Thanks for the update. Been away for a while and trying to catch up. I found and read the ****. I would sure like to see those numbers come out in the next couple of days.

I'm thinking early next week but be ready for the complaints since it will be certification of funds and not Audited Financials. They are running up against Panamanian Law. I think we will see a very nice run on this over the next couple of weeks. I, personally, don't believe in pulling Certs because I like to have the ability to trade when I want and am not really interested in holding any stock for years. Just me since I don't have children and want to be able to spend my money before checking out of this world.

Thanks Wally for the update. I will be adding was trying at .0014 with no luck. I have a email to IR with some questions when I get an anwser I will post them.

This is what IR sent me via email on friday. Not really anything new.

Once the trading platform is functional, you will be a able to deposit PNMS shares into your account and receive your PDR's. The PDR's are negotiable instruments that can be traded online. Should you chose instead to hold them in the foundation for the defined period, then a price equivalent to either .02 or .04 cents per share would be offered. If at that time the share price is higher, you could chose to sell the PDR's online at the going rate, or simply remove your shares and sell them on the open markets.

Well its been quiet in here about this big POS so IM thinking this is a scam .CEO is a liar said the AF's would be here 3/15 still nada I guess this going to be a big pump and dump like the rest of the pinky pos's

I am right their with you. Keep looking for a bottom. I thought it was going to be .0014. Looks like .0011 for now. If something does not happen soon we may see .0009. IMO Maybe a chance to make good or loose big. Time will tell.

yeah ... lets hope the docs come out ... and that pushes the stock up ...
i don't care about the buyout offer as i don't want to hold a pinkie for year or so .... I'm in red and I'll be happy to get my money back ... and if possible maybe make some money of it !
Hopefully MT will those freakin finances out ... if not i'll be really

i dont abt 0.002 ... i'll be more than happy if it reaches there but i think there needs to some positive PR, especially regarding the finances ...
