That is where the compnay was formed 17 years ago as that is where the owner is from and first started the company! It will cost you 9.99 to see the profile.
2nd. The company is working with Alrosa. That is who they are getting the diamonds from. Again, I verified this earlier today, but think what you will.
3rd. I then just spoke with Alex in IR. The company is having audited financials done. Why, so they can move to another exchange if they so choose. They may or may not. He can not say that. But did confirm teh audited financials.
4th. The company is in the diamond industry. They work with diamonds. They are a diamond wholesaler. They have two offices. Thanks!
5th. You keep saying the company is not real, yet it is. Saying your opinion is fine, but why not go out and do your own DD if you want to prove otherwise. You won't be able to, but whatever floats your boat I guess. Again, if you had DD to prove otherwise, it would be more than welcomed. I have no problem with that. But you just say it without any proof. Do your DD!!
Best, Spec
That just cracks me up. go to the last post on page 1 of this thread bean. when they come clean with everyone involved then I'll go from there. see who was there 17 years ago and what they are up to now. do a little background checking.
maybe a better picture of which diamond stores are where in this "diamond district" and where GBDX dreams for 99 cents location is.
cheers.
Do not trust my input, all things in this arena should be dealt with due diligence, this is not a buy/sell recommendation. Simply an opinion of one sharing with another. If you use any of my input on any site without your own DD…...

People need to calm down and take advantage of the situation IMO. Otherwise you become like all the others who were just in for the quick score. This is gonna be huge IMO and the time is coming. The only reason its dropping a bit now is because all the people that just bought in for the store opening are bailing now which I think is a good thing. Let the weak get out now so they can't hurt us later. Next week we'll get the news of the store opening and prolly alot more. There should be alot of news within the next 3 weeks that will take this to new highs.
And Paul....as for the Cannery Business....if you did your DD and stopped relying on others words you'd know what happened. They sold the company and paid off all there debt and became a shell. Nothing unusual about this at all.

That could be a strategy to buy more at a lower pps, if this continues to go down then more shares can be bought.
anyway, it is important to do your own DD. anyone who basis an investment decision based only on one individual is asking for troubled waters. at the same time, watching certain individuals post uplifting unverifiable information in stock forums is pumping. believing everything you read in a PR... sure. Did this start out as a shell when it became GBDX? did the previous debt get paid or was it transferred? were all shares liquidated and then complete new shares issued? any clue of restricted or preferred? no forms or filings to offer any verification of any of the above. Make your own decisions. everyone has their own style.

GBDX is spooky. One only need to look at livak's track record of dilution and venue changes to figure that out. I just illuminated the facts, and only a FRACTION of what is out there. this forum does that. maybe you can find some facts to counter those that I have posted. Furthermore, if someone buys or sells based on the DD posted in any forum they made that decision on their own. If I save someone money because of my DD great, if they miss out on the op to make money because of my DD, too bad - at least they didn't loose. Do your own DD. IMO this stock is a use and abuse stock to be played by the charts - not as a long term investment. But, I would not play it because that puts money in the pockets of those I don't trust. That's me. and my opinion is my own.

If this Livak guy posted in your 2 news clips is the same as involved with this co, I also want no part of it. IOW I do not want to make, "to daa moooon" profits. Besides, had I known it was russian gentlemen running the co, that alone, without any background ck or knowledge of the individuals, is enough for me to keep my money in my pocket. I've got my rules, and one is : no investments i russian run "companies".
Disclaimer: my opinion and no way reflects on this co, nor any other russian run co.

IMO they should be releasing a PR (15th) about the opening and could spark some life back into it. I'm just tracking this now. I made my opinion clear. If they can prove me wrong I'll be there (here) to see it.

Global Diamond Exchange Wholesale Office Opens for Business, First Allotment Is Sold Out Wednesday November 15, 9:58 am ET
NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 15, 2006 -- Global Diamond Exchange (Other OTC:GBDX.PK - News) is pleased to announce that its wholesale office has been opened and the company is back conducting business in their old building. Global Diamond signed a five year lease on August 31, 2006 with an option to renew for an additional five years and was scheduled to move into suite 704 on November 1st, 2006. ADVERTISEMENT
However, due to a prior tenant who refused to vacate the premises, the company was forced to take space on a different floor in the building. The current tenant of that office, New Creations, has been legally forced to move out and will do so by December 15, 2006. After a full clean up, installation of a new safe and alarm system, Global will then occupy its office on the 7th floor. Building management has been kind enough to provide Global Diamonds space in the same building but on a different floor. Additionally, as of Friday, November 17, 2006, the company name will appear on the display board downstairs in the building lobby.
In the meantime, the company has been displaying its initial shipment of diamonds out of the temporary office and is proud to say that is has completely sold out its first allotment. The initial allotment was for 698 carats and was sold out within a week of its showing. A much larger second order has already been placed and will arrive in New York shortly.
Global CEO, Alexey Cherebkov, stated that he was "excited being back in a place that we were so successful our first time around and its nice to see a lot of the old faces that recognize and remember Global Diamonds. I look forward to re-establishing the Global Diamond brand in New York." Mr. Cherebkov and Global Diamonds also wish to clarify an ongoing misconception regarding the wholesale location. The location strictly sells as a 1st tier wholesaler to other wholesalers. It is not a retail location and is only accessible to established diamond dealers in the industry.
About Global Diamond Exchange:
Global Diamond Exchange originally opened their office on 2 West 46th street in the heart of the 'New York's Diamond District'. After several years of operation at their New York office the company decided to shut down the operation due to low pricing and soft demand in North America. The company concentrated its efforts on exporting cut diamonds from the Russia Federation and European locations. The new company has reopened its sales offices in the original building ready to take on the increased demand for fine quality diamonds.

Thanks dude!
The only reason I got out was because of the wall at 018. Looks like good buys at 018 but the wall isn't coming down...If it breaks it, should go onto the 02's.
