yes - we are bagholders this will fall back to .0001 and anyone who thinks this is good or that this will rise past .20 is a pumper and dumper and is just saying that because they are upset that we are funding the CEO's lavish lifestyle.

Well I still have the old ticker and share count, so I won't be able to cash in today. By the time TDA change it, it will probably be too late to get a reasonable value, so I might as well let it ride.

In General subpenny stocks are high risk & reward with emphasis being on " High Risk " the attractiveness to buy an abundance of shares at fractional the cost is the lure to obtain greater wealth. In all probablity, only a hand full of subpenny stocks will flurish with the majority doing little or nothing at all. If it wasn't for the 2 F/S, I would be more *#$%^&...lol GLTA

I'm just curious. Are your loss calculations supposed to console and/or soften the blow of those holding the bag on this POS? (glad to say I don't own any). You forgot to mention that sentiment drops dramatically post R/S. So while your initial calculations seem to limit one's losses let's not forget that everybody starts dumping their shares ASAP thus making a bad play even worse. I must say I've never seen anyone so gleefull over the prospect of a R/S as you are. Are you connected to this stock in some official capacity?...

Where does he seem "gleeful"? All the posts I've seen him make on this thread seem to be pi**ed off and sarcastic.

Are there any sub-penny stocks that's not a scam? The only one making money off these are the CEO's and CFO's. We were shafted the first mention of a R/S. So all you can do is try and limit your loss to at least buy a hambuger and fries. I got out in time with enough to feed two at Red Lobster.
Actually we were shafted when they did the 2:1 Forward Split. You knew that was to good to be true.
