I have loaded up on this. I have bought more in other stocks in the past, but this one is winner unless the dreaded r/s takes place. They are doing business like gangbusters. Coastal is really located in a samll area of Georgia. To me, the market is ripe for much expansion. I would give them a try if they ever get into Fla.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the deflated price but they were going after a 1 mil piece of distressed property did they get it? Did this eat up some funds for a while? idk but I bought more today. Lets go old guy! It will catch or we'll be po'd lol

It is my understanding that they already bought the property at substantially below market value based on their previoud PR. I do know that Commercial property in my state, Florida, particularly the Tampa Bay area is hot. Residential is not, but even so, there are still buyers out looking for a good deal. More investors are coming back out to play. I am not as familiar with the Georgia market. Anyone know about commercial real estate in Georgia?

I have bought a lot of this. I will probably not buy any more for now. I really don't want to put too many eggs into any one pink basket.

Podium Venture Group, Inc. Subsidiary Coastal Broadband Begins 450 Square Mile Wireless Network Expansion 8:35a ET December 4, 2007 (Business Wire) Podium Venture Group, Inc (Pink Sheets: PDVP) subsidiary, Coastal Broadband, has started their next phase of network expansion. The proposed expansion would cover the following cities in Georgia: Jesup, Mount Pleasant, Odum, Blackshear, Patterson and Atkinson. The expanded network would add an additional 450+ square miles of Wireless Broadband coverage in Southern Georgia. With a total of approximately 21,500 homes in the area, the expanded network could easily increase monthly revenues by $15,000.
"Coastal Broadband has continued its growth in the 4th quarter and has started a significant expansion which will increase the company's Wireless Network footprint by over 450 square miles. Coastal Broadband continues to be the leader in the Wireless Broadband market in Southern Georgia and hopefully will start expanding out of South Georgia in the near future," said Rob Loud, President of Podium Venture Group.
"At CBB we have fought hard to balance our growth with available cash for expansion so that we maintain profitability by keeping our costs under control. With the increase in throughput in our primary equipment and the continued reduction in cost for Customer Premise Equipment (CPEs) we're able to expand faster and provide a faster High Speed Service to our customers. This leads to satisfied customers which in turn drives more growth," said Ron Ham, President of Coastal Broadband.

gramlich, where did your post come from? was that an old one that got reposted? There was no volume today and - as far as I know - the bid and ask both were .0001. I do wonder why no volume? Anyone have a theory or information?

I know that the pinks don't always run on logic, but if they did, this one would have already started its run. This company is making money and is expanding with a solid product in a great market. They are focused on smaller cities and creating a nice little niche market. Thais way, they are not locking horns with the big boys. When they extablish a firm footprint in the small cities, they are poised to move into medium sized and large cities in time. This might even be a good long term play. I will say if it were this easy to predict which ones would run, we would all retire early, right? This one has the potential. The only thing that has me a little uneasy is the lack of volume. I am hoping it is because they are not diluting.

I don't know what is happening with no volume. Nothing in recent news indicates a reason for that. All news has been positive. I think that no one wants to sell right now because of the good news and possibley all A/S have been issued by PDVP. I don't have the latest information, but they were close a few months ago. JMHO.

Anyone know for sure why no volume? Also, why no PR? Did I miss something? The company is making money and progress, so what am I missing? I realize that the pinks are not usually moved by logic, but c'mon! I must be missing something.
