If you try to help someone out and they get pissed, it's their own problem.

I did it, you did it, everyone did it. It's how you learn.
No sense getting upset about it.
I'm upset with RJD2000 talking crap about me for no reason when he does nothing to contribute to these boards. Oh well, not worth my time

I say watch out for a PLSO move ( run down ), it ran up fast already, came back a little bit down and stalled, PLSO did the same, it went over 50% in the red. Play em, dont hold em.

anyone notice this, the last CEO had some issues with management! ---- Marx Toys & Entertainment, Corp. Chief Executive Officer Submits Letter of Resignation Business Wire, Feb 24, 2005 SEBRING, Ohio -- Mr. Ross LaTerra, has announced today that he is submitting a formal letter of resignation to the board of directors of Marx Toys & Entertainment, Corp. (OTCBB-MRXT) and effective as of 12:00 noon Wednesday, February 23rd he officially removed himself from his position as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company.
Mr. LaTerra stated, "It is with great regret that I must inform the public of my decision to resign from my position as Chief Executive Officer of Marx Toys and Entertainment, Corp. Please understand that this decision does not come easy to me. I have spent the past twelve weeks working long, hard hours on reviewing every pre-existing problem that this company has faced. I took the initiative to send a representative out to investigate the Sebring, Ohio warehouse to examine the conditions of the products and molds and to prepare a detailed report for the company officers to review. I have personally researched and consulted with collectible and mass market toy industry professionals to devise a business plan that would be appropriate and effective for the re-birth of this company from it's current state of dismay. Most recently, I have attended the 2005 International Toy Fair in New York City and had positive meetings with plastic, injection molding and toy industry professionals who expressed great interest in working with Marx Toys, thus extending our relationships with the very industry professionals who could be instrumental to the success of this company moving forward.
"However, despite all of my efforts to rebuild this company from the ground up, it has become apparent that the current Board of Directors are unable to follow my leadership and work with this office in a productive manner. A major decision has been made by the board, which is in direct conflict with what I believe to be in the best interests of the company and it's shareholders, and I do not wish to be any part of this decision.

MRTX About Marx Toys & Entertainment Corp Marx Toys and Entertainment Corp. (formerly stereoscape.com, inc.) ("Marx" or the Company") was incorporated on June 8, 1988 as a corporate shell developed to generate capital resources which were to be used to acquire or participate in a business or business entity. The Company began as a Development Stage Company, and on April 17, 1997 acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of American Buyers Club International, Inc., ("ABC") in a business combination accounted for as a purchase. ABC became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company through the exchange of 10,980,000 shares of the Company's common stock for all of the outstanding shares of ABC. On August 23, 2000 the Company entered into a stock purchase agreement with the principals of epiggybank.com, inc. ("epiggybank"), a financial and educational web site for children. The terms of the agreement included the transfer, to the Company, of the "epiggybank" name, trademarks, intellectual properties, and other assets being used in the seller's business. Since the sellers were unable to deliver a valid trademark for "epiggybank" the Company rescinded the transaction, and halted and cancelled the shares issued in the transaction.
Marx Toys & Entertainment Corp. (MRXT.PK) sells collectable action figures and play sets. Its products include play sets, such as Fort Apache, Battleground, Cape Canaveral, Castle of the Noble Knights, and Remember the Alamo! The company also sells action figures, which include the Noble Knights, Vikings, the Johnny West series, Warriors of the World, and General Custer. It also licenses the rights to manufacture and distribute the line of Marx Trains, which are scale trains made of qualified lithographed tin plate metal. The company sells its Marx's collectibles and play sets primarily through the Internet and telemarketing. Marx Toys was established in 1988 under the name Alliance Health Enterprises, Inc. and changed its name to Alliance Technologies, Inc. in 1997. Further, the name was changed to stereoscape.com, inc. in 1998 and to Marx Toys and Entertainment Corp. in 2003. The company is based in Sebring, Ohio.
Trying to figure out what's going on without calling them up and asking them 1st. Calling them would make sense.
Looks like their products are a part of http://www.hotproductoutlet.com/ that site is pretty small, also notice the expiration date of Feb '07 on the registration.
This is the "who is" for both
