It doesnt make sense to me but pinks normally dont. Even if they were fully diluted at 100mm shares this would seem to be higher than what it is now. Especially with what seemed like a lot of buys today. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. TMAN...

BREAKTHROUGH!! They are incorporated in Delaware...You can check the status of A/S and more in real time:
To check the A/S: State of Delaware (302)739-3073 Pharm Control 7 digit Delaware Corp file number is: 4206290 Follow the prompts. Press (1) three times, enter 7 digit corp number followed by the # sign. - hint - pressing 6 acts like a fast forward
They have to file with Deleware before then can increase the A/S. If this starts to dilute you will here it on this line first..
Yes if you talk to them you can verify the O/S as well..The A/S has been verified just now and is still the same. No signs of normal dilution right now.

turbo part of my DD was verifying the AS with Delaware SOS then with the company about the OS numbers. They confirmed that the numbers provided to pinksheets.com were correct.
I also confirmed through the company that 25 million shares were restricted for one year.
Also was confirmed that the R/S was done when the company took over the shell which we are now invested and know as PMCL and that is why the price opened at 2 bucks and then traded to 2.5 bucks.
I also am in the process of confirming that the company is not selling shares into the market...which would be ridiculous to say the least at these prices.
What we are seeing is not only short covering but several groups trying to gain a better position in the stock. This will be over in the next day or so and we will be on an uptrend in that process.
This post is for all the board and I am not posting it to you personally..so please don't be offended when you read it...lol
Those with patience will be rewarded in the very short term.
The volume today told me that we had short covering and smart money entering the stock. I expect another day tomorrow very much like today and then it should be over and I think we will move north and the stock will once again seek its true valuation which in my opinion is a hell of a lot more than where it is currently trading.
