Not just that - it was pretty darn easy if I do say so myself. The recovery was sore for a bit, but I can hardly tell the incision now, plus insurance picked everything up without extra out of pocket since it was all in the same stay. Just got off the phone with Matt Lovito and he stated that last Friday California came on board for Physhield business...our 6th State!!
Also, the paperwork for jumping to the OTCBB should be completed this week with all the financials done...another excellent step.
Robert Trinka is working on the update letter as I post and though he was busy with the California meetings Friday...he has lots of good news to release this week.

OK, I have a minute. I called and spoke to Robert Trinka the CEO of PHYH. I asked him if they were still persueing the uplisting to the otcbb and he said, "absolutly". He stated they will be updating the shareholders this week. I asked him about today's press release and he said that they would be working together, but it is not a merger. I asked him about the rumors of the company's registration being accepted in California, and he did say that it was accepted and they may proceed. We talked about some other stuff the company is doing, but to be honest with you, it was a little over my head(I'm not a health insurance expert). All in all, very positive and a great guy. Well I ended up with about 15K shares today . Its not much but with all the other crap stocks I'm in , the cash flow is pretty thin right now . Hopefully GBDX will run hard again tomorrow and I can get out and buy more of this stock before it really takes off .

Been a rough day in penny land over the last two days with lower volumes all around. I have been in contact with Mr. Trinka and have been informed that news here is close. With any stock nobody can control the pps but if Trinka kicks the PR train into high gear updating operations and where they are currently at with them this will be a great play. A little disappointed as i thought we would have seen something this week but i guess it's only wednesday. Once we get the releases rollin this will head north IMO.

I called Robert from PHYH, they are expecting the financials to be completed this week or next and after they are complete, they will file the sb-211(I think thats the right form) with the NASD, he said he wants it completed by end of April, but it will depend upon the government agencies. Just a heads up.

BTW source: I think DTGP will be about a month long hold. They are cleaning up the company for whomever is interested in acquiring the shell. Robert from PHYH said they are being very agressive in completing the necessary forms to uplist and depending on how quickly the NASD can approve their financials, this should start rolling. I'm thinking 1-3 wks before we start moving back up, but I want these bottom shares first.
