They have to file with Deleware before then can increase the A/S. If this starts to dilute you will here it on this line first..
Yes if you talk to them you can verify the O/S as well..The A/S has been verified just now and is still the same. No signs of normal dilution right now.

turbo part of my DD was verifying the AS with Delaware SOS then with the company about the OS numbers. They confirmed that the numbers provided to pinksheets.com were correct.
I also confirmed through the company that 25 million shares were restricted for one year.
Also was confirmed that the R/S was done when the company took over the shell which we are now invested and know as PMCL and that is why the price opened at 2 bucks and then traded to 2.5 bucks.
I also am in the process of confirming that the company is not selling shares into the market...which would be ridiculous to say the least at these prices.
What we are seeing is not only short covering but several groups trying to gain a better position in the stock. This will be over in the next day or so and we will be on an uptrend in that process.
This post is for all the board and I am not posting it to you personally..so please don't be offended when you read it...lol
Those with patience will be rewarded in the very short term.
The volume today told me that we had short covering and smart money entering the stock. I expect another day tomorrow very much like today and then it should be over and I think we will move north and the stock will once again seek its true valuation which in my opinion is a hell of a lot more than where it is currently trading.

Man, where the hell is the bottom on this POS. I am not even going to start to think about averaging down until this thing stops it's free fall. MM's haver in a death grip and don't want to let go. Funny to, doesn't seem like there is a short position because they are still filling orders as it falls. I have been in other chat rooms and people are fight NITE to the end.My friend got in at the ask at the end when the last price was .02 and then my friend made a 15k order *.024 and it went in and made the last price .023 pretty crazy.This is in IHUB SEC just called me back acknowledging they have received my complaint both via my message and as filed against NITE securities of manipulation of Pharma Control stock, they are going to look into it.

Oh yeah, still here. You don't loose until you sell and right now I am down a tad over 50%. I think that once this story starts to unfold, we could be very happy. This company is just getting off the ground, the PPS tanked for no specific reason (other than dillution). With 100 million authorized and the sales projections etc... This PPS is outa whak. We are being heavily manipulated IMO and I for one intend to be a little patient on this one.

This one has promise, I will say that much. THe potential sales and uplisting etc... BUT and this is a very big but, these pink sheet POS companies do not pay dividends so what is the point of holding them. Hold it long enough until you find a comfortable exit and sell. THats just my opinion, maybe some people like to hold in anticipation of the far out future but thats not for me.

The company is very new to the public game. I have been told that they are addressing the situation and trying to formulate a plan of attack so to speak (my words). I naturaly assume that will mean some sort of press release...soon enough.

I don't know about the support ... earlier this week it went down all the way to 0.01 and then came back to 0.035 and now its again down to 0.02 ... so IMO it is going to bounce back ... the only thing is when and how low it is going to get before it does !! i hope we found the support and soon it will go up as this is heavily shorted and maybe a PR will boost it Posted by cottonjim on :

Their study indicates that a back-to-nature approach might yield better possibilities for companies looking for the next blockbuster drug.
Drug discovery hit a 24-year low in 2004, with just 25 unique compounds known as new chemical entities introduced that year, said David Newman, who runs the U.S. National Cancer Institute's natural products branch.
"Chemists started making libraries of hundreds of thousands to millions of compounds. But they were simple compounds," he said in a telephone interview.
"Mother Nature doesn't make simple compounds. Mother Nature wants compounds that fit into particular places."
Newman links a dearth of new drug development at U.S. drug companies with the shift away from nature as a main source of drug compounds.
"Wyeth and Merck are the only two U.S. manufacturers of that size that still use natural products as one of their sources to look for drugs," he said.
Newman's study found more than two-thirds of all drugs discovered in the last quarter-century have come from nature. He believes linking nature with advanced chemistry techniques that combine a vast array of molecules to speed drug development will likely yield much more fruitful results.
Newman and colleague Gordon Cragg reviewed the origins of new drugs developed in the past quarter-century and found that despite the introduction of a host of high-tech drug discovery tools, natural products continue to be the inspiration for most new drugs.
NATURAL INSPIRATION
Aspirin, a staple in most medicine cabinets, was originally obtained from the willow tree. The widely used chemotherapy treatment Taxol was derived from Pacific yew tree.
"Even though it is made in a different way now, it is absolutely identical to the material that comes from the yew," Newman said.
Likewise, the colon cancer treatment irinotecan, a standard chemotherapy that interferes with the growth of cancer cells, and topotecan, a chemotherapy used for ovarian cancer and lung cancer, are both modifications of the tree Camptotheca acuminata, a native of China.
In fact, Newman and Cragg found that about half of all anti-cancer drugs introduced since the 1940s are either natural products or medicines derived directly from natural products.
Newman's study, to be published in the March 23 issue of the Journal of Natural Products, is an expanded and updated version of reports published in 1997 and in 2003.
The researchers sought to trace how nature has inspired drugs currently on the market.
"A chemist would never conceive of making Taxol unless he or she had seen Taxol first," Newman said. "So what we looked back at was, what was the intellectual underpinning of the drugs that were currently on the market."
Newman said the advent of new drug discovery techniques such as combinatorial chemistry in the 1990s diverted many drug company resources away from a rich source of new drug compounds.
The technique allows for the rapid combination of many different but similar compounds -- basically industrializing the role of the chemist.
"Mother Nature's influence is alive and well," Newman said. "But you have to look for it in a subtle way. She doesn't come out and wave a broom in your face."

bnjmn, do what's right for you, not anyone else. PMCL is getting the Sh*t pumped out of it on other forums right now. THe price per share shows very easy movement on minimal buying pressure so any positive words from the company right now could be huge IMO. MM's are shorting (and accumulating) right now, I look for this one to trade sideways until we get that spark, then watch out IMO. 18-19-20 seems to be the support right now so it might not be a bad entry point (or average down point) not a great place to average up IMO. why dump a potential 5-50 bagger right now, if you are watching the l2's very close the mm's are RELUCTANTLY walking this up, wait till it run, .005 ticks at a time, then .01 ticks at a time

I agree, the reason I asked was that it's been around .02 for the last couple of weeks, and now it went up without any reason. I, like everybody else thinks it's worth WAY more, but I had expected the gains to come alongside a PR. Now that it popped up without any, I just wanted to double check. I've been burned by skakerzzz crew before....

The I-dumpers are on this like flys and when they are say 25 cents they are selling you your shares. If you bought thiis at 1.5 cents you would be crazy not to have your finger on the trigger.

Case in point: Last year GLIF from 0.02 to 0.27 Last year XKEM from 0.005 to 0.08 This year PMED from 0.0015 to 0.045 This year PLRS from 0.02 to 0.13 yesterday

.056 is the average short sell price, when it trades higher than this for a period it will go higher, mm's are very thin after .06, nothing until .09, doesn't mean this gap won't fill, but .06-.09 looks very doable

this has held its ground today, basically what it was at 10 minutes before close yesterday, people selling taking profit, flippers, weak hands gone, and trust me strong hands hold more than the entire float( which is 12 million) if they sold heavily today we would be back to a .01, they did not, i am holding a nice block of shares avg at .006, i am holding for the big dough, we may have to wait until next week, vp of company has said we will hear very good news next week

These lists will be used to get a total amount of shares owned by all shareholders and any naked short positions. when a stock is very heavily naked shorted games are expected, the trigger price (.056) in theory really needs to hold 1 trading session to apply, the mm's showed the price for a glimmer there just to tease, and the dropped it down, do you really think they covered in 1 minute, this is a war, yes you should take out profit when chance given,but realize if this is shorted like the numbers appear to be( the vp verified last week the float was 12 million, about 25-28 million restricted, 40 million outstanding, 100 million authorized these have all been verified
the company is NOT DILUTING, the MMS may be though, trying everything possible to hold this down because they know a run is coming and are doing everything they can to shake shares(that is their jobs)
if you don't like this stock don't buy it or sell it, othwerwise bring facts to why this is going down the tubes
this is not a pump and dump, pumped yes by shareholders who believe after dd it is a good stock to be in, but longs have not dumped or we would be back to .01

new battle begans tommorrow, looks like it should gap alittle, will the mm's play the same game they did wednesday, the gap and trap (where they let it go up briefly at opening bell to capture new shareholders and drop it quickly to shake some shares loose real fast), or will it push through .06 finally?
alot of momentum in this still, but the mm's have control to some degree when the run goes, more concrete news regarding walmart or some updated news regarding share count from the company and the total short position could set a squeeze where the mm's have to let it go
best estimates indicate around 20-25 million shares naked shorted, if true around a million dollars+ to cover at todays price
all indications appear certain mm's(if you've been watching l2's for the last 3 weeks you know who,pretty obvious) are still shorting this, and probably naked shorting, meaning a squeeze must be forced one way or another, if not the mm's could dilute this out over the next month or two
****that is one of the evil forces mm's use when they naked short stocks, most of the time they don't have to pay up because of several factors, they prey on companies with high share counts(good or bad) or vulnerable businesses(good or bad) and dillute share count by issuing shares into the market place they do not own, thus ultimately effecting share price
***mm's have played this down to pennies,the company must take the next swing, and keep swinging, so these mm's know these korean businessman mean business, are ceo is a doctor, but has others there whom are on this naked short issue
news is expected sometime next week(today would be nice), hopefully news that will set the squeeze trigger in action
***footnote- short selling (shorting) a stock is not illegal, done every day on dang near every stock, but naked short selling (a mm selling shares they do not have) is illegal,but goes on all of the time
***this is estimated to be shorted 1.5-2X the float

1. PMCL's been on the reg show list as of Feb 26th 2. ********** reports the naked short position at over 21 mill 3. It was reported NITE to the SEC for manipulation, illegal shorting of PMCL stock. 4. In writing stated the float is 12 million shares knowing they are being watched. c. requested a NOBO list and PR'ed it. 5. REQUIREMENTS:Patience===$$$$ You have to remember that MM's are in bed with the big dollar hedge funds and brokers that have taken significant short positions in many penny stocks. PMCL was one that got away from them when they started shorting it down from $2.00. At this point they have to manipulate just to keep from frying sooner than they have to. In the end, they can't change the fact that they are desperatly short on PMCL. They (MM's) prey on impatience and frustration as their two biggest weapons. The strong will see through them and hold and the weak will fall by the wayside. Hold tight, our run is coming....

Fellow investors, I believe we are at a turning point in the story..Kron and the rest of PMCL's management are playing their cards wisely, and everything is well placed to counter-attack the shorts! We got a stack of PRs coming up to confirm share structure, revised revenue projection, and changed of transfer agent...not to mention the upcoming nobo list results and cusip+symbol change ! We also know that the company will hire a PR firm shortly and are working on finalizing the Wal-Mart deal!
I believe we have a real gem here..we know the company exist! We got a CEO with 10 years + in the development of natural medicine. We know the product is real and that they sell it across the world, especially in Europe! I think we'll get some answers on this Authorized question in the next couple of days. I think the folks over at IHUB are on a mission to get to the bottom of the A/S issue and will force Kron to come up with some answers. Fortunately I got about a few weeks ago over .04 and will watch closely for a great entry point, hopefully in the .0125 to .015 area. Authorized doesn't mean they have to issue all those shares and I think this could be a great entry point for a lot of new investors and for the long termers to average down IF these shares are not dumped into the market....that, of course, at this time is something we don't have the answer for.

a diluted share increase will add to the pps? Did you read this before you posted? same as a FS. no restrictions advertised (ie preferred or by class) nor were any benies advertised. same with the pr for the july spinoff. there is nothing to gain other than more shares so far. and the insiders get the same math.... which could make it more appetizing for a rs. when you do your math you should include the total OS not just your holdings. just my opinion.

I don't know about 'dead' currman,...let's say it's 'sleeping'.
I sold the other day, after holding for awhile when I saw it going down, wanted to at least get out with some profit.
Too many questions with this one, and no real concrete answers. I'm still watching it though and will get back in if looks like it's starting to turn around.
