Epicus Communications Acquires Lexitel Communications' Long Distance Subscriber Base

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov 02, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Epicus Communications Group, Inc. (OTCBB:EPCG) announced today it has entered into an agreement to acquire the long distance customer base of Lexitel Communications, LLC.
Under the terms of the agreement, Epicus Communications will add additional Florida business and residential subscribers to its existing customer base. Lexitel will also offer telecom services provided by Epicus Communications directly to its customers through Epicus Communications' agent program.
With the addition of Epicus Communications' solutions, Lexitel strengthens its ability to address customer demands for affordable, high-quality connectivity with added features such as voice mail, auto attendant, and call forwarding. Epicus Communications suite of communications products helps small business and residential customers enjoy cost savings with flexible plans tailored to meet individual needs.

Seems like a screaming deal Jonus. What is wrong with this one? Only a 14m o/s and sitting under .01? I might have to try and pick some up here... Any thoughts?
