Phantom Entertainment (PHEI) has settled the lawsuit of Longview Special Finance on March 30. Longview will get 425M common shares from PHEI. That is most likely what brought the pps down from .0013 to .0007. It appears to have bottomed out at .0006, so I see it rising from here on.
Could be the last chance to get in at .0007/.0008.

this comp is a loser i have been watching this comp for the last two years ,in fact i lost over $3000 or more with this comp and my friend lost about$10000,i bought in when it was much higher and watched it go down, sold it and took a loss then bought in again at a lower price,it went down more and i sold it again.I did this about 4-5 times, each time went a lot lower ,until it is where it is at now,Also about one in a half years ago me and my friend met the CEO greg and spoke with him privately at a large meeting that took place in manhatten nyc for the trades,he even had his product there (the wireless keyboard )which he was going to show at the trade show, anyway we walked away not to convinced about what he said about the comp, then soon afterwards on the phantom website (which is still up today)he started to sell the keyboard, but it still had not been being produced, but if you prorderd it you would be one of the first to get it when it would be produced, which he promised would be in about 2-3 months.Well the last i had heard was, it still wasent in production (that was about 4-5 months ago,in fact one of the members here had preordered it and still had not recieved the product)the only way this comp will go up in price on their shares is when they develope their on line rent and buy movie dvds ,which by the way they keep saying it is being developed, but so far nothing,as far as i am concerned this ceo is a con job. Also the ceo before him who is the owner of the comp had to step down because of some shady dealing ,which are not to clear as to what he did,So for the last two years all the news that came out seemed to be a lot of lies, and there hasent been any nonew news on their products ,except for this news that has got nothing to do with their supposadly fantastoc products,Like i said before this comp is a loser. It may go up a fraction of a penny ,sometimes but baseicly it stays around where its been for many monthsand until they actually come out with their on line rental or buy dvds ,nothing is going to happen,So be very carefull before you buy shares of this comp thinking you are going to make a lot of money.

at one time i had a million shares, about 8 months ago.As i said i saw it go down with a lot of promises from the ceo,in fact according to the news he still isnt manufactureing the keyboard (i feel sorry for those that prebought the keyboard and mouse, cause it looks like they never recieved the items )anyway i sold all the shares at quite a loss. What i see happening with pennie stocks is you have to have a large capital so that you can buy numerous different comps.and then just hold on to them long term and eventually they come through, and make you a lot of money

i just reread the news and all it says is they entered into an agreement with the other comp.it dose not say an agreement was signed ,of course it pushed the stock up ,but it sounds like another lie from greg(ceo)anyway i am very happy for all the people that made money to day,but be careful you dont get hung up on a high price and then it drops back to where it was a few days ago ,cause thats what happened to me a few timesi bought in when it was .40and then it fell, then i bought in when it was .17 and then it fell ,i bought in another time and the same thing happened.i lost around $5000 on this comp, and they all were on news like this recent one.anyway i hope its true this time and it keeps going up.Good luck everybody

Bodyb, you are trying to hard to make up feel your pain. It's just a stock, don't fall in love with it, there's thousands of others. The heading says "Phantom Entertainment Signs Major Licensing Deal....."

Also, PHEI could double again tomorrow and they could get new contracts and continue to climb. They don't all fall you know. Major investors are counting on this. Most day traders have probably already got out by now anyway.
