Great job on MRXT, Sherri. Becareful thou, MRXT has made a 90X run in the past few weeks. The MMs are selling, so if MRXT does not hit 0.0165 in the first 30 minutes, then expect a correction to 0.01 level, the next leg could bounce from there. Don't forget to sell on news and lock in some profit - it's always a good trade to take profit at 52-week high.

For once I agree with you....they should have taken the momo of the Mark Smith connection and THEN looked at an RS if they needed it. This was not smart....unless they have some wild logical reason no one has seen yet.

Another scam company slips a R/S to it loyal shareholders. This has to be the ultimate greed to do a 1:1000 R/S while above a penny. Well, look on the bright side, it'a be worth $3.00 after the R/S.

Well, it's a shell, so I wouldn't say that MRXT necessarily OWES the shareholders anything per se- particularly since the merger, as far as I know was never really confirmed.
Given that it's a shell, there may be additional motivation behind performing the reverse split, e.g. uplisting. But who really knows.
This was always a speculative play,and with all speculative plays, it brought with it high speculative risk. It made a lot of people money on the way up and snared the people who were willing to take a slightly riskier position.
Anyway, I agree a good number of pinks that r/s are done by scumbags with poor intentions. But it's possible that there were other forces behind this one...
May also be worth watching as a post r/s play, particularly if it dips below $1.00.
