product suggestion. I think this is an excellent idea and one day hope to see a similar product in stores. I have shared your suggestion with our marketing department and our food technologists. Thank you for your time and suggestion!
Sincerely,

CUSTOMER COMMENTS: company would start selling natural, organic, soft drinks that taste great instead of the pure sugar that they get in their Mountain Dews' now. As a very large corporation, if you made a stand and said that you are committed to the health of our nation as a whole, also saying that you would now carry this alternative to high sugar content soft drinks, which would be a huge step in making our children healthier, people would buy it up as if it were free.
Many parents already have seen their children's life be impacted by these high fructose content sugar drinks, by making them lazy, heavier, and in general not as willing to learn. If you were able to market this as a healthy alternative to soda, parents would buy it by the truckload. In conclusion, if you were to stock these items in all of your stores, not only would you make a boatload of cash and help your stock rise through the roof, you would also be helping on making th e planet and our children healthier.
Thanks for you time.
Respectfully, Glen ****

Just a thought, Bob is looking to partner with someone, while Larry at HKBV wants to introduce an Electrolyte Water to his already impressive line of beverages. With their combined creative talents and Larry's business drive and distribution channels already established and expanding, they would make a much more powerful combined force to be reckoned with. I’m going to e-mail both to share this possibility. Who know?

I Agree, RSHN needs a partner with greater resources and fresher ideas on how to move this company, there is no growth at all, under current management. IMO Bob needs to give up the helm and bring someone in that has more experience in the industry, until that happens RSHN is dead in the water. I don't know whats in the pipeline of pr's but it will have to be something major ( BIG ) to get this stock moving and if the pps drops any lower, it will have to be an r/s to reduce the amount of shares held by stockholders. .0002 x .0003 Sad indeed. GREAT products, but TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Ihippuck posts claim O/S just went from 6B to 12B.
As soon as (if) my sell at .0003 order goes through, I'm out and moving balance to HKBV = Hat Trick Beverages. Currently at .0022 up 41% on heavy volume. Great products like RSHN, but much better management, expanding distibution, fraction of the O/S here, making a profit AND buying back shares.
GLTA that remain here. Over and out....

Good Luck. Anyone left in here is going to need it! BTW, what ever happened to Robbie? Also, interested to see what ChrisPy and chkingon's positive spin on this could possibly be? Nope, I believe Bob Corr has finally lit the bridge on fire!

It would be hard to interpret the increase in a/s as anything but a bad thing- especially if you couple it with the fierce decline in PPS over the last few weeks.
I hope Bob has something nice planned with his money. As of now, over 99 million sold- about $20K. That's a nice trip, a couple nice meals, maybe he could lease a Hummer for a couple years.
In all seriousness, it's just sort of sad.

RushNet Increases Authorized Shares, Will Pledge Securities
Last update: 8/3/2007 5:28:25 PM
BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Aug 03, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (RSHN) has increased its authorized shares this week by 6 Billion in order to complete its purchase of Garden Beverage as well as the upcoming joint venture investment in Amicalola Water Co. Both will require a substantial pledge of RushNet, Inc. securities as part of the company's participation.
The additional authorized shares encompass a large amount of restricted shares to be held in escrow, pending the completion of both investments.
Robert Corr, President of RushNet, stated: "Unfortunately, the weak share price has left us no alternative but to increase our total authorized shares to 12 Billion. It had been our expectation that the share price would have been higher at this point and thereby kept the approaching share issuance to a smaller amount. But due to the Agreement we have in place with Garden, and our proposed investment agreement upcoming in Amicalola, we were forced to issue substantially more shares than planned to maintain the dollar equivalence of the pledged securities."
Robert Corr went on further to state: "While it may appear out of line to some, this increase in authorized shares is vital for us to implement our strategic development plan. The additional bottling capacity, and an optimum water source for e-water(R) at Amicalola, as well as strengthening our Midwest regional distribution impact through Garden, will foster long term growth and value to both the company and its investors."

Robert Corr, President of RushNet was quoted: "With CA Fortune (RushNet's Kehe food broker) in place, we see an expedited development path for many new accounts through Kehe in the coming months. Throughout the Kehe Show numerous grocery chains, both large and small, showed great interest in bringing Apple Rush into their stores. Two major regional Grocery Chains indicated they were planning to introduce Apple Rush early this fall. Overall, we found that the show yielded some valuable contacts that will ultimately translate into real sales. This show was another solid step in launching Organic Apple Rush into a national brand."
