I wonder if they are planning another 1x1000 reverse split. It's about that time of year. Any guarantees they won't? If they aren't planning one this year, this might be a good stock. I am looking at this one pretty closely. Anyone know anything about any plans for a R/S? Have they made any statements that they won't do that again?

I hsve been looking at this stock for awhile. It appears to look good, but does anyone know what connection they have with SMMW, the scam stock? How did PDVP end up with N'East Magazine? That used to be a SMMW publication. Hopefully they are in no way connected.
