Wow, what happened to the posts on this one. This has been the biggest sure thing in the past 2 months for making a quick 30-50%

Am I the only one playing this? lol

Hasn't been moving like it had as of late. Flipped it four times but don't know if I want to try again. Company announced a symbol change & new cusip over 2 months ago and nada. SPNI completed there symbol change in days so somethings not right. Can't get any response from the company, starting to think they don't even exist.

It took CHNW/EFGO along time for the change. It doesn't take days for it to happen. Just because a company announces a possible change a few days before it happens means that they filed for it weeks before and didn't put out a PR until before they thought it would go through.

I am a little less confident this time, but I've made over a grand on investing a little more then 2k in this, so if it doesn't work this time, I still have a good profit from it. I just think this can at least get to 004 again.

Plus if this gets down in the low-mid 20's, it should get buying pressure going again and volume should spike. There hasn't been any news in all the times I've flipped this. I'm just playing the chart. 003 is a good time to buy a little, then double down if it gets in the mid 20's.. if it goes up from here to 004, it's a nice 30% and I'll take it. If it goes down, that's just a more attractive buy, and pressure will move this back up. And if it tanks, I lose most of my profits from before, but I see the pro's far outweigh the cons.

No, check out the BHUB thread. They got caught up in the same scandal--fraudulent TA--and will be halted (I'm surprised they haven't been yet).

It's Canada, not the USA, but the US generally reciprocates so you have to figure a halt is coming. And that means months on the dreaded greys.

In the order it accuses american select of using inactive or dormant securities. Is atlj dormant? or inactive? are the last pr's bogus?

We really should have *one thread* for all affected stocks in this mess...

Can anyone take that on to organize that, please?

I suggest using the Hot Stocks forum, but anywhere to get started would be good... In fact, I think I have a thread started there that would cover it, but each affected thread needs to be notified and then given the link... Need an organizer to step up...
