Personally, I don't think that we will see lower than .07 unless it takes a long time to get a merger document signed and PRd. I'm actually surprised we ever saw the .04s just before the filing. Too many signs that this is going to go somewhere IMHO.

I have been in contact with Ultra motorcycle company (Erma). It appears they have lawyers working hard and sounds like they are going to be fighting the "pirating" of their shell. I spoke with thier Lawyer also(Curt) and he said "as far as they can tell, the shell was never sold during BK, just all assets" Technically, Ultra Motorcycle owns the shell still... I also got the impression that Ultra might want to fight for their shell, as to go public again. I was told that the original Owner is back with the company now and business is moving forward....what a twist...lol

There is always something being debated at I-Hub. Seems to me that a shell should be considered an asset, obviously the owner is going to make money with a R/M into it.
They may be fighting for ownership of the shell now, but why not back in March when it was activated? I don't see how it could be activated if UMCC was the owner....JMHO
