The company exports rough and polished diamonds from the Russian Federation and other diamond producing regions Livak told Rapaport News. The company announced to investors on September 26 that it would open a diamond sales office in New York by November 1, 2006, and expects the first diamond shipment around November 3. The Global Diamond Exchange said it would office at 2 West 46th Street in the diamond district. Global Diamond Exchange and the World Wide Cannery and Distribution (WWCD) announced the two would merge on September 22. Alexey Cherebkov is listed as president of the Global Diamond Exchange. The name and business model change was the second in 2006 for WWCD, which began the year in Largo, Florida, under a different corporate name. Up until March 22, 2006, the company --led by then CEO Gordon Forgey-- operated as publicly traded real estate company VWAY International (OTC VWYI.PK,) but it changed business models and company name to WWCD in order to enter the international food distribution market. On April 5, Forgey and the company's board resigned and WWCD's corporate location changed to Belleair Bluffs, Florida. While WWCD traded on pink sheets as WWCD.PK, the company reported acquiring a seafood factory in Prague, Czech Republic, on April 10. WWCD sold the factory June 13, for GBP1.1 million ($2.08 million) and declared its stock was debt free. WWCD announced to investors on June 13 it would concentrate on growing the container shipping business -- a more profitable component of food trade. The company's next announcement was to change business models into the diamond wholesale trade in September as Global Diamond Exchange.

I have the feeling that companies from Russia and Eastern Europe are often doing something that's not straight, reminds me of BLTA, Baltia Airline who was always postponing their "first flight", I found out the phone numbers given on their website were false, a lot people fell in their scam, but I posted that info on this board a couple of months ago.
This is just a reminder that in the OTCBB there are a some good companies but a lot of them are come unorganized or badly managed businesses.

not one post in 2 days. lol would someone go over to HSM and tell those guys to be very careful. Man thats not bashing, just be cautious. also tell them you can't even get a candle chart on the co. man I was in this stock for like 24 hours and jumped ship. I don't even know what the last 5 day chart looks like, and could care less. I'm learning to draw lines. My policy is 'its NOT all about making da money" Its about investing in stocks that i have some trust and AND i can also make some money. Enough of that nonsense. man I'm ready for a new year...come on 2007 lets rock and roll

Supposedly another shipment is on the way and BOD update is coming. So maybe another push for the pps. Some people think that dilution has caused the price to drop lately, but it could be from SLJB and the confusion with the new office opening. Some posters have verified with the TA that there has not been any change to the shares. There have been some confirmation of 5 year lease in the new sales office by other posters. IMO. The audited financials will change everything. If they get that out then this thing will skyrocket to the .50 range. Till then it's all speculation. We should still see a price rise in anticipation of the next shipment news.

not sure why you would associate this with SLJB the 2 have nothing in common. I have a bad habit of looking for certain qualities in pinks and that habit saved my ass with SLJB but that lesson was not easily learned. I find it odd about them not being able to get in their new office when they were saying "The company has recently decided to open its wholesale office at 2 West 46th Street in New York City" and then say "However, due to a prior tenant who refused to vacate the premises, the company was forced to take space on a different floor in the building." and there is still a lack of info http://www.globaldiamondex.com/bod.php still waiting for this. no idea why they wouldn't put on the directors. So it is speculation. pinks are a eigth wonder of the world - choose wisely - use it don't abuse it eh? and just remember - promises are like old girlfriends.

Pinks can be a bit rough at times without a doubt. Did get confirmation from building management on thursday that GBDX indeed has a presence and the lease is a done deal as stated in the recent PR. Until then i was real cautious with this one but all appears to be going moving forward and I'm looking forward to future news here.

Pinks are great, if they have enough hype, overly hyped promising PR's, pumpers, and no dilution. They can be a beautiful and wonderful thing. Just be sure to pick the right one, and get out near or at top.
When I thik of pinks that promise the moon I have the following vision.
I'm a chicken all alone in a barnyard, and someone was nice enough to leave this long line of corn kernels I get to peck up and eat all by myself. Yum, good corn, I keep pecking and eating. I'm a greedy little chicken, and I'm down to a few kernels left. Now fianlly, the last one, but inorder to get to it I have to stretch my neck over this block. Suddenly, too late to think even, WHACK ! My headless bleeding body is running around spurting blood all over the place. Next thing I know, I'm in some fat CEO's soup pot.

on what basis is this, the stock is primed for a nice run next week, stop trying to scare people, the dilution is nothing and they've sold allot of rocks so far. They have what looks to be the largest distributor supplying to them. .0005? Quit trying to bad mouth the stock..unless you have significant proof and I've been in deep with this stock for information and facts, you have no grounds except your crappy ass antics to try and scare people. When you have actual proof, then try and say something. Don't scare people on your plain bs explanation of how you "think" the stock will tank. It will NOT I will bet my shares on it, and I guarantee I'm invested with more than you have..

And so have I, last spring, nad had to go into semi-retiredment. I'm back! Look no one tells you or me what to buy/what to sell (though I did get a email or 2 that steered me wrong, but its all behind me. In fact I lost i PYPR, my decision, but was 'nudged" in a email by a regular. I hold nothing against him. I'm the one at fault for not reading the candle chart with insight. I went againts better judgement. But hey, it was a very good lesson, I'm more bear on some stocks, others I'm bull.
If there's pumping, good, you decide how much is fluff/not. If bashing, same, take it as a grain of salt. Bottom line, you call the shots. If you don't feel confortable about a co, move on, there's hundreds of stocks to pick, Juice posts the news, its up to you how you interpret it. Good luck.

Chart looks great here, dilution a non issue, a small chunk issued to cover lease/rent/starter orders. Up we go from here this week. Good to see a few bashers back around the boards, usually a great indication shorters are getting nervous and/or those who don't have a clue how to read a chart, even the most solid plays establish higher highs and higher lows on the way up. GLTA going to be a great week here.

Alot of bashing going on here. It's true that just about all these stocks are BS, but at these levels this ones a steal. Its been verified that they do in fact have an office where they stated, which most people doubted, and its not a cheap office. They sold their first shipment as they stated and have a larger shipment coming in. The actual company has been around for like 18 years and they are making some serious cash already. Alot of nice news to come and I don't see how theres not alot to like here. At the very least I see this being an easy double at these levels.

I am learning most don't bother researching pinks because of the volatility and that over 98% of them are scams anyway. They just play the charts. No problem. Do that. But if you're going to say there is something good about the company - prove it. I have proven my points.

now this scum and scammer Livak has more scamming news out. Call the phone number at the bottom of the yahoo news. you will get a recording "thank you for called FORTUNE investor relations, blah, blah, blah..."
Someone needs to go over to Hot Stocks forum and let these guys know. Man the folks who will lose money in this one.
