RSDS has mining claims with proven and probable uranium reserves
the stock will eventually take off.
Uranium testing $100 - that's 2x the price when RSDS bought these mining claims from East Canyon LLC back in October
There are reports saying that uranium is going to head to $200 before it can level off and come back to reality

They released a PR explaining why like a month or so ago....I don't have time to search for it right now. There PR's are currently only being put out on there site and on pinksheets. I'm not a huge fan about it cause its ALOT less exposure, but I'm sure once the big big news comes it will be released all over!

Well pincher, I know they've been diluting, that's ONE of the problems that brought it to where it's at today, and they still may not be done. I guess we'll find out by what the pps does within the next week or two.
I mean it was clear that something wasn't right here, look at all the other uranium stocks next to this one. That should say it all.
But, in answer to your question,...anything is possible if they stop diluting, just not 5.00 any day soon. (sorry) lol

Good news...at least I'm very happy about it....I just hung up with the TA and the O/S remains the same and the number is current as of today, April 3rd.....still 501,097,427.
To me that is great news because the last update I got was from March 26th and was the same number which means no dilution whatsoever in the last week!
I was honestly considering dropping this one tommorrow, but with this discovery theres no way I'm bailing now. This is an extremely low O/S for a company trading triple zeros and with all the outstanding news how can anyone bail now?? My main concern was the dilution but that seems to be over with so I can't imagine this not rebounding HARD!!
I just wish our terrific CEO would stop being a cheapskate and get these PR's out for all to see!! Just one national PR would really jumpstart this puppy IMO....

A modest lot of 100 thousand pounds U3O8, offered by tiny privately owned Texas-based Mestena Uranium LLC, drove bidders to establish a new record spot uranium price. “The spot uranium price rose dramatically this week, jumping $18 to $113/pound U3O8, following the results of the sealed-bid auction,” according to Nuclear Market Review (NMR) editor Treva Klingbiel. “This is the largest single increase since uranium prices were first reported.” The spot uranium price jumped by nearly 19 percent this past week.
Since the beginning of the year, the spot uranium price has risen by 57 percent. By comparison, nickel has only increased by about 35 percent year to date. Nickel leads all metals traded on the London Metal Exchange (LME). In January 2001, spot uranium could be purchased for as little as US$6.40. Since then, yellowcake, industry slang for the processed nuclear fuel, has jumped by more than 1700 percent! According to Gene Clark, chief executive of TradeTech, which publishes Nuclear Market Review, “We are about $2 short of the all-time high in inflation-adjusted dollars.”
Bidders hoping to purchase the Mestena uranium came from all market groups, according to NMR. Uranium producers, traders, investors and utilities bid for the 100 thousand pound lot. Klingbiel gave three reasons for the aggressive bidding: ERA’s recent mine flooding, continued interest from speculators and utilities seeking significant quantities for near-term delivery. Basic math - not taking into consideration the ratio of uranium to vanadium
Now uranium at $113, our initial claims have a value over $61,000,0000

Hmmmm,...LAMP,...LAMP,....I've heard something about them recently, and it had something to do with CLYP, can't remember exactly what it was, but they are somehow associated, and I 'don't' mean because they're both MM's.

Junior exploration companies were recently boosted by the hike in prices for uranium, used as fuel in nuclear power plants, to US$113 a pound, the highest since the 1970s. Neal Froneman, president and chief executive of SXR Uranium One, said yesterday he anticipates global demand for uranium to increase by 2.5 per cent annually during the next decade. if it runs im not gonna miss on 1/100th or 2-3/100ths on the price, cause if it goes that will be a meaningless if your holding SHARES

I just called too and the guy I talked too was unsure about the stock talked to someone else in the background , then came back and said that I need to call my broker if I am having issues with them then I asked if he was having comp problems or where they just accumulating share , he told me to call scottrade and hung up ..

My L2s show an 18 sell after but my scottrade acc did not show as a tick up and I have refreshed it a few times to get it to redo my position .. Did anyone ever get any answers on why the L2s and times are so off when LAMP is up on the ask? I called the with no explaination and emails scottrade a few times on this .. This does not make sense that LAMP can get away with this kind of manipulation of this stock. And its easy to see that something is not right with them. IMAKE you made a comment that "LAMP IS HERE" have you ever noticed them before? This is the first time I have seen them around and when they show up this crap happens .. I got out of WRNW 4 days ago...to buy into this that went up from .0009 to .0022 ....WRNW ran from .0055 to .0080...and its not even a solid play, no solid PR's from the company.

This shows that the assets in RSDS are real. The dilution that is going on isnt dilution at all, he is using the money to buy more claims therefore its held as an asset.

rsds to be the next glxi - I remember when I first saw glxi wayyyy before it rose in price and I thought about buying but did not. I, of course, regreted that decision. I am not going to make the same error with rsds. It is too cheap not to have some shares in your "portfolio"

When I talk about a stock in the way that I do, doesn't mean the stock won't make money someday. I don't hold stocks unless the trend is there then I'll hold for a day or two. I don't listen to anyone until you prove yourself. If your right I will keep that in mind for next time. I'm looking for cheap shares and I like to talk about stocks weather ther're going up or down. I want to master this art and If I can pickem going down or up than I'm doin my job and this is my job. I tend not to talk that much on Ihub because it's another Raging BULL...****. You got something smart to say I will listen and if i have something smart to then don't bother me. We will see who is smater and I hope it's you. Ther are ton's of stocks to play everyday..RSDS is not the only one and If I can help people make money or save money I feel good about myself. This doesn't run yet prove me wrong.

A/S was increased to 2 billion for 1 reason and 1 reason only. The CEO needs to gain voting control over his stock so he can approve a r/s in the upcoming weeks
Don't be surprised to see the o/s jump from 697 million to 1.5 billion, where ceo takes a 51% stake in the company via restricted stock.
504 ends in August. A new 504 will begin in August, at the same time a r/s is announced.

Yes. I think the issue here regarding the shareholders is that most of you have unrealistic expectations of what this stock will do short-term.. I have stated repeatedly that this is not a short term deal. If one expects that, they will be disappointed and should invest elsewhere in a company that has a short term strategy. RSDS is definitely long term. Hope this helps.

THis isn't really comparing apples to apples here, but just looking at share count in relation to price.
Take a look at KO, trading at $51.87+/- with 2,315,285,568 O/S. I don't even know the authorized, probably 5 bil.
KO is Coca Cola BTW, so not in the same league.
