Jim how can you say "great chart"..??
the ONLY place you could get in for a profit was last days of nov and sell second week of Dec. That is IF you were lucky enough to hit these dates. One slim opportunity in 6 months.
I never lied this play then, nor now.
Good luck

Jim, why'd you abandon the old thread? No need for a new one.

Edit: I just did a search and there are 19 other threads on this one. THere's definitely no need for a new one.

Hi, PCola. I think we need a new thread based
on the folloing reasons:
1. Most members will ignored any thread that
has more than 50 msgs;
2. HISC just hit the bottom of a 2-year cycle,
and it's a good entry point now;
3. HISC's string of PRs is expected in next
few weeks;
4. The fact that this new thread has been in
the front page of this board proves that members
like this new thread. All the older threads will
not get much interest -- they are part of the
history.
Hope this cleared up the matter. JimSC

Actually, it would be better if Allstocks limited the postings to one thread per stock. Much good information is buried in those old threads that may have been missed. It's much easier to evaluate a stock if you have complete info on it. All starting a new thread does is lose all the info that has been posted, so the pumpers can have a fresh venue for their tricks.
IMHO.

Ed hit the nail on the head. People will keep a thread going until someone posts some negative, verifyable info, then start a new thread.

Not saying that's what Jim did, but it's a common prcactice.

And Jim, it's rather egotistical of you to be the one who determines that the DD of others is no longer relevant.

Besides the fact that it's a direct violation of allstocks rules, I'm prety sure.

haha, sorry surfer. I mean I understand that people get excited sometimes and think starting a new thread is a good idea, but really, it devalues the work that others have done, both people who have done DD showing the good and those with DD showing the bad, and I don't think that's fair to them.

One more note. If you take the above chart and expand it to include the last 3 years, you will see that this stock has performed horribly. Except the one spike to .14 (which is where I sold half), the price has only dropped. If I remember correctly, before that spike there was heavy pumping done on all the boards. IMO, that spike never would have happened were it not for the pumping. Very little pumping lately on this one, and the MMs are about done shorting it. Just because the stock has hit rock bottom two or three times in the last couple months does NOT mean there is nowhere to go but up. The only things that could possibly make it move more than a small fraction would be a reverse split (very bad), or good financials for 2006. Waiting to see which happens first.
That said, good luck to all of us holders hoping this company will become a real good long term investment.

Easy on JIMSC guys, he has been around for quite some time and has proven he knows some sh__! Take another look at the chart.

RSI(7) is showing the chart to be pretty much oversold. BB width is very tight at this point. PPS has pretty much held .001 as support with a couple minor glitches in the past 2 months. PPS has shown signs of life recently and it appears to me that an uptrend is likely very soon.

Cyber Tracker

Post #of 53045

I just spoke with the scheduler at Cannon Pacific, the street sweeping company in San Diego. She said that they are very happy with the Cyber Tracker and the software. They have "about" 24 trucks and each truck has one. Some CT's are hard wired and some are not, and they use the cigarette lighter adapter to power them. One of the trucks has a camera attached to the CT. They are in the process of replacing some of their older trucks and they want to check out the usefulness of the camera for their needs prior to committing to using the application on their entire fleet. She said that the primary function of the camera is to enable drivers to document with a photo and a time stamp any obstacle (generally cars) that they may encounter. They can then use the picture as evidence of the obstacle if there are complaints about an area that is not swept.

The only non standard application they use is a "brooms up, or brooms down" function that reports when the driver is sweeping. They have contracts with several cities. Often they get calls from individuals or the city complaining that a particular street has not been swept. They use the history function to be able to tell the caller precisely what day and what time they last swept the area.

During a typical day she keeps track of all the drivers using two computer screens. One with the map showing exactly where the trucks are located and what direction they are traveling, and another that lists among other things, how fast the truck is traveling, when they are sweeping, when they are stopped and for how long. They monitor lunch breaks with the CT as well.

They don't use the push to talk function. She said the CT has been very reliable and she isn't aware of any problems they've had with the CT.

Companies will buy the CT. Maybe the shareholder sales force will begin to rack up some sales.

Now, folks let me show you what happens with just a little bit of meaningful legwork. I have already received a response back from M. Roy regarding the testimonial idea. Everybody just let this unfold...I am working on some stuff in the background and following up on this and will let you know more down the line when the time is right.

I was just talking with someone yesterday, another investor, that lives
in the San Diego area. He contacted Cannon Pacific and was able to
discover that they are very, very pleased with their Cyber
Trackers....basically stating to him the Cyber Trackers are
"awesome", they "love them", and they are "very pleased and happy
with them." Now, if this doesn't sell a product.....I don't know what
does!!! I think it would be a great idea to have a testimonial section
on the home page of HISS's website that shows these type of comments
from "happy campers." It would be easy to do, and it is very positive,
honest, and basically free advertising for our product. I know when I
purchase products, when I come across positive testimonials...it weighs
heavily on my decision making process.

I think we are far enough along in the game plan, that we are ready for
this.

Many thanks for your time, Mike.

Thanks,

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Adds Programming Capability to Advance Cyber Tracker Projects
Wednesday January 31, 8:31 am ET

ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 31, 2007 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) announced today that it has added dedicated programming resources to support the evolution of the patent pending Cyber Tracker in Machine-to-Mobile and Machine-to-Machine applications. This announcement supports earlier announcement that it intended to increase focus on the M2M arena.

M2M stands for Machine-to-Machine, Machine-to-Mobile, and Mobile-to-Machine. M2M is a newly evolved product category that enables the interconnection of machines with IT infrastructure and mobilized work forces. The goal of Homeland's Cyber Tracker/M2M solution is to increase efficiency and raise revenues by increasing an organization's service levels, performance and competitiveness. The Cyber Tracker allows users to access information, receive alerts regarding critical situations, and control and manipulate variables on their dispersed machine assets via a computer or PDA device. HISS believes that this market vertical has significant potential for increasing future sales.

HISS has contracted with a software programmer to assist with the final integration of OBDII and Jbus telematics applications. OBDII, or "on board diagnostics" is available on all cars and light trucks manufactured after 1996. The CT can be set up with the correct programming to send select data to the vehicle owner or other authorized individuals. Examples of data functions include engine diagnosis, oil pressure, water temperature, and airbag deployment. Jbus is a similar technology as OBDII, but is geared for heavy equipment and trucks.

"I'm really excited about the addition of Richard Harrison to the team," stated Ian Riley, CTO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "The company can now accelerate new product development activities that can expand sales. The next few months are going to be a very exciting time for us while we roll out new software updates and open up new market verticals."

Richard Harrison has over twenty years in systems and software development. For the last 10 years he has operated a consulting business assisting small to medium sized business in the southeast with software and technology solutions. His experience base crosses the telecom industry as well as office systems implementation and support.

"We believe that Homeland Integrated Security Systems will have the opportunity to enter additional markets with some of the new and innovative product line expansion. We have spent the last year focusing on one version of the Cyber Tracker and now we will begin to release additional versions," stated Fred Wicks, President and CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems.

About Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.:

Homeland Integrated Security Systems owns proprietary technology and has the rights to use patents to some of the most innovative and sophisticated security products. Cyber Tracker technology has applications for data and tracking functions across numerous verticals, utilizing IDEN, GSM, and Satellite technologies.

HISC (.0011) Makes Plans to Enter the Satellite Market With Patent Pending Cyber Tracker

Market Wire "US Press Releases "

ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/12/07 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that the Company is entering into the satellite communications market. The company reports that over the last 12 months numerous inquiries have been made about having a version of the patent pending Cyber Tracker which is able to function in remote areas of the world. According to Ian Riley, CTO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, "The integration of satellite communications into the Cyber Tracker will allow us to deploy our product to areas of the world where there are no existing cellular communications. In addition, this modification will also make the new device utilize the intelligence of the base platform of the Cyber Tracker along with the ability to transmit data from remote locations."

"Once the integration is complete, Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be able to capitalize on world-wide opportunities that are outside the normal cellular footprint. There are areas of the world where significant transportation exists and equipment is deployed with little or no cellular coverage. The possibilities for additional sales are considerable," stated Fred Wicks, CEO and President of Homeland Integrated Security Systems.

About Homeland Integrated Security Systems:

Homeland Integrated Security Systems owns proprietary technology and has the rights to market some of the most innovative and sophisticated tracking and security products. In addition, CDMA and Satellite technologies are under development with release expected some time in 2007.

2007 will be an important year for our company. We are beginning our third year of operations
and there are many significant milestones ahead. For example, we will complete the
development of the GSM version of the CT this year. The GSM version has passed all the
necessary FCC testing and is waiting for the GSM network approval. We believe that if all goes
well we will have units in Cingular/ ATT’s hands for their final approval at the end of the first
quarter of 2007 or early second quarter. Final approval allows us to begin selling our GSM
Cyber Tracker on a worldwide basis. This presents a significant opportunity for us to add sales. thats cool big things coming jmho
