VIPM announced in a recent PR that it is seeking a R/M candidate. Right now she fluctuates between .003 x .006 (up from .0005 in late October). Has anyone followed up on this for any news of same?

Yeah, I like the chart, stats, and PR as well. I loaded up on 2 mil. shares of this * .0006 when the PR came out in October re: the R/M. I sold half of that (1 mil. shares) * .006 and I'm holding onto the other mil. for now. This thing went as high as .009 on just the whisper of a R/M. It's a low floater so just a little volume takes it way up (see charts). Imagine where she'll go if/when a letter of intent, difinitive agreement, or better yet, a legal & binding contract is signed off on a R/M. Could this be the next LFZA? It currently sits * .003 - a recent support level I might load up again here.

I'm going to call them tommorrow to get the scoop on this Pure Energy outfit. Granted, not all R/M take off like LFZA did and not all shells get aquired thru a R/M or take off after they do. It seems that most successfull shells have a good product or service on the market at the time they are aquired (LFZA did). This assures a prospective clientele for the aquiring company. However, they seem serious about becoming profitable as well as shareholder value and it appears VIPM is too. VIPM is serious about there efforts to pursue a R/M in any event. I recently pulled in a 10x bagger on this just on the glimmer of same. Who knows where she'll go if they finalize the deal in writing. Meanwhile, I'll see what I dig up on Pure Energy.

I spoke with Mr. Helm of VIPM yesterday and he said the R/M plans with Pure Energy are still on track. He expects to sign a letter of intent by year end upon which a 30-60 day grace period pending shareholder approval will go into effect. The infamous letter of intent is NOT a binding agreement though it is the precursor of same. Considering this thing made a 10x move on just the PR of a R/M, a letter of intent could bump it up considerably more. And if it's ever cast in stone, look out. TO THE MOON AND BEYOOOOOND!!!...
