I'd continue to watch this. NETW has been accumulating shares for someone over the past couple of weeks. Merger news is still 1-2 weeks away.

Fellas I'd continue to accumulate this one. CEO says news of definitive agreement expected within 30 days. Shanghai Shenyin has put alot of money and manpower in completing their audits.
