HOUSTON, TX, Mar 05, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) would like to update its shareholders regarding its capital raising. The Company has been raising equity capital pursuant to and in compliance with SEC Rule 504 Regulation D since August 2006. The Company plans to raise up to $1,000,000 and has raised $367,000 to date. The equity capital is being raised for expenses, working capital and potential acquisitions. The Company has chosen to sell its shares to only accredited investors to raise equity capital, rather than borrowing to raise equity capital. Therefore, to date, the Company has no debt from loans to raise equity capital. The Company, its Investor Relations Department and Transfer Agent have recently been barraged by what appears to be day traders and chat room "conspirators", in a non stop effort to encourage the release of premature press and ex-parte company information their short term gain. Russell Industries plans to continue to raise equity capital and will not release gratuitous press and will make information available to the public only on the company's website, www.russind.com,www.pinksheets.com, and through press releases when Company news warrants it. Sounds like 1/3 of the dilution is over then.

I find it quite odd that GLXI has been running so hard when they release a report for having 544,000 tons of uranium, while RSDS seems to drift lower when our report said we have between 2 - 20 million tons of uranium in our claims. Whenever that next report gets released, rsds should fly

Any idea when that report will be released? Do you know if anyone has spoken to the company?
