Nebraska Surgical - Nebraska Angels backing the Company Government Contracts with NASA
It’s the first organized group of angel investors to reveal itself publicly in Nebraska.
After Nebraska Surgical applied and made it through the group’s thorough vetting process, five members of Nebraska Angels , signed on to help finance the company, said John Brasch, associate vice chancellor for technology development at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and president of the Nebraska Angels.
Brasch would not identify the five investors because members of the group choose to remain anonymous. One of the reasons for that, he said, is because they don’t want people soliciting them individually for money.
Neither Brasch nor Bock would disclose how much the company got from the group, but the Angels’ guidelines call for members to invest at least $25,000 per deal, making the minimum investment in Nebraska Surgical $125,000.
But the investment is likely higher, as an overview on the group’s Web site says it targets investments in the $150,000-$750,000 range.
Because of the risk involved, Brasch said angel investors are typically looking for high-growth companies that have the potential to produce a large return on investment.
Nebraska Surgical, an Omaha-based collaboration between University of Nebraska Medical Center surgeon Dmitry Oleynikov and Shane Farritor, a mechanical engineering professor at UNL, looks like it has that potential.
The angels probably will hold investments for an average of eight years, seeking an eventual return of at least 10 times their investments. If that seems like a lot, remember that new ventures have a high risk of failure, so an angel could lose money on several investments before making a profit on one.
The Nebraska Angels' screening process selects three companies per month for the angels to consider, favoring proposals with a good management team, a market opportunity, growth potential and other factors

Just incase nobody is following what UMCC is all about here is a quick explanation.
UMCC was a motorcycle company but went bankrupt, now the stock is just a shell. The shell is being put together for a R/M with Nebraska Surgical Solutions.

After hearing hdogtx's input on my conversation with Mark G Rentschler (makino) this morning, i decided to look into it a bit more. I contacted their HR department to try and see what else i could dig up. I talked to a "Joan" about a position they have listed and asked lots of questions...I was told the company is growing and planing on adding a "couple" new divisions... There just so happens to be 2 shells in a Mark Rentschler name, and we know there is a Mark Rentschler associated with Makino...its getting interesting. Anyone else who feels like being creative, and is good at extracting info from people should call makino too..there are a lot of Departments and #'s listed on their web site...im sure we can get more good DD from them

Oh well, I really cant complain. UMCC was the first stock in awhile that caught my eye and has actually regained some of my confidence about trading.
One important rule Ive learned over the past 18 months is never look back after you sell.
But yes this one is sort of painful lol. Very similar to when I sold out of RSHN last year at .0066 and it went up to .0099.
But hey cramer says it best, bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered!

Oh yeah...if you guys cash out of UMCC you might want to think about dumping it into WPRO. It is connected to UMCC through the same guy, Mark Rentschler. Both are shells that are gonna take off IMHO.

As you are probably aware, the Corporation was suspended as a Corporation by the Nevada Secretary of State some time ago, and had remained “dormant”, in “default” and “abandoned” for a significant period of time, without assets, operations, activities, Directors, or Officers.
In 2006, one of the Corporation’s shareholders commenced a court proceeding in Nevada, to have me appointed as a Custodian for the suspended and abandoned Corporation. In 2006, I was appointed pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 78.347(2) as Custodian of the Corporation and I became the sole director of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The court charged me with powers to take control of the Corporation, assume the position of Sole director, and oversee reorganization and revitalization of the Corporation into an active corporation in good standing under Nevada Law.
Acting as the new court sponsored Board under the Custodianship, I had the Corporation enter into various consulting contracts with various consultants and professionals, which were necessary in order to undertake and complete the work required to reorganize, reinstate, and revitalize the Corporation.
The Board authorized these consultants, among other things, to undertake a search in “all” counties in all 50 states for any and all uniform commercial codes security interests, lawsuits, liens, judgments, and other matters of record associated with the Corporation, to retain an outside accountant to bring current the financial statements of the Corporation and verify its financial status, to initiate and proceed through to conclusion with pleadings, filings, and legal work required of the Custodianship, in order to reinstate and bring current the Corporation’s filings with the Nevada Secretary of State, to assemble and reconstitute corporate books and records, and to assist the Corporation with other business, corporate, financial and legal matters associated with the reorganization and revitalization of the Corporation.
The above work has been recently completed. I filed my Report with the court in November 2006, and was discharged as Custodian and approved by the court as the sole director of the Corporation.
After receipt of invoices covering the services rendered by the various consultants and professionals to revive, restructure, reorganize and reconstitute the Corporation, the Board directed the Corporation to issue shares of restricted common stock of the Corporation to these consultants, in full payment and satisfaction of outstanding bills for services rendered and costs and fees advanced.
As you can see much has been accomplished. The final step is to approve the election of directors, so that the Corporation can again begin to conduct business operations.
The Board has called this Special Shareholders meeting for the following purposes: 1. To elect the sole director proposed by the board of directors;
2. To consider such other matters as may be properly brought before the special shareholders meeting, if any.
You will find enclosed a copy of the notice of shareholders meeting, along with a form of proxy which we would like you to use if you cannot attend. The Proxy allows you to grant me your proxy, so I might vote for the various resolutions to be considered at the special shareholders meeting on your behalf. The Board of Directors recommends a vote for each of these resolutions.
Events since this document: Mark Rentschler being assigned Pres of WRPO & resident agent change, Just waiting on Mr. Rentschler to give us the BONE!!

UMCC/WPRO I finally tracked down and talked to the Mark Rentschler from NSS on Friday afternoon. He denied it was him on the UMCC/WPRO Nevada reinstatement doc's, he also offered that they(NSS) had lawyers look into it for stolen identity reasons, BUT then said it was not the case here..He told me it was another Mark Rentschler, an engineer, but couldn't remember the company. I then asked; how about Makino? and he replied, thats it...........WOW I almost dropped the phone!
OK, guys...Either they are really trying to throw us for a loop, or he let the cat outta the bag ...BIG TIME
I post this DD as I get it, I don't add or take away. Its up to you to make your own decisions or follow up on it.

Personally, I don't think that we will see lower than .07 unless it takes a long time to get a merger document signed and PRd. I'm actually surprised we ever saw the .04s just before the filing. Too many signs that this is going to go somewhere IMHO.

I have been in contact with Ultra motorcycle company (Erma). It appears they have lawyers working hard and sounds like they are going to be fighting the "pirating" of their shell. I spoke with thier Lawyer also(Curt) and he said "as far as they can tell, the shell was never sold during BK, just all assets" Technically, Ultra Motorcycle owns the shell still... I also got the impression that Ultra might want to fight for their shell, as to go public again. I was told that the original Owner is back with the company now and business is moving forward....what a twist...lol

There is always something being debated at I-Hub. Seems to me that a shell should be considered an asset, obviously the owner is going to make money with a R/M into it.
They may be fighting for ownership of the shell now, but why not back in March when it was activated? I don't see how it could be activated if UMCC was the owner....JMHO
