Been a rough day in penny land over the last two days with lower volumes all around. I have been in contact with Mr. Trinka and have been informed that news here is close. With any stock nobody can control the pps but if Trinka kicks the PR train into high gear updating operations and where they are currently at with them this will be a great play. A little disappointed as i thought we would have seen something this week but i guess it's only wednesday. Once we get the releases rollin this will head north IMO.

IMO, these levels are an opportunity to add, there was bound to be some retracement from the 2d run-up early this week, next week should be good if news comes early in the week...

Phyhealth CEO Issues Quarterly Letter to Shareholders Tuesday March 6, 10:18 am ET
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Physicians Healthcare Management Group, Inc. (OTC:PHYH - News), CEO, Robert Trinka, issued his quarterly letter to shareholders today, updating the company's progress and execution of key initiatives. The letter reads as follows:
Dear Shareholders of Phyhealth,
The November election has produced a new Congress and a renewed emphasis on solving the nation's healthcare crisis. The stage is now set for the next evolution in the healthcare industry and we can expect the 'calls for change' to continue through the 2008 presidential election. Almost daily there are new initiatives being added to the national healthcare agenda originating from organizations both inside and outside the industry, including government at all levels, businesses small and large, industry associations and consumer groups.
The vast majority of the proposals aimed at "fixing the healthcare system" address how healthcare is paid for; not how healthcare is delivered. We believe that the delivery system must be restructured in order to improve care and reduce costs, thus making the problem of paying for healthcare manageable. Phyhealth's business model delivers a solution at the physician-patient level that fundamentally shifts the work-burden of the healthcare system (physicians in particular) from treating disorders to keeping people well. We want to assure you the company is monitoring the activity affecting the industry in Real-time, and we are confident the Phyhealth model is not only sustainable, but preferable under the widest range of change scenarios.
Since my last quarterly shareholder letter we have had the opportunity to interact with more of you. It is clear from your interest and investment in the company that you recognize both the importance and opportunity associated with our approach to the next evolution of healthcare. As our shareholder base grows, we are encouraged by the understanding and knowledge our shareholders have demonstrated about the healthcare problem and the unique solution Phyhealth offers.
We know you are primarily interested in the company's progress over the past quarter and so let's review what we've accomplished:
* Salberg and Company is now on board as our auditing firm, as announced in December. The Salberg organization brings extensive experience with development stage public companies, and their comprehensive audits are scheduled to begin this month. In the meantime our CFO, Scott Moore, is directing the fulfillment of other requirements for our filings with the SEC and the NASD which will enable Phyhealth to become a fully reporting company listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. * Physhield Insurance Exchange has received regulatory approval to write medical malpractice insurance policies in California, and we have recently filed for registration in Michigan. * Marketing and Sales initiatives for PhyShield are currently under way in the approved states and the sales pipeline is exhibiting significant and promising activity, suggesting that our first physicians and revenue streams are not far off. Look for the introduction of PhyShield's website in mid March, which will be a solid addition to our marketing package. * Phyhealth has been unable to conclude an acceptable financing arrangement for the capital surplus necessary to implement the Company's initial Phyhealth Plan. While securing this financing remains a priority, we will only pursue the best deal for the company. * We continue to evaluate potentially synergistic or accretive corporate and/or asset acquisitions, but most are either out of our immediate reach or simply do not provide enough value. We have, however, expanded the company's relationship base through our recent alliance with ER Urgent Care Centers (Other OTC: ERUG.PK - News) addition to operating urgent care centers, ERUG is in the business of purchasing and managing primary care physician groups, which management of both companies believe would form an excellent foundation for a Phyhealth Plan. We are very excited about the opportunity of entering the Las Vegas market through this alliance.
Phyhealth is making progress with our planned agenda, and we remain confident that our Phyhealth Plan model will be increasingly attractive in the marketplace; to investors, physicians and to consumers as the looming healthcare crisis continues to occupy center stage in the eyes of the American public. It's an exciting time to be in the healthcare industry, and much is at stake for all of us.
We appreciate your participation and investment in the company, and I thank you for your support as we build the company to provide a much needed solution for our nation's healthcare system. We will provide continuing updates of significant events through press releases, our website at www.phyhealth.com and regular quarterly shareholder letters.
Sincerely,
Robert L. Trinka
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
